Ordered one pair of jeans on November 29th, 2019. Told me my jeans would be ready 6-8 weeks from day of purchase, going on week 13 now without jeans.
I ordered jeans for my daughter on November 29, the order number I received was #XXXXXX. On 12/8 I received an email telling my order was almost ready and it should be ready within 10 days. In February I reached out asking where my order was as it reached the 6 to 8 week mark without any updates on the order. I got a standard email saying it would be 1 to 2 more weeks, I emailed again at the 2 week point and have yet to receive an update on it. I want the jeans, I want a refund, and I want this company to no longer be able to do business. My daughter is so upset that they have taken so long to do this since she has purchased from them before and it took 6-8 weeks then, she no longer wants to do business with them as they are not able to communicate whats going on. They are constantly emailing me promotions on their website but can't update my order?

I want my order and a full refund.

I placed an order on November 28, 2019 from Revice and it has been 3 months and I have not received my order. Customer service has not been helpful.
I placed an order on November 28, 2019 for a pair of Farah midnight jeans costing $62.39 (Order #***). When the order was delayed I reached out to customer service on 12/22/19 requesting an update and customer service said I would receive the product in 1-2 weeks. It still didn't come so I reached out again on 1/6 and they provided me with the same response. I reached out again on 1/26, and again same response. At this point I am very frustrated and expressed my frustration in my correspondence on 2/24. Instead of answering my request for an update the company informed me that they would automatically ban my account for using profanity. I feel scammed and helpless as the customer service staff has provided no helpful update throughout this entire process.

Desired Outcome

I just want my order to be delivered. I have been put through so much useless back and forth regarding this product.

Complaint has been resolved.

Never received one pair of jeans I ordered in Nov. 2019. They wont answer my emails.
I ordered two pairs of jeans as Christmas gifts in November 2019. Revice gave me the run around with vague information about when the jeans would arrive. One pair finally arrived in mid January of 2020 and as of today I still dont have the second pair. Now they wont even respond to any of my emails asking where the jeans are. Its simple....I either want the jeans or I want my money back.

Desired Outcome

I either want my jeans delievered within a week or I want my money refunded. Plus I want to see this issue resolved for other customers...there's a ton of complaints about this business on line.

Revice finally sent my jeans the day after I told them I filed the complaint with you. So my issue is resolved but I still don't find their business practices acceptable. Many other customers haven't ever revived their items.

Ordered Nov. 2019, received 1 of 2 items in mid Jan., returned 1 on 1.13 and have nothing since. No replacement, no refund and NUMEROUS emails.
I placed an order 11.23 for Xmas, did not receive either item in time and when I did receive the jeans (after both xmas and birthday for my daughter) the jeans were too small. I used the return process to send back the item, received confirmation of receipt, have had to email a dozen more times asking for a status...was told at one point they needed the tracking info from the original return over a month after the initial return and have still received NOTHING back. This amount of time, even for a custom made product, is FAR too long and with extremely limited avenues for contacting the company. It feels like a scam.

Please use our RETURNS CENTER at the bottom of our website to request an
exchange/store credit. Once the return is accepted and approved, you'll
receive a confirmation via email.

Once accepted, please make sure your order number, name, and shipping
address are included inside the return! Customers are responsible for the
cost of returns.

If you're making an exchange, don't forget to include the exchange
style/size you wish to receive! Otherwise, you will be issued a store
credit.

Once we receive the return, please allow 1-2 weeks for our Returns
Department to process the exchange/store credit! You will receive another
confirmation email once processed.

If you are getting an exchange, please be aware that ALL items are made to
order and it can take a few weeks for the orders to be fulfilled. Please

Hi *** - thank you for the information and I do appreciate you responding
to my frantic notes. I have two items ordered with you - one for Xmas
(jeans) and one for a 1.11.20 birthday (the denim jacket).

I did receive the jeans - they are very nice....however, they are a bit small
for her. I think she needs to exchange them for a size 30 rather than the
29 ordered. I will look on the website for instructions, but if you can
advise my best next steps to try and expedite this exchange, that would be
SO appreciated.

Trying to exchange a pair of jeans which I paid for, still not return
I purchase a pair of jeans for my daughter for Christmas (online) order # ***, I had to return them since they were too big, filled out return/exchange info online and received return confirmation # ***. REVICE DENIM received my package on 1-9-2020 with tracking# *** (USPS), I then contacted them on 1-17-20 and 1-21-20 via email, received a response from a *** on 1-23-20 from REVICE and was asked to provide tracking#, she then emailed me on 1-24-20 and verified they had received my return, my "request" # *** and her response was "Your exchange is currently in line to be processed, but I have confirmed that it has been received and you will get an email with the tracking once the new pair goes out". This is the last correspondence I have received from them, I have since emailed them on ***, and I have also called and left a VM still nothing from them. I would just like to received the pair of jeans I PAID for!!!!

I would just like to have the exchange fulfilled since I paid for these jeans and if they cannot do that then I would like a complete refund, no store credit

It has been 4 months since I placed my order for my jeans! I am not being offered the option for refund. They can't handle their demand, don't order.
This company cannot keep up with order demands. They continue to promise me that my order is in line for production and ever 2 weeks I continue to have to ask about it. I asked for a refund and they only offered me store credit to buy another pair and put it back into the production cue. This makes no sense. I just want my money back as it has been 4 months since I placed the order. I do not recommend ordering from this company.

I want confirmation that my jeans are being shipped or a full refund.

Tried to exchange jeans that did not fit and waiting over 2 months for the new pair to arrive.
12/8/19-Purchased Venus Flares/Eclipse Wash (***) size 25 jeans for a Christmas present (Order #***). The jeans were paid for using a credit card. The jeans didn't fit (they aren't sized according to other jeans).
12/27/19-Processed a return through Revice website and asked for an exchange of the same jeans in size 26.
12/31/19-Received approval to return the jeans from Revice along with instructions on how to return (Return confirmation #***).
1/2/20 - Shipped the jeans back to Revice using USPS priority mail with tracking per their instructions.
1/6/20- Revice received the jeans.
1/20/20 Sent an email to Revice for a status of the exchange.
1/23/20 - Revice responded asking for tracking number.
1/24/20 Provided tracking number to Revice.
1/27/20 - Revice responded "Your exchange is currently in line to be processed, but I have confirmed that it has been received and you will get an email with the tracking once the new pair goes out."
1/27/20 received separate email that the exchange was approved.
2/16/20 - Emailed Revice again because the jeans have not been received.
No response.
2/25/20 - Emailed Revice again because no jeans have been sent.
No response to date.

Desired Outcome

Either send the new pair of jeans as promised or refund my money.

Never received 2 items from them and never got any replies on countless emails to them.

I wish I read this before I ordered! Don't order from this company they are the worst! I've left them a dozen emails I'm out $100 they never exchanged or refunded my money! I'm furious

I ordered jeans about 2 months ago and the only email I got was the confirmation when I first ordered. I checked my order on the website and it still says "processing". After reading all the other horrid reviews I don't even want them anymore, I just want my money back.

Revice Denim is awful. I have emailed them multiple times and still have not received jeans that I ordered on 12/3/19. They responded to first few emails saying the jeans were delayed, but STILL have not received them and it is 3/7/20. I then emailed asking for money back that they took from me close to $70 and then heard nothing since then. I have emailed at least 6 times. This company is a joke and I will be calling my bank to dispute this charge since I have never received the product.

We returned jeans and t-shirt for an exchange ($95 order + $12 return shipping) and we have not received the return items. It has been over a month. They don't publish a phone number on their website or social media so you can only contact them via an email form and their reply is always a cut and paste response that the order is being processed. How does it take over a month to mail a pair of jeans? There's a reason why you can't leave reviews for this company anywhere but here! Don't waste time and money ordering from Revice.

I simply want my money back. It should not take this long for a pair of jeans that have been paid for over 3 months.

Its been 4 months, I have not received my order, no body answers the phone or my emails.

I ordered a pair of jeans the first week of January. I was between 2 styles so I ordered the style that was NOT preorder because I wanted them faster. What a joke. It's now the last day of February and I have not even received a shipping confirmation. I got an email from Revice 2 weeks later stating it will take weeks longer because they are preorder. I didn't order preorder purposely!! I emailed Revice a few weeks ago and they stated they would be shipped in "1-2 weeks or sooner :)". It's been 2 weeks since they sent that and still nothing . All of their negative instagram comments are deleted, no one responds to DM's. All the celebrities that promote their jeans should be sued as well as the company. There's a large chance these jeans aren't even going to fit if I ever get them and it sounds like the exchange policy is impossible based on other reviews. Completely unacceptable way to run a business. With so many people disputing charges with their bank, you would think someone would do something???

DO NOT BUY from this company. I purchased pants for my daughter as a Christmas gift, the ones that are half black and white. They finally arrived in January and she loved them. We read the washing instructions sewn into the jeans and washed them. They weren't pre-washed so the black bled into the white and they were ruined. Apparently washing instructions are on the website? Received a response but after I sent pictures they have gone silent and ignored my almost daily emails. I am out $100 Canadian because their washing instructions were wrong. They should be shut down for scamming people out of their money.

The jeans ordered, paid for, as a gift were returned a couple of months ago and have not been replaced. They don't respond to emails, phone calls or letters. They have not replaced the product or have they refunded the money. I give them 1 star but prefer giving them no stars.

I originally purchased 1 pair of jeans and the size was a bit big, but I loved the fit so I ordered a second pair. I received the second pair and was told that it would be better to get a refund for the original pair and reorder, that the process of exchange would be longer. So I took their advice and placed my new order this time with the correct pair of jeans in two colors. I was excited thinking they did me a solid and it has now been 2 months. This process has been ongoing since October, the replacement pair from the original was placed on December 16th and we are almost in March and all they keep saying is they are in production. They have launched several new styles, an app, and still lack the organization and customer service skills to keep up with their production.
