month supply so after the 14 days you are charged the full price of the bottle
and put on a monthly subscription.  It looks like you ordered our MuscleRev Xtreme product. Our
Terms and Conditions are available to you three times when signing up for our
product because we want our customers to have an understanding of what they are
signing up for. The customer has to agree to have read the Terms and Conditions
when inputting their form of payment. You are sent an email confirmation of
your order after it is processed and there is a Terms and Conditions link
located in the email. When the product is received we include our return policy
attached to the package. Our company policy is after 14 days we do not issue
full refunds or accept returns. However we have gone ahead and issued 100%
refund on both bottles to help you out; bringing the total of the refund to $169.26. You have been sent an email
confirmation of the refunds. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refunds to
process back to your account. 
Our product really is amazing and every body is different so the
result time is going to be different. We have had customers see the results
within the trial period as well as customers who need to give it up to 6 weeks
to start seeing the results they desire. The two week trial time is more to see
how the product reacts with you or if you need to take the product to a Doctor
before you start your regimen. Again we are very sorry for the confusion

the trial.  Once an order is placed a confirmation email is sent for each product which also contains links to the terms and conditions.  Also we place a terms and conditions card on the side of the physical product box you receive.  If you didn't want further product outside of your 14 day trial period you could have called to cancel or sent and email.  We did not hear back from you thus is the reason why more product was sent and further billing took place.At this point all of your accounts with our company have been cancelled out.  You will not receive any further shipments or billing.  We also want to go ahead and extend a full refund of $89.47 for the last bottle of the Revolutionary Cleanse sent to you as we feel you did not want the bottle and just forgot to cancel.  Please keep the bottle of Revolutionary Cleanse if you would like, we do not request that you send it back.  Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show back on your account.  Please feel free to contact us with any further questions.Thank you,Support Team

[To put a slip of paper in a box that informs me I have to notify your company that I do not want more products is ridiculous.  Also, you billed under a different company each time.  It's very obvious your company is deceiving.  Also, when I  placed the order there was no box to check that said I agree to notify you if I don't want future products. It was just a try us out for $4.95 and see what you think and order placed.   The hidden increased billing rates from very small to quite large is also very suspicious.  I threw your pills in the trash because I can't trust you as a company and therefore cant trust a pill you provided. ]

process works.  Typically your financial institution will determine if this was a case of fraud.  If they decide these were fraudulent transactions typically they reimburse you in full.  If they determine it wasn't fraud you typically are responsible for the charges.

I didn’t see the message of 9/28.  S[redacted]y I didn’t respond sooner.  I am happy that I am getting a refund.  I appreciate your help in this matter.  I still think that the business (Revolution Laboratories, LLC) has dishonest practices going on and should be monitored closely.  I asked on the phone for a full refund and was told that I could only get 50% of my money back.  Only when I involved Revdex.com did my issue get resolved.  I have sent the product back for a full refund.  Thanks again!

not click this box you are unable to make a purchase.  The terms are clearly explained in a normal font size.  Once the order is
placed you are sent a confirmation email for each product, which also contains
links to the terms and conditions of the trial.  Lastly we place a terms
and conditions card on each product box that is sent to our customers. 
The card explains the terms and conditions of the trial as well as provides a
customer service number.
You did accept the terms of the trials or the website would not allow you to make the purchase.  But it would appear as though you chose not to read over the terms of the trail before placing your order.  The terms are not hidden by any means, they are presented to you multiple times through multiple mediums and are legible.  We understand mistakes can be made and would like to make sure our customers are informed and happy.  You already spoke to a customer service representative who gave you partial refunds on the products you ordered.  A refund in the amount of $53.84 was provided on 4/7/16 for the MuscleRev Extreme.  A refund in the amount of $53.71 was provided on 4/7/16 for the RevTest.  We have gone ahead and refunded the remaining amounts you were charged for the product today.  A refund in the amount of $35.90 was issued for the MuscleRev Extreme and a refund in the amount of $35.86 was issued for the RevTest.  Depending on your financial institution refunds typically post to the account within 3-5 business days.  The total amount of your refunds after today amounts to $179.21, the amount you had requested. All of your accounts with the company are cancelled, you will incur no further billing or product shipments.  Please keep the remaining portion of the bottles.

access to your credit card information.  So, to answer your questions as to how we obtained your information, the person who had/has access to your account must have placed the order and entered your information.  We understand the frustration this must be causing you and we're very sorry you have to go through this.

After reviewing the notes on your account a mistake was made on our end.  You had canceled through the automated system within your trial period but chose the option that billed you full price for the current bottles you had.  When you sent the products back to the company for a refund the bottles were marked as used.  Although the bottles were used as long as you cancel within your trial period you should incur no further billing beyond the original shipping charges.  The representative servicing your account did not realize that you had canceled within the trial period, thus a refund was not provided.   Therefore we have provided you a full refund in the amount of $179.21.  Depending on your financial institution it typically takes 3-5 business days before the refund reflects in your account.  We sincerely apologize that this mistake happened.
