Probably doesn't matter much as this company clearly doesn't care about their customers, but placed an order back in October and we are still waiting. Of course, they have no customer service number and the number listed here on the site has a full mailbox. At this point, the only question is will this order be filled before this company goes out of business, which is clearly up in the air.

I placed my order 11/16/19 and have not received a shipment confirmation. I have called and emailed several times and get no response.

I would like to know when my denim will be shipped. If there is an issue, I would like a full refund.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I too ordered these for Christmas and I have NEVER heard back from them. I have emailed them to check status and nothing. I am mostly sad for my daughter who didn't get her present. This is the worst company I have encountered. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, unless you enjoy throwing money away.

Would never ever order from this site again!!!! False advertising in regards to when the product will be delivered. This site is a scam!!!! Takes 8 weeks to receive a pair of jeans. They only do A store credit and they do not even pay for shipping back!!!! Please do not purchase from this company!!!!!! Biggest mistake I ever made....... Trying to contact the company is a joke.. They take days to respond and lie saying they will be shipped any day!!!!! Please be wise and do not give them your business

I ordered jeans a month ago and they still haven't shipped. I have emailed them twice and get emails back to just wait. These were a gift and it's too late and they won't refund my money.

I want a refund. I am willing to return the shirt but only if I get a response and refund. I still have never gotten the pants. I want a refund for them too

I have tried to deal with Revice since November 12. I have not found a phone number and can only deal with them by email. This was an exchange. Their excuses were the item wasn't returned, it was lost and then found, and now has to go through exchange policy. I finally received an exchange number but no item has been delivered. They have my money, but I have nothing, and I can't get any more answers. Very poor business and not trustworthy. I wouldstay far away from this company!

Ordered 2 pairs of jeans in October. I have not received them or a shipping number. I have not received a reply from customer service.

Ordered my jeans over 3 weeks ago and still haven't received them. I have tried to communicate with them but their customer service is horrible. DO NOT BUY. I am afraid that I am being ripped off.

The worst company! I ordered something and thought it would be received before Xmas and have been trying to contact them for days. Finally someone emailed me back and told me it wouldn't be shipped for several weeks! I told her to cancel the order and she said she can't, as stated on the website. This is ridiculous! On the 27th Sept. I ordered the Malibu Cutoffs (RXXXXXXXXX) for *** the Viper Jeans (RXXXXXXXX) for *** and the 90's Joey Jeans (RXXXXXXXXX) for *** for *** from Revice denim. My order number is #XXXXX. Since I live in Germany, the order took long to arrive and I had to spend additional *** in taxes, which is making this a very expensive order. However, nothing fit, all sizes were off. I spoke to Revice Denim and followed the instructions to return everything. I wanted a refund for the Malibu Cutoffs and an exchange order in smaller sizes for the Viper and Joey jeans. They sent me a return confirmation after several weeks. From then on they kept me waiting for my exchange/ refund. Weeks, months of writing mails back and forth. A month ago they said my exchange will be send out "next week" - nothing ever happened. They keep giving me wrong information and now they just ignore me. Instead of the refund for the Malibu Cutoffs we agreed on long ago, they sent me store credit *** which they know I don't want. I tried to contact them on Facebook, on Instagram, I keep writing them emails I keep opening new requests on their website... but nothing. They stopped responding and just ignore me. I wish I had never ordered from them, they seem to be a terrible scam.

Originally I wanted them to finally send out the exchange order: Viper Jeans (RXXXXXXXX) in size 23 90's Joey Jeans (RXXXXXXXXX) in size 25 and a proper refund to my bank account (I paid with PayPal) for the Malibu Cutoffs (RXXXXXXXXX) but since they seem unwilling to do this. I need all my money back even though that is terrible since I paid *** in taxes for nothing then!

I ordered a pair of jeans 2 months ago. The company sends me an email stating that there is a "delay" in shipment because they made a mistake making the jeans. Apparently, every pair is custom made. That's probably a huge lie.
Anyways, they haven't reached back to me since December 2 (its been about 12 days) and I just filed a claim with my bank. I'm not sure what they will do now but I wish I researched the company more! I just found SO many more complaints and I'm so upset. I just wanted a refund and I don't even want the pair of jeans I ordered!

I ordered a pair of jean from Revice in early August and after the first pair arrived to me ripped, I requested an exchange that I never received.
I originally placed my order #XXXXX on August 14. The first pair I order arrived ripped. I sent back the jeans and I was approved for an exchange (Return confirmation *** on August 30. The product number for the jeans I should have received is (RXXXXXXXXX). I got a shipment confirmation that my exchange EX-XXXXX was on its way however, the tracking never updated (fedex tracking # XXXXXXXXXXXX, it literally still says pending.) I reached out to customer support who confirmed the tracking had not updated on their end either so they offered a complimentary T Shirt to compensate for the months of waiting and re-shipped my order EX-XXXXX on Nov 6 (tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX USPS). However, when it arrived on Nov 11, only the T Shirt was in the package. I reached out to customer service again who confirmed they were still working on fulfilling my order and it would just be another week or so. I continued to reach out for the past month and hav not heard back from customer service. Throughout this issue, I worked with two representatives of Revice Denim names ***. My original payment method was with a Visa gift card so I am unable to dispute the charge.

HORRIBLE business and quality!!!
Took two months to get jeans in, NO communication between purchase and delivery besides the fact they were being "worked on by hand", and finally received jeans--do not look ANYTHING like the picture on the website-- different color and overall look--ordered a size UP and the jeans are BEYOND SMALL.
Read below that it is more trouble to try and return to just keep and throw away.

If they are not legit and this order is fake, I want my money back. this was to be for xmas.

I placed my order on 10/31/19. I finally received an "order number" Confirmation. This is the last I heard from them.

My messages, texts, emails & phone calls were unanswered.

On 12/6/19 I spoke with my Chase Bank Dispute Department. The CC company is officially notifying Revice that they have 7 days to deliver my order OR the charges will be reversed. I prefer getting the jeans, NOT paying for a non-delivery.

I have not received my refund.
A few weeks ago I spent over *** dollars on this website. I quickly changed my mind and canceled the order. I did receive a cancellation email. I was told to allow 5-7 business days to allow the refund to go through. It has been over 7 days and still nothing. I emailed them again and they said 1-2 more days, and still have not received my refund. I just want my money back. I am so frustrated and fed up at this point. I don't know what to do.

Reading all the negative reviews I literally was so sad after I purchased my jeans. I thought they would take months to get to me, the size wouldn't work and I might not even get the right pair based on the information I've seen... BUT my jeans came in less than two weeks and they are the BEST jeans I have EVER bought. I would wait two months for the next pair I buy if I had to. They are beautiful and well made and I never been more pleased with a purchase. If any of you are waiting awhile for your order... it's worth it. These jeans are handmade and so beautiful, and things that are good quality take time. They also are made in the USA! Which is really important because we outsource so many of our clothing from other countries and follow bad practices so this really impressed me. This isn't a scam, sometimes people just don't have the patience. I never had problems with email communication, they always reached out to me! Also when you reach out to people it's always best to be kind, especially when they are making a handmade product for a decent affordable price. Thank you Revice! I love my jeans and def will be buying from them again!

Wish I could give 0 STARS. I have been waiting 2 months for my order of ONE pair of jeans. When emailing customer service they say "it should only be another 1-2 weeks or sooner" to ship... the excuses with them are endless!! I've heard that the "color of the wash" was wrong to the "sizing of all the batch is wrong". They literally are just making stuff up to not have to ship... Best part is, I asked for cancellation and refund (since obviously the jeans have never shipped nor look like they are going to). And they replied that they do not accept cancellations or refunds. LOL... whatever you do... DO NOT order from this "high-end" jean company... it is literally a SCAM!

They took 3 MONTHS to get my jeans to me that I ordered and they needed up being the WRONG SIZE. Now they are wanting me to pay for the return. It's ridiculous and I will never be buying from this brand ever again.
