Review: This company tricks you into signing up for a 2 week free trial where you only pay for shipping. When you call to cancel the subscription after 2 weeks and dispute the $160 charges, they tell you that your 2 week trial started the day you made the order. I did not even receive the product until 5 days after I agreed to pay for shipping for this product. They refuse to refund any money back because the 2 week trial period is up according to them. So I didn't even get to use the product for 2 weeks when they say my 2 week trial is up. The customer service agents are beyond rude and interrupt you when you're trying to explain something or ask a question. I would not recommend ordering anything from this website because you will get scammed.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for both charges of $84.63 and $86.27.

Terms and Conditions are available to you three times when signing up for our

within the trial period as well as customers who need to give it up to 6 weeks

to start seeing the results they desire. The two week trial time is more to see

how the product reacts with you or if you need to take the product to a Doctor

Review: I responded to a "pop-up" online ad by this company that offered a "free sample" with no further obligation other than to pay for the shipping cost of the product which was $4.95. On August 17, 2013, I used my debit card linked to my checking account and I paid the shipping and handling cost and received the product about 4 weeks later. As far as I knew, our business dealings were over. I had not agreed to any future business dealings or given any authoriztions for future payments to this company. I had not received the product yet, when on September 3, 2013, there was an unauthorized charge on my debit card for the amount of $84.63. I did not give this company consent or authorization to take any more additional funds from my account. I agreed to no memberships or any future dealings with this company!

They sent me an email receipt of the original transaction reflecting the payment of the $4.95 that I authorized. Nowhere on that receipt did it say or inform me that I was now enrolled in some schemed monthly payment membership plan where they would be taking additional funds out of my account on a monthly basis. The advertising is clearly deceptive! I only realized that I had been enrolled in their payment membership plan when I called in regards to the unauthrized use of my debit card for the additional amount of $84.63. I was offered the opportunity to cancel "my membership"---a membership that I never agreed to in the first place. But it was clear that if I didn't cancel that membership, they would be taking out additional unauthorized funds from my account on a monthly basis.

I was irate at the blatant deceptive advertising. In addition, the customer service number that they list on the receipt, no one ever answers the phone. It is computer generated. I have called at least 20 times and not once has any human picked up the phone. I am either disconnected or the phone just keeps ringing. Clearly, this is a business in it forthe money taking advantage of innocent citizes with their deceptive marketing and advertising schemes. It is a "bait and switch". The advertisement clearly said it was a free sample with no further obligation. I now have no trust in the product. The product finally came---after they took my $84.63 out of my account without my authorization, and I haven't used not one pill.

It clearly sseems that it was designed for me not to receive the product until they had taken advantage of their deceptive advertising practices to get their unauthorized $84.63 from my accoount. Clearly, anyone with common sense knows that I would never had agreed to this had I realized it was going to cost me $84.63. I thought I was getting a free small sample for just $4.95. That is what the company advertised. They know that. I was only on board for the $4.95. I feel I was taken advantage of and blind-sided in a classic "bait and switch" scheme where they advertised one thing and delivered something else. They advertised the $4.95 for a free sample, and theyn "switched" after you give them your financial information to get more money out of you by "tricking" you and hiding what they were really up to which is charging you significantly more money.

Of course, once I called the 1-888-973-8522 number, the option was offered by the computer generated voice to cancel the membership and I did. But that cancellation implies that I had agreed to the membership in the first place---which I had not! Again, clearly deceptive. But as stated earlier, if I didn't cancel the membership---for which I never agreed to in the first place, they would have used my debit card to take more unauthorized funds. I am so upset with what they have done, that I am also filing a complaint with the attorney general's office of California, as well as a police report for the unauthorized use of my debit card. I am also being forced to cancel my debit card and have another one re-issued to me because I feel my financial security has been compromised. No company should have the ability to keep my debit card on file to be used later to take advantage of trusting consumers in such a way.Desired Settlement: I want my $84.63 refunded to me in the form of a refund check. If the company requests the product returned, I am happy to do that, but then I would want the refund of the original $4.95 that I agreed to as well for a total refund of $89.58.

Review: I ordered two trial products that I did not receive. I was billed $15.00 Canadian for shipping for the two products. The trial terms and conditions stated if canceled within 14 days no further charges would be incurred and if not satisfied for any reason you would be reimbursed. Delivery was guaranteed for 2 to 5 days from date of order. As of day 10 I had not received the product so I canceled the order. They put through a charge of $80.00 Canadian in spite of my canceling the order. When I called the listed 888-973-8522 number, I was told there was nothing they would do about it. All in all I paid nearly $100.00 to this company and I want a refund for the full amount. I see this is a common complaint with this company and I believe it is a scam.Desired Settlement: I would like a 100 percent refund for both products I ordered and shipping fees as I did not receieve the product.

This is supposed to be a free trial and the option to cancel it during the 14 day trial period at no charge. The ad even states you can keep the product if you cancel - no need to send the bottles back. Why then would they have an option to keep the bottles at a discounted price as they state? This is a ridiculous contradiction and the option as they state did not exist when I made my cancellation call. Furthermore, how do you trial something you never received? The automated system they refer to only gives you the option to cancel, there is no option to keep the product for a discounted price. I did receive a refund but it was only after I filed my complaint with the Revdex.com not as they claim in their response. The customer service person I spoke to was adamant they were not going to reimburse me for anything and he processed the "discounted purchase" after I cancelled. I still have the e-mailed invoices with the dates and times, which I would be happy to provide any law enforcement agency that chooses to investigate this "company" as a fraud.Their business license - if they even have one - should be revoked. They are consistently ripping people off, the complaints are all similar in nature. I am still out approximately $5.00 Canadian for nothing but attempting to do business with this supposed company. They give you 14 days to sample a product they never ship. They make money off the "shipping" as no shipping occurs, then they hope people forget about it and they start the monthly billing unbeknownst to people who have forgotten about a product they never received. Review: I ordered a FREE sample of a product from this company (RevTest) which was advertised at for a free bottle and pay $2.95 shipping/handling in which the amount was debited from my credit card on 10/6/14. On 10/8/14 they charged my bank account (without my authoriation) $31.63. I called Revolution Laboratories on 10/9/14 and the rep told me that the charge was for their monthly subscription, which was NOT advertised on the website. I demanded a refund and for them to take my credit card information off of their records and she told me they would give me a 50% courtesy refund. Now I have been charged a $35.00 Overdraft fee and I have to cancel my credit card and wait 7-10 business days for a new card. Review: I ordered the Green Coffee Bean product on July 12, 2014 and began receiving repeated phone calls on July 14. When I finally answered it was a gentleman claiming to be confirming the details for my order of the product. I told him that I would like to cancel my order and he began to get angry with me. I asked him again to cancel my order and after some moments, he said "fine", so when I hung up I believed that's what was done. I did not get any email confirmation from this company as I did from another company for a product I ordered the same day. I then received the trial product on July 18, 2014. I set the product aside unopened so I could return it if needed. On July 28, I checked my credit card account for another reason and found that the company had charged my credit card in the amount of $84.63 on July 27. AT that time I opened the sleeve on the package and read the "Terms and Conditions". I went to their website and tried to contact them but found it hard to navigate and could not find the cancellation page they speak about. I emailed the company requesting my refund. A company rep called me yesterday and left a message and when I called the company back, I could not speak to anyone, so I left a message. I have not received any response and given their history, I am not expecting them to cooperate. The website does not indicate that this is a membership, but indicated it was a free trial only, (which is not free since I had to pay 4.95). The terms say a customer is restricted to a single refund which I am requesting. Also, the company offers this "free" trial offer shipped as a 30 day supply which is misleading since I now know it is a 14 day trial. Even if I had not cancelled this product, I would have no time to try it out and know whether it worked.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the exact amount of $84.63 that was billed to my Mastercard credit card. Review: I ordered the Garcinia ($4.95) and the Cleanse ($4.90) on from Revolutionary Labs in February 2015. Not sure of the delivery dates of these items. Over 45 days passed and on April 28th my card was charged $89.74 of which I reported to my credit card company as I had not ordered anything. I did realize that this was a subscription type purchase. During the action of my credit card company they have responded and said I did not read the fine print nor did I return the product. The shipment they claim that I received in May was never received at my home. Only two live here (my wife and I) and we did not receive this package that of course supposedly told us of how to cancel and return since we did not have. Then in June of 2015 a charge of $89.47 shows up on credit card and again no packages received. I have already disputed this with my credit card company and they have until 8/4 to respond to that dispute. I want all my monies back! I have not recieved this product (except the trail stuff) This a RIP-OFF ! I did receive an email on May 15th that said this was cancelled but still was charged in June.Desired Settlement: Receipt of both the charges $89.74 and $89.47.

Review: I ordered a "free sample" of Green Coffee Bean Extract from Revolution Laboratories from a television ad which stated that I only had to pay shipping and handlng. Yesterday, September 20, 2013 I noticed my Visa Credit Card had been charged $84.63. When I called the company they said that in small unreadable print on the tv ad, I had agreed to not only pay $80.00 for this but had entered into an agreement whereby they would send me this product every month with a charge to by Visa card. I did not sign anything to that effect nor was I even able to read that "agreement." I offered to send the unopened bottle back to get a refund and they said it was "too late." Too bad for me, I now have to pay a "stupid tax." I do not want anyone else to be scammed by this company.

Review: This company solicit as a free product to my minor son. They took his bank information. They charged him $89.74. As far as I am concern that was soliciting and selling drugs to a minor. When I called to complain, they told me that if I complained to the Revdex.com they would not reimburse me my money. They said my son signed a contract not to report them. It was not a legal contract being that my son is a minor. I did not sign a contract so I am filing this claim. My son nor did I authorize them to take any money from this account. It is an utter shame that a company that is testing product would have to result in soliciting minors for money.Desired Settlement: I would like my son reimbursed his $89.74 and them to delete any of my sons information. Review: I purchased a green bean diet cleanse from this company a couple of weeks back. The website where I ordered this product said if I paid 4.95 for shipping the bottle would be free. This past Saturday, the 26th, my account was charged 76 dollars from this company. I called them Monday and I was told that it clearly said that it was a two week trial and if I failed I send the item back I would be charged the money. When I got off the phone I looked at the paperwork that was sent with the product and did not see anywhere where that was stated. I called the company back and told them and they argued with me that it did say that. I offered to email them a picture of the papers that were sent with the product and they refused. They told me that I could return the product only if it hadn't been opened and that I would have to pay for shipping. Review: On Facebook it showed my uncle losing 23lbs in 18 days with this product. I was very interested so I saw a trial cost of 4.95 (shipping). I decided to purchase. Why not. I didn't see the fine print that if you did not want this product you have to cancel within 14 days. They billed my card another 84.00! I went to cancel and reverse this and they said I missed the 14 day cut off! My bank did not show the debit until today the 18th. What is disappointing is that my uncle told me he never lost 1 pound. He did not put this advertisement on his Facebook page! Terrible business. Never will I buy again from them!Desired Settlement: Money back would be nice. All of it! False advertisement!

Review: I found this company through an advertisement on yahoo for the purchase of the vitamin Garcia and a cleanse product. They were offering $4.95 S&H only for a 30 day trial. On 1/19/15 my credit card was charged the $4.95 (S&H-[redacted])) and $4.90 (S&H-[redacted]), then on 2/2/15 my credit card was charged $89.47 ([redacted]) and $89.74 ([redacted]), on 2/10/15 my credit card was charged $28.57 ([redacted]) that I never ordered nor received, on 2/12/15 my credit card was charged $5.00 ([redacted] recovery-no phone #) that I never ordered nor received, on 3/3/15 ([redacted]) my credit charged $89.47 and on 3/4/15 ([redacted])my credit card was charged an additional $89.74. I received another bottle of cleanse on 3/11/15 and the Garcia vitamin on 3/12/15. There was no invoice, phone # or anything for me to contact this company. This is false advertising at its finest. I contacted their customer service @ 4 different phone #'s listed on my credit card statement and cancelled my orders on 3/1/15 through the automated system (only option). I had no idea my credit card had all of these charges on it. I am beyond upset and feel totally violated by this scam. Besides the billing scam, the products do not work at all and I did not know that I was going to be on a monthly auto shipment and be charged $89.47 & $89.74 in addition to products I never ordered nor received. I need to find out how I can return both the vitamin and cleanse that I just received, and get ALL of my money back for the payments taken from my credit card without my authorization. It is very disturbing to me that companies like this can exist and prey on people for a quick buck and leave you with misleading information and zero customer service. Review: On November 16th 2013 I ordered RevTest from https://www.revolutionlaboratories.com/. I can no longer find the addut I understood the add to say I was getting 30 days supply for only shipping charges of $4.95. I finally got the product on November 25th 2013, 9 days later. I called and canceled the order on November 28th 2013 through their phone automated system. On December 2nd they charged me $86.27 for the 30 day supply I understood to be free except for shipping charges. I did NOT receive any product for the month of December 2013. On January 6th 2014, I received another package from them and called their customer service number at 1-855-841-3485 and spoke with [redacted]. She said that they billed me another $77.64 on the 6th of January 2014. I explained to her that I canceled the order in November and she said their records don't have that entry. I explained I did it over their automated system and again she said I "didn't talk to anyone" so it's not recorded. She also told me I only had 14 days to cancel or I would be charged. Upon going to the web site she sent me to, I saw their 14 day policy. Even their policy sounds strange. They will send you a 30 day supply, but only give you 14 days to cancel if you are not happy. The 14 days START AT THE TIME YOU PLACE THE ORDER! So what this meant was I ordered on Nov. 16th and got the product on Nov. 25, 2013, That means I was already 9 days into my 14 days, leaving me only 5 days to evaluate the product and cancel if not satisfied. I DID cancel the product on November 28th 2013 which was 12 days into the 14 that started on November 16th 2013. NOW, they are telling me that I did NOT cancel in time and they billed me a total of $163.91 which I did NOT authorize. Kim told me that she would give me a one time refund of %40 of the $77.64. I told her "NO, I paid %100 and I want a %100 refund of ALL the charges. I asked to speak to a supervisor and spoke to [redacted] who just repeated what [redacted] said. Both were no help. I told them to cancel my order, but I'm not sure if it was done or not.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the amouts charged for December and January of $86.27 and $77.64 and have the total $163.91 credited back to my charge card.

I would also like for the company to clearify on their add about the 14 days instead of 30 day trial and that the time starts on the order date. They do have it in their Terms and Conditions, but it needs to be advertised the same way in their adds.

Review: I signed up for a free trial of a product from the company and agreed to pay the shipping for my free trial. Its says on the terms and conditions that if you no longer want to receive the product and not get charged you have to call and cancel before the 14 day trial is up. I attempted to call on the 13th day and everyday there after to cancel and when I called it said the phone number is no longer in service and then it hangs up. So I call to cancel and I can't get ahold of them so I search for another number and this was the only number listed! Its total crap that I can't even cancel so then I got charged $84.63 for a product I no longer want to recieve! Review: Around the beginning of November, I purchased a cleanse from this company for $4.90 and was charged that amount on 11/3/15 under the charge of "revolutionary cleanse." I understood that I needed to cancel my account in 14 days to avoid further shipments. In the mail I received the cleanse, and a fat burner which I did not order. I believed it to be a promotion of some sort. Before the 14 days were up, I cancelled and paid the cancellation fee of 29.71 which appears on my bank statement as being from "glorious you," on 11/19/15. Those dates reflect the charges not the cancellation date. I cancelled before the 14 days and was told on an automated system there would be no further charges or shipments. Somehow in that time I was also charged $31.63 on 11/12 but did not realize what the charge was because it was under yet another name of "revfuel." I foolishly thought it was a gasoline purchase. Since then I have been charged $31.63 on 12/14, 1/11, and 2/10 also, the last of which is under "revlabs". I have received no products for these transactions nor was I expecting to. I tried several times to reach someone by phone unsuccessfully. The automated services says my account is canceled yet I continue to be charged. I also filled out an email on their website asking someone to contact me and received no response. Lastly I attempted to get their attention on their facebook page and still nothing. It took me a while to notice the problem and put it all together because of their use of four different company names on my bank statements. I feel that this is intentional as such a small amount is easy to overlook. I am appalled by this company's business practices. Even more so after reading other complaints similar to mine.Desired Settlement: I would like an explanation and also a refund for the four charges of $31.63 on 11/12/15, 12/14/15, 1/11/16, and 2/10/16 totaling $126.52. Review: On December 9th, I received product from Revolution Laboratories. LLC, and upon checking my bank account, I realized that my credit card had been charged for the products on the 5th of December. I called the customer service line listed on the box, and briefly talked to someone. He would not answer my questions about when the "trial period" was started, only stated the my account was billed because the trial period was over, and I had not cancelled my order before the 5th. I never ordered anything from Revolution Laboratories, and the customer service agent would not tell me when an initial order had been placed. He would not give his name, and after a few minutes, hung up on me.

Review: I ordered a free trial of their Green Coffee Bean Extract order #141945 on 06/19/2013. On their site they advertise "get your FREE trial just by paying for S/H", "30 day money back guarantee" and "claim your risk-free trial bottle." Instead of sending a trial bottle they send a full 30 day supply and bill you for it after 14 days later, however the advertising states you will be shipped only a 14 day supply and that it is FREE just pay the $4.95 S/H. Also, Just under the 30 day money back guarantee seal at the bottom of the page they state that unless I cancel I will only be charged for FUTURE orders. It doesn't state anything about having to cancel the FREE trial bottle in order to avoid being billed for it. This is exactly how it reads on their webpage "By clicking the Send Now! we're giving you a sample bottle for only $6.95 today (non refundable), and then you have 12 days from the date you place your order with us to evaluate the product. If you are unhappy with the product at any time during those 12 days, you must call or email to cancel receiving and avoid being billed for FUTURE shipments. If you are satisfied with our product, do nothing and we will bill you for a full month supply for $99.98 with free shipping and handling, and every thirty (30) days thereafter. Cancel anytime by phone by calling 1-800-330-2865." I assumed based on everything advertised on their site I wouldn't be charged for my FREE trial bottle but only if I didn't cancel future orders. I did cancel future orders as stated in the allotted time, however was charged for the FREE trial bottle. On 07/05/2013 I noticed an unauthorized charge to my credit card in the amount of $84.63 from REV*GRNCOFFEE 888-9738522. I called the number on the brochure that was sent with the trial bottle and the rep that helped me stated that he was a supervisor and said that I was charged for the bottle I received (the trial bottle) and that I needed to have cancelled the trial. I said that I never signed up to pay for the trial bottle and the advertising stated it was free if I just paid the S/H." He denied the advertising stated that it was free and wouldn't offer me a refund. He was very rude and unhelpful and stated he was the supervisor when I asked to speak to one. They are tricking consumers into paying for a "free trial bottle." I then sent them an email and another rep called back. He also refused to give me a refund. I then stated they also advertise "30 day money back guarantee." He stated that I would have to send back the unopened bottle and that there would be restocking fees. There are no restocking fees listed nor mentioned under the terms and agreement. I then emailed them again stating that I would like them to respond by email not phone so that I can keep a record of their responses. Review: I signed up for a free 30 day trial (which you really only have 14 days from the day you place the order to cancel). The cancellation policy is buried in a long document in a a category that has nothing to do with cancellation. I placed my order on Monday Feb. 23. It took 5 days to receive the order leaving me only 9 days of my "free 14 day trial". I tried to call on Monday March 9 to cancel (by my calendar 14 days later) only to be told that it was too late their calendar claimed that March 9 was 14 days and they already billed my card. I'm not sure the product really works, but I do know they don't tell the full truth in their promotional advertising. I'm also reporting them to our state Attorney General fraud division.Desired Settlement: A little truth in advertising would be nice. If their product could truly live up to the promotion, they wouldn't have to bury the return / cancellation policy in a long legal disclaimer.
