I tried several times to open the pdf file you sent to me to complete I get this message when I try to save or open it I tried on two computers I get the same mesage File could not open supported file type because the file has been damaged or was not coded correctly I am unable to complete the form

Upon receipt of this complaint, our office has reviewed the consumer’s accountPlease accept this as I.QData International’s response. If I understand Ms***’s complaint correctly, she is disputing the charges on his account based on payments she made to the apartments that were not applied to the ledger balance In review of Ms***’s account, our office reached out to our client, *** ** ***, to assist in resolving the matter Our Agency received a revised ledger reflecting payments made to the property, bringing her balance to $ Ms*** remitted a payment to our Agency of $on March 31, In review of the newly revised ledger, we have determined the consumer is owed a refund for overpayment of $by the *** ** ***
I appreciate Ms***’s frustration in resolving this issue and would like her to know that her account was marked as “Paid in Full” as a result of our investigation of her complaint Furthermore, our office sent the consumer a letter informing her of the status of the account and a deletion request has been submitted to the Consumer Reporting Agencies to have the tradeline from her credit report Attached you will find a copy of the revised ledger for your review.If you have any other questions please let me know

Apts., to assist with the collection of final move-out charges associated with
Mr*** and a co-tenant’s vacating of the unit, with an original balance of
$313.99. Mr*** is correct in
stating he does not have a contract with our Agency, we are a third party debt
collection agency; our contract is with our client, BH Management, the property
