Very positive experience with the individuals at Renters Warehouse and my agent [redacted] in getting my house rented out.

Our experience with [redacted] at Renter's Warehouse was excellent! She was responsive, prompt and professional in all communication, and made our house hunting quick and easy.

Brandon is a real estate professional who is extremely competent and has demonstrated the ability to handle all matters related to our rental property including marketing, following up on maintenance matters, working with potential renters, etc. I really appreciate Brandon's willingness to go above and beyond in getting our property rented in an expeditious manner and to qualified tenants. Brandon understands the importance of keeping our rental unit rented and the funds coming in. Great job Brandon!

Since we provided our notice of intent to vacate the property we’re currently living in, over the past few weeks we have been working closely with [redacted]. Due to our situation with the purchase of a new home and all that is involved with that process, we needed some flexibility and [redacted] took the time to listen to our needs and provided suggestions on how we could proceed. [redacted] then worked with the homeowner to come to an agreeable solution that worked best for both parties involved. [redacted] has been very attentive and responsive to all of our requests and responses to tenant's requests. She is a good communicator and helps us to feel like she has an interest in our property. Since we are out of state owners, it is sometimes difficult to get the needed response from previous property management company staff. Katie is outstanding!
