you were a victim of fraudulent activity on your credit card.  It appears that whomever was using it placed the order on our website.  We have gone ahead and refunded you the initial shipping charges that were placed on your card in the amount of $4.95 and $4.90.  Please allow 3-5 business days for this to reflect in your account.  We have fully stopped the account and you should not receive anymore products or charges from our company.If you still have the bottles of product feel free to keep them and possibly give them to a friend or family member.Thank you,Support Team

to make a purchase.  Once the order is placed you are sent a confirmation
email for each product, which also contains links to the terms and conditions
of the trial.  Lastly we place a terms and conditions card on each product
box that is sent to our customers.  The card explains the terms and
conditions of the trial as well as provides a customer service number.
The 14 day trial that you had signed up for is on a 24 hour cycle, the minute the order is placed the trial starts.   So you were billed properly as the 14 days had expired.  The original purchase date was 2/23/16 and you were charged on 3/8/16.  It appears you spoke to our customer service team on multiple occasions.  We did review the phone calls.  The language you had used on the phone towards our representatives was rather abrasive, as they were only trying to assist you.  They never had the opportunity to provide with all the options regarding refunds. 
We do understand mistakes, regarding the cancellation of trials, can be made and we try to provide our customers with the best service possible.  That being said we have gone ahead and refunded the amount you have requested $89.74.  Depending on your financial institution it typically takes 3-5 business days before the refund will reflect in your account.  At this point all of your account have been stopped, you not incur future shipments or billing.  Please keep the remaining supplements you currently have.

signing up to a trail offer you must click a box that states you have read and agree to the terms of the purchase which clearly outlines how the trail works.  Once the order is placed a confirmation email is sent that also contains the terms and conditions of the purchase.  Lastly the terms and conditions are on a card that is on the actual shipping box the product is sent in.After reviewing your account it appears that you did cancel through the automated system on June 5, 2015 and chose the option of keeping the bottle you currently have and not to receive any future orders.  At this point your account was stopped.  Once you canceled through this system you did call and speak to one of our representatives who explained that we could not offer you a refund based on the terms of what you had signed up for.  You did not speak to a representative at our company that stated the trial is 30 days and we will be issuing a refund, all of our calls are recorded.  That being said we do want all of our customers to be happy and realize sometimes people don't read the terms they agree to before making a purchase.  We have gone ahead and refunded your account in the amount of $89.74.  As previous stated your account has been stopped since June 5, 2015.  Please feel free to keep the bottle you currently have.Thank you,Support Team

and it was never canceled.  The monthly billing for this program costs $31.63.  This program gives you access to a website filled with workout videos, diet guides, and a whole plethora of wellness programs.  You also get to pick a product monthly that gets shipped to you at no cost and get a $100 online coupon that can be used for more products as well. We were able to see that you never logged into the website and utilized the program thus you are entitled to the full refund you are requesting.  You have been refunded $126.52 as of today.  We saw that you spoke to representative this morning so the refunds were already issued.  Depending on your financial institution it typically takes 3-5 days before the refund reflects in your account.Thank you,Support Team

not acknowledge nor accept the terms you would not be able to place your order.  The terms describe exactly how the trial works and all the billing associated with it if you choose not to cancel.  Once the order is placed you receive and email that contains a link to the terms and conditions.  Lastly we place a terms and conditions card on the physical product box customers receive.  The card contains the terms and conditions of the trial as well as the customer service number to call with any questions.Upon review of your account the representative that you spoke with on 11/3/15 offer you a 65% discount when you did not accept the representative stated she would void the order.  Because the transaction of $89.74 had not finished processing, it was still a pending transaction, the order was voided.  On your bank statement you should find the charge of $89.74 was never processed or it would show as a debit of $89.74 and then a credit of $89.74.  If this is not what is reflected on your bank statement please contact us with your bank representative to confirm.  As of 11/3/15 your account has been closed and the only charge you should have on your account for our company is the original shipping prices.Thank you,Support Team

email is sent out, for each product ordered, which contains links to the terms.  Lastly to ensure our customer have a clear understanding of the trial, a terms and conditions card is placed on the physical product box for each product.  This card outlines the terms of the trial as well as contains a customer service number to call.We have gone ahead and reviewed your account.  In regards to the Revolutionary Cleanse, the day you placed the order 8/12/15 you also called in to cancel and the representative did so.  This product was cancelled and the $4.90 shipping charge was voided.  In regards to the Garcinia Cambogia, you placed the order on 8/12/15 and were charged $4.95 for the shipping and handling.  The reason why you were charged $29.71 is because it was the option you chose in the automated system on 8/12/15.  Instead of choosing the option to cancel your account and not receive the current bottle, you chose the option where you keep the first bottle at a discounted rate and cancel any future orders.  This would also be the reason why the bottle was shipped the next day.That being said we will gladly refund you the $29.71 because it appears you chose that cancellation option as a mistake.  Please allow 3-5 business days from 8/24/15 for the refund to show in your account.  We do not refund shipping and handling fees as it is stated in the terms of the trial.  But we do not charge a restocking fee.  Please feel free to keep the bottle you currently have.  Thank you,Support Team

That being said, you HAVE NOT been charged twice for $99.99 from us.  We have charged you $89.74 and $89.47 (plus the shipping and handling to get the products out to him).  If you have been charged $99.99 twice, that is not from us.  Obviously, not knowing what he may have signed up for, it is difficult to speculate what those may be for, but you can contact your credit card company and they should be able to figure that out for you.
We have gone ahead and refunded the charges of $89.74 and $89.47 out of good faith.  The total refund you should be receiving from us will amount to $179.21, and those will be back in your account within 3 to 5 business days.

We had a chance to review your account and complaint.  Just to clarify the trial you signed up for a 14 day trial (not 10 day) of MuscleRev Xtreme and paid the shipping price of $4.95 (not $9.95).  You placed your original order on 3/28/16 and canceled...

through the automated system on 4/5/16.  The option you chose when canceling was to pay $38.71 and keep the remaining portion of the bottle and not be on a subscription.  Being that you were within you 14 day trial period you could have chose the option to just cancel.  And you a correct in stating we do not require you to ship back the remaining portion of the bottle.  
You chose a cancel option that you didn't want.  We fully understand that this was a mistake and being that you canceled within the trial period we will go ahead and refund you the $38.71 today.  Depending on your financial institution it typically takes 3-5 business days before the refund will reflect in your account.  At this point in time all your accounts with our company have been stopped.  You will incur no further billing or product shipments.  Also please keep the remaining portion of the bottle.

Your complaint is giving us some mixed signals, so we'd like to clear that up for you.  First off, you were not automatically signed up for RevFuel Rewards without your authorization.  You received an email about it asking IF you would like to sign up....

 Looking over your account, you agreed to sign up for it, hence the $1.95 initial charge.  Second, the 7 day trial does begin the date you sign up for it (3/9/15), which is stated in the terms, meaning the end of the trial was the 16th.  You were charged that day, then called into cancel later that day.
However, it does not appear that you completely understood that, so as a sign up good faith, we will be issuing a refund for the charge of $18.53.  You will receive an email confirming the refund shortly, and the refund will be processed into your account within the next 3-5 business days.

and put on a monthly subscription.  It looks like you ordered our MuscleRev Xtreme and RevTest product. Our
Terms and Conditions are available to you three times when signing up for our
products because we want our customers to have an understanding of what they are
signing up for. The customer has to agree to have read the Terms and Conditions
when inputting their form of payment. You are sent an email confirmation of
your order after it is processed and there is a Terms and Conditions link
located in the email. When the product is received we include our return policy
attached to the package. Our company policy is after 14 days we do not issue
full refunds or accept returns; which is why [redacted] was not able to do either. However we have gone ahead and
issued a 50% off refund on one of the
bottles to help you out; bringing the total of the refund to $43.14. We checked all call recordings regarding your account and our representatives that you spoke with were nothing but professional and informative. Neither one of our representatives cut you or your wife off when speaking.
Our product are really amazing and every body is different so the
result time is going to be different. We have had customers see the results
within the trial period as well as customers who need to give it up to 6 weeks
to start seeing the results they desire. The two week trial time is more to see
how the product reacts with you or if you need to take the product to a Doctor
before you start your regimen. Again we are very sorry for the confusion

In accordance to the terms and conditions once you complete the trial, which was 18 days for both products, you are billed the full amount for each product you had received.  Then you are placed on a 30 day subscription cycle.  Our contact information is located in the terms and conditions its also located on the side of the products bottles as well as on the terms and conditions card that was placed on the delivery box.  We didn't received a phone call nor and email from you.  But mistakes can get made and it appears that you don't want to continue to receive our products.  That is why we offer a trial to make sure our customers are informed before being placed on subscription or canceling.
As of today we have refunded your account in full. The total amount of the refund is $193.01.  You had requested to be refunded in the amount of $261.07.  But the total amount of money charged by our company was $193.01.  Here is the break down.  For the Garcinia Cambogia you paid $5.95 shipping and handling, when you were billed after the trial you were charged $89.74.  For the Revolutionary Cleanse you paid $5.90 shipping and handling, when you were billed after the trial you were charged $89.47.  Also you had signed up for the New Body Rewards program and were charged $1.95.  All of your accounts are closed with the company.  Typically refunds process in 3-5 days depending on your financial institution.

We had the chance to review your account.  Each product you ordered was on an independent trial.  You did call and cancel the Garcinia Cambogia product on 5/26/15 through our automated system and chose the option to keep the remainder of the bottle for a...

discounted price of $29.71.  And you received and email stating that your Garcinia Cambogia account was canceled that same day (5/26/15).  You didn't contact the company again until 1/8/16 to cancel your subscription of the Revolutionary Cleanse.  In that conversation it was agreed that a supervisor would contact you within 24-48 hours.   Per the notes on your account a supervisor attempted to contact you but was unable to reach you via telephone.   You called in on 1/19/16 and stated you wanted a full refund for all the bottles sent to you, the rep informed you that wasn't possible and gave you a refund for the most recent shipment in the amount of $89.47.
In total you were shipped 8 bottles of the Revolutionary Cleanse.  You shipped back 3 unopened bottles and thus were refunded for 2 bottles since you were already refunded for one bottle on 1/19/16.  We did not receive 4 unopened bottles as you stated. The total refund you had received was $268.41, for the 3 bottles. 
That still leaves you with 5 bottles of the Revolutionary Cleanse that were received according to USPS tracking. We will go ahead and refund you for those 5 bottles today, each at a cost of $89.47, totaling $447.35.  Four of the 5 refunds were issued to your credit card that was used to place the original order.  Unfortunately were weren't able to refund the 5th transaction on your card, due to a processing error, so we will be sending you a check in the amount of $89.47.   We cannot refund the amount you are requesting because that isn't the amount that you paid for the product.  Depending on your financial institution it typically takes 3-5 business days before you should see the refund in your account.  At this point your account has been fully refunded for the Revolutionary Cleanse minus the original shipping and handling cost of $4.90.
