The charge back has been complete for weeksThe only reason we even had one is because they wouldn't allow me to return the product refund meFound several websites/blogs that are loaded with people saying the same thing about this scam companyCharged even know trial was cancelled in time and then refused to refund!

Hello, It was stated in the terms and conditions every customer agrees to before proceeding to check out. The customer must call in and cancel their account before the 14 day trial is... over. If the customer fails to cancel their account, they will be charged for the trial product and be subscribed onto our monthly subscription.
