I am rejecting this response because:i never recieved it the first place and second place it was a court order eviction so no paper was presented to me and the court already garnish my taxes every year and prairie creek is on that list so I know both can't try to obtain the money owed I know the court won't authorize it be on my credit report either the remove it other I will seek action against them since I dont think court allowed them to do so

Thank you for giving us another opportunity to respond to *** ***’s complaint
First let me state that I completely understand Ms***’s frustrationAs a Data Furnisher it is our responsibility to update the Consumer Reporting Agencies of the current status of an account. Even though our office did mark the account correctly and forward the information appropriately to all three Consumer Reporting Agencies only two of them, *** and ***, updated the record correctly based on the information we provided them. This is why when Ms*** contacted our office at the end of July we researched the issue and were able to determine it was *** that was not in compliance with our request. We contacted *** again and they have since deleted the account, copies of our soft inquiry are attached as documented proof it was removed*** *** is no longer reporting on ***, *** or *** with IQ Data Int., and this should have no effect on her ability to obtain credit.
IQ Data is committed to treating every consumer with the dignity and respect, to which they are entitled, and is committed to its compliance efforts and ethical debt collection practices.
We continually strive to improve communication with consumers. Again, I am very sorry, the representative in Ms*** opinion, was not empathetic or if in any way she felt her concerns were not addressed. While we were unable to identify any actions that were improper, we have coached the representative on additional communication styles in order to avoid hard feelings in the future
Once again I appreciate Ms*** frustration and I am glad we could get the issue cleared up with the Consumer Reporting AgencyAt this point, I feel we have done all we can do to address her concerns

I am rejecting the response because this issue has not been closedI have attached the disclosure form that the business has requestedIn addition, I have attached the paperwork related to the case that I had submitted prior to RentCollectIn page you will see that the last payment shown as posted was a check for $200, chk#***However, if you look at pages 7-you will see that two money orders totaling $were submitted and acknowledged to have been received by the temporary land lord at the timeThese are the money orders and balance that is being disputed
A payment of $dollars was made to RentCollect, also known as IQ Data International on April of This is shown by the attached bank statement in the fourth pageThe $dollars were accepted by Edgar C***, the representative on my caseHe told me that because there was a disputed balance, that the $was all that had to be paid to remove the collection from my accountThe collection has yet to be removedIn addition, after talking with the Apartments Recently, it has come to my attention that they only received $dollars of the $payment, and they are unsure where the rest went.
