[redacted],We had the opportunity to review your account.  Prior
to making any purchase of our products, that are on trial, you must click a box
on the website stating that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms
and conditions of the trial.  If you do not click this box you are unable
to make a purchase.  Once the order is placed you are sent a confirmation
email for each product, which also contains links to the terms and conditions
of the trial.  Lastly we place a terms and conditions card on each product
box that is sent to our customers.  The card explains the terms and
conditions of the trial as well as provides a customer service number.
In total you have been shipped 3 bottles of the MuscleRev Xtreme and 2 bottles of RevTest.  Each was under a separate 14 day trial when you originally signed up on 2/27/15.  After the 14 days are over you are billed for the bottle if you don't cancel and want to continue to receive them every 30 days.  Which is explained very clearly in the terms.  You didn't contact our company until 4/17/15, we do track all information when contacted by a customer.  It was explained to you that if full bottles are returned to the company we would issue you a full refund.  Up to this date we have received 2 full bottle of MuscleRev Xtreme and 2 bottles of Revtest.  We have sent you two refunds in the form of a company check and the other two refunds were issued back to the card used to place the order.    In reference to the checks, one was in the amount of $89.74 for MuscleRev and we verified that you cashed it on 6/1/2015, check number 1418.  The other refund check we sent you was in the amount of $89.47 for Revtest and that was cashed on 6/18/2015, check number 1703.  Now in reference to the refunds issued on your card.  On 4/27/15 we refunded the card on file for one of unopened bottles of Revtest in the amount of $89.47.  We received the last unopened bottle of MuscleRev Xtreme on 12/29/15 and the refund was issued.
At this point the only thing you haven't been refunded for is for one full bottle of MuscleRev Xtreme at $89.74 as well as the original shipping costs of both products.  The orginal cost of shipping for MuscleRev was $4.95 and $4.90 for the Revtest.  Based on the good faith that you did not fully understand how the trial/subscription process worked we will go ahead and send you a check in the amount of $99.59 as we are unable to issue the refund back to the card originally used.  All of your accounts with our company are closed and FULLY refunded.

charges.  Please feel free to keep the supplements you have recieved.  We do understand your frustration but in order to sign up for our 14 day trial you must agree that you have read over the terms and conditions of the sale.  We did not receive a phone call from you until 18 days from the original purchase, thus it was beyond the trial period, hence the charge.  Our supplement program is on a subscription basis just like many other companies offer.  And most of our customer's love the fact they can get supplements monthly without having to physically go out and purchase them.  Moving forward if you son would ever like supplements from us in the future please feel free to give us a call, he does not have to get them on a subscription basis.Thank you,Support Team

We're sorry the way our
trial works was not clear to you.  We've included a link to the
terms and conditions you agreed to [redacted].  Put
simply, they explain that you get a 14 day trial that begins
the date you placed your order.  If you do not like the product, all you
have to do is call or email us before your trial period ends, otherwise you will
be billed for the initial 30 day supply bottle you received, then be placed on
an autoshipment program where you would receive another bottle every 30 days.
 
You have gone beyond
your 14 day trial, which is the reason you were charged and have not received
more product yet, as you were charged for the initial bottle.
 
As a sign of good faith,
we've reversed those charges to help you out ($18.53, $89.74 and $18.53).
 Those refunds will take approximately 3-5 business days to process back
into your account.
 
If you would like to try
our products in the future, they truly are amazing.  As everyone's body
chemistry is different, not everyone will see results within the first 14 days.
 For some people, it will take up to 6 weeks.

product you do not need to do anything. The bottle is a full
month supply so after the 14 days you are charged the full price of the bottle
and put on a monthly subscription.  It looks like you ordered our MuscleRev Xtreme product. Our
Terms and Conditions are available to you three times when signing up for our
product because we want our customers to have an understanding of what they are
signing up for. The customer has to agree to have read the Terms and Conditions
when inputting their form of payment. You are sent an email confirmation of
your order after it is processed and there is a Terms and Conditions link
located in the email. When the product is received we include our return policy
attached to the package. Our company policy is after 14 days we do not issue
full refunds or accept returns. However you are still within your trial and have not been charged the $84.63. The only charge on your account from our company is $4.95. We have gone ahead and refunded the $4.95 Shipping and Handling charge for you. You have been sent an email
confirmation of the refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to
process. 
Our product really is amazing and every body is different so the
result time is going to be different. We have had customers see the results
within the trial period as well as customers who need to give it up to 6 weeks
to start seeing the results they desire. The two week trial time is more to see
how the product reacts with you. Again we are very sorry for the confusion and
we hope the full refund make you a satisfied customer.

Our records also indicate that you did call to cancel your account  within your trial period and selected the option on our automated system to keep both bottles for a discounted price ($29.71 & $33.28) instead of sending them back.  The notes on your account state that you were refunded for both early cancel charges on 12/4/14. Review: My wife signed up for a free trial of their Ketone product. She received a free 30 day supply in the mail. After checking my back account, I noticed a charge or $84.xx. After calling, I was told by a customer service rep that the free trial was only good for 14 days, and that in order to not be charged, the remaining 16 pills would have to be sent back to the company. After expressing my anger and demanded a refund, she "authorized" a 50% discount. When I stated this wasn't good enough, she "authorized" a 77% discount. After still demanding a full refund on the amount, she placed me on a hold and returned to tell me that I would receive a full refund. That was moments ago, so in the event that the refund takes place, I will be happy to return to comment on that. Furthermore and coincidentally, this is around the same time frame that the bank contacted my wife to issue her a new debit card, stating that her current card had been compromised.Desired Settlement: I am expecting a full refund in 3 - 5 business days.

Review: I ordered the Garcinia ($4.95) and the Cleanse ($4.90) on from Revolutionary Labs on April 4th.

One item was delivered on April 10th and the other on April 15th. Their Terms & Conditions say ,"Your Product is delivered within 2 to 5 days after placing Your order". In my case it was 6 days and 11 days.

Of course, I was not expecting to see $89.74 and $89.47 already charged to my card on April 19th !

It is completely unacceptable that the 14-day trial begins on day of order - of which and 6 and 11 days was taken to deliver the product !! I had 3 days to try the product and I'm already charged full price for both.

I consider this a RIP-OFF !

I called their Customer Service, explained my problem. She seemed quite familiar with the issue, and said the best she could do was to refund me 65% of the two charges. There was nothing more they would do...."because it is all stated in their T&C ". Where by the way, it does say, ,"Your Product is delivered within 2 to 5 days after placing Your order". And this was NOT the case. I live in a large and accessible city, with a front desk that receives packages.Desired Settlement: A FULL refund of $89.47 and $89.74 , not just the 65%.

Review: I paid for the shipping of a "free Sample" for a weight loss product, now two weeks later they are charging my debit card $172 for a membership that I do not want. I did not think that paying for a shipping fee for a one time trial would sign me up for a membership. This company is horrible. Free trial is not free. Like a fish hook was able to talk with a person easily when signing up but now can not talk to anyone since I thought I cancelled the account over the only phone number I can find which is automated. Emailed multiple times even messaged facebook still no response. They keep withdrawing money from my account and no product is arriving. This company should be closed down. Do NOT do business with this "company". NO MATTER WHAT.

Review: I ordered a free trial of Muscle Rev X from this company and after a couple weeks they charged me $84.63 and I have no idea why. No where does it say anything about I would be charged anymore other than the $4.95 I paid for the shipping cost. I was used caution while ordering this to make sure there wasn't any fine print or anything saying I would be charged and I've yet to find anything. Review: I ordered a 14 day trial, never received product, but was never charged the 4.95 so I was not concerned, I thought that I had just gotten busy and never actually hit send to complete my order. Then on 9/13/13 I was looking at my acct to see that not only was I charged on the 13th for the 4.95 for a product I never received, but I was also charged 76.14 for the full 30 day supply. I tried calling the # that was listed on my statement, and after finding my "account" it asked if I wanted to speak to someone, I pressed "0" to be connected with a customer service rep and it just kept ringing and ringing and then it disconnected on me. I tried 5-10 times and with two different #'s and the same thing kept happening. They are Pacific time and I was calling during there business hours.Desired Settlement: I would not only like a refund for my 76.14, I would also like a refund for the 4.95 for a product I never received

Review: I ordered a special advertisement price for this product of $4.95. Apparently, this then triggered ongoing charges and shipments of $89.47 on 5/26/2015 or $89.74 on 6/02/2015. I refused shipments from USPS and returned them to the company. When the charges appeared on my MasterCard statement, I disputed them. At first they were removed on 5/26/2015 and 6/02/2015 and then reappeared on my MasterCard 7/06/2015 and 7/13/2015. I did not order these products and did not accept them when sent. They were returned. I received email notices that the account had been canceled on 05/22/2015 and 6/02/2015. I can supply these emails if necessary. Note that the charges were made AFTER the notices of cancellation of the account. Also, I left the USA on May 26, but my wife personally handled the return of the products.Desired Settlement: I want these charges removed from my credit card account and no more charges received. This is an obviously deceptive practice. I do not have the product nor do I want it.

Once the order is made a confirmation emails, for each product ordered, are sent out which also contain links to the terms of how the trial works. Lastly, when the actual product arrives we also have sticker on the side of each product box which clearly states the terms of the trail. Most customer like the subscription based program we offer with our supplements as it prevents them from having to physically drive to a store once a month. That being said, we want all of our customers to be happy and we are sorry to hear you had a poor experience. After reviewing your account you were billed $89.74, for MuscleRev, on 6/2/15 and this account was stopped on 6/12/15 because you filed a charge back with your financial institution. With the second product, RevTest, the last billing took place on 5/21/15 in the amount of $89.47 and this account was stopped on 5/29/15 because you filed a charge back with your financial institution. You were not billed on 7/6/15 or 7/13/15 from our company. What most likely took place is your financial institution temporarily refunded you the amount of $89.74 and $89.47 when you filed the charge back. But after completing the chargeback process you were most likely found responsible for those charges, hence why the charges would reappear on your statement on 7/6/15 and 7/13/15. This is just our guess as to what happened based on a review of your account. You may want to follow up with your financial institution for further explanation.But as stated previously we want all or our customer to be happy so we have gone ahead and refunded you $89.74 and $89.47 for a grand total of $179.21. Review: My husband order the products Muscle Rev Extreme and Rev Test. It was supposed to be a trial subscription, but they charged us $4.90 and $4.95 for the trial subscriptions and then (after the product was returned) $89.74 and $89.47 for the full subscriptions. My husband quickly realized what he had done and called back to cancel the orders. They said the orders were already in process and when they were shipped to our house, to just send them back with RMA # [redacted]. We received them and took them to the Post Office on Wednesday 11/26/15. The post master wrote on the boxes 'REFUSED SHIPMENT' The boxes were never opened. I wrote the RMA # on every side of both of the boxes. Revolutional Laboratories showed they received the product back and canceled our subscription but never refunded the money. I talked with customer service the week of 1/8/15 and they told me they would not refund the money because I had not sent the product back correctly, but they acknowledged receiving the product. I went to my credit card with Bank of America and disputed the charges since they wouldn't refund the money. On 3/13/15, my credit card company said they couldn't solve the issue, so they were putting the charge back on my card. I called Revolutional Laboratories on 4/2/15 and was told that since I had disputed my charges, I was 'blacklisted' and they couldn't refund the charges. So far only one charge for $89.47 has shown up on my credit card again.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded my $89.47, plus the $4.95 initial fee. I also don't want the other $89.74 or $4.90 fee to show back up on my credit card.

Review: I am a certified trainer in fitness and I was approached by a revlabs athlete named [redacted] on instagram her user name is moflexzone witch has now been changed too moflexfit.She commented on one of my fitness photos asking me looking for sponsors and I replied back saying yes I am.She then gave me her contact info to email her so I could go through what I thaught was gonna be a sponsorship.In her email she says that I must buy there products first before there company would ever even consider sponsoring me so I went on there website and baught some revlabs protein and a revlabs t shirt and then she says in the email that I have to take pictures with me representing there products so I did that too.I waited to hear back and this started mid November and suddenly weeks go by and I never here anything so I email her back asking what is going on and no reply so then I start investigating things and I notice that she started deleting her comments off my photos on instagram about ever asking me about sponsorship so red flags start popping up so then I notice that another user had his comments deleted off some of her photos and I have all the pictures,emails,phone recordings and phone logs dates and order conformation number to prove all this is true.So I call there business where I purchased my products and a lady answers the phone and tells me there is no history of my purchasing there products and cant find my order number that I still have on file so it just keeps getting better.I then talk to another employee and its a guy saying he cant give me the info I need and he works in customer support.So then I get transferred to another person head of customer support named Brittany.She cant help me either so then I email mike head of sponsorship and finally He gives me his phone number so I call him.He says this girl [redacted] is not a revlabs athlete and this has happen before sorry and I will refund your money.Told him to send a money order.Nothing came!Desired Settlement: I want my $68.46 back and that's it.I had to change my debit card info cause they could not tell me where my money went and to go through all this headache and im at work training people and helping people dealing with this kind of stuff.

That woman was a revlabs athlete because I found some more of there athletes representing her on social networks so the guy lied to me about that too.I have exactly everything I need to take

Review: The company claims that under the terms and conditions (which I never saw) it states you will not be charged $84 (or full price) for the raspberry ketones if you call within 13 days of your original order which was only $5 for you to try the product. No where does it state you will be charged the full price within 13 days or I would have never, ever ordered this product. I called the company and spoke to [redacted] who talked to his boss (which he would not allow me to talk to or give me their name) and he said the best he could do was provide me with a 20% customer service refund - whatever that means and could not provide me with a full refund because I should have read the terms & conditions which are no where to be found when you are ordering this product! He said he would send me the terms and conditions via e-mail and he never did (because I am sure they don't exist)! This company is a scam and I know I am not the only person that is upset with their false advertising!Desired Settlement: to be refunded the money that was charged to my credit card without my permission!!
