Diversified Consultants is reporting against her Social Security number in the
amount of $484.00. She states she has
requested verification of the account and the business has failed to
respond. Ms*** attached a copy
of accounts listed with Equifax under her nameIn
review of this complaint and the document provided by Ms***, it appears
a mistake has been made, we are not Diversified Consultants. However, we are listed on her report under IQ
Data International Incand our agency does have an account for Ms

Agency received Ms*** account March of from our client, Cedar
Grove Apts., to assist with the collection of final move-out charges associated
with Ms*** vacating of the unit with an original balance of $5,789.93. Upon receipt of this
complaint, our office reached out to our client for additional documentation
however, our client was unable to provide the requested documentation.Taking this into
consideration, I am cancelling the consumer’s account from our office as our client
failed to provide specific documentation requested. This by no means
absolves the consumer of the debt but it does remove our office from any
collection activity on the account.I

Reporting Agencies to be deleted from Ms*** credit report. If

Dear Revdex.com,Thank you for giving us another opportunity to respond to *** ***’s complaintPlease accept this as IQ Data International’s response.Upon receipt of Mr***’s rebuttal to our response, our office has reached out again to our client, Midtown on Main Apartments, and requested additional clarification and documents to reinvestigate Mr***’s complaint. Mr***’s rebuttal questioned our initial response as Mr*** admits that we spoke to his wife, claiming we violated the FDCPA, to which we disagree with his assessment. Arizona is a marital, contractual state and our interpretation of the FDCPA differs allowing us to contact and communicate with the spouseWith respect to Mr***’s rebuttal, a non-dated, move-out inspection does not negate Mr***s vacated the unit. Our office did attempt to retrieve his maintenance records per his request and out client did not provide them to us. I am cancelling the consumer’s account from our office as our client failed to provide specific documentation requested based on the consumer’s rebuttal. This by no means absolves the consumer of the debt but it does remove our office from any collection activity on the account.
