Review: The company claims that under the terms and conditions (which I never saw) it states you will not be charged $84 (or full price) for the raspberry ketones if you call within 13 days of your original order which was only $5 for you to try the product. No where does it state you will be charged the full price within 13 days or I would have never, ever ordered this product. I called the company and spoke to [redacted] who talked to his boss (which he would not allow me to talk to or give me their name) and he said the best he could do was provide me with a 20% customer service refund - whatever that means and could not provide me with a full refund because I should have read the terms & conditions which are no where to be found when you are ordering this product! He said he would send me the terms and conditions via e-mail and he never did (because I am sure they don't exist)! This company is a scam and I know I am not the only person that is upset with their false advertising!Desired Settlement: to be refunded the money that was charged to my credit card without my permission!!

Dear Mrs. [redacted],
Review: I am a certified trainer in fitness and I was approached by a revlabs athlete named [redacted] on instagram her user name is moflexzone witch has now been changed too moflexfit. She commented on one of my fitness photos asking me looking for sponsors and I replied back saying yes I am.She then gave me her contact info to email her so I could go through what I thaught was gonna be a sponsorship. In her email she says that I must buy there products first before there company would ever even consider sponsoring me so I went on there website and baught some revlabs protein and a revlabs t shirt and then she says in the email that I have to take pictures with me representing there products so I did that too.I waited to hear back and this started mid November and suddenly weeks go by and I never here anything so I email her back asking what is going on and no reply so then I start investigating things and I notice that she started deleting her comments off my photos on instagram about ever asking me about sponsorship so red flags start popping up so then I notice that another user had his comments deleted off some of her photos and I have all the pictures, emails, phone recordings and phone logs dates and order conformation number to prove all this is true.So I call there business where I purchased my products and a lady answers the phone and tells me there is no history of my purchasing there products and cant find my order number that I still have on file so it just keeps getting better.I then talk to another employee and its a guy saying he cant give me the info I need and he works in customer support. So then I get transferred to another person head of customer support named Brittany. She cant help me either so then I email mike head of sponsorship and finally He gives me his phone number so I call him.He says this girl [redacted] is not a revlabs athlete and this has happen before sorry and I will refund your money.Told him to send a money order.Nothing came!Desired Settlement: I want my $68.46 back and that's it.I had to change my debit card info cause they could not tell me where my money went and to go through all this headache and im at work training people and helping people dealing with this kind of stuff.
That woman was a revlabs athlete because I found some more of there athletes representing her on social networks so the guy lied to me about that too.I have exactly everything I need to take
this too court but all im asking is for my money returned like Mike promised from revlabs there head of sponsorship leader.By the way [redacted] changed her account and is now selling herbalife products and this is
the Woman that scamed me into thinking I was gonna get sponsored representing for Revlabs. That is all I have to say and thank you Revdex.com for your time.

To whom it may concern, We do apologize for the miscommunication. We never require our ambassadors/sponsored athletes to purchase anything from us in order to become apart of our team. After speaking to the gentleman, we have decided to cut him a check in the amount that directly correlates to the price that was spent purchasing our products ($68.46US). If there is anything else needed from us at Revlabs, please let us know. Sincerely, Support Team
Review: RevLabs sent me a promotion bottle of a supplement called Muscle Rev Extreme through GNC for only the shipping and handling. A customer rep. from Revlabs called me and said he'd like to send me a promotional bottle of another supplement called RevTest for an additional $1.99 for shipping and handling. He asked me for my card information to process the order. I was told if I like the supplement they would send me some more if I liked it. Today 3/8/14 they billed my card for $67.70 for the same promotional bottle of MuscleRev and an additional $77.64 for the same promotional bottle of RevTest. All I agreed to was the shipping and handling of the bottles. I have never authorized these funds being taken out of my account. I called RevLabs and spoke with customer service a supervisor tried to offer me $38.00 for the 67.70. I refused wanting a full refund. She then offered me $55.00 , I refused again demanding a full refund. I was told I would have to return the promotional botlles for a refund that I've had for around a month. I told I will be filling a complait.Desired Settlement: A full refund of $145.34 and a stop put to their devious business practices.

Hello [redacted],
We are very sorry the way our trial works was unclear to you. We
do offer a trial that is free for 14 days; like many trials if you decide to
continue with the product you do not need to do anything. The bottle is a full
month supply so after the 14 days you are charged the full price of the bottle
and put on a monthly subscription. Our Terms and Conditions are available to
you three times when signing up for our product because we want our customers
to have an understanding of what they are signing up for. The customer has to
agree to have read the Terms and Conditions when inputting their form of
payment. You are sent an email confirmation of your order after it is processed
and there is a Terms and Conditions link located in the email. When the product
is received we include our return policy attached to the package. Our company
policy is after 14 days we do not issue full refunds or accept returns. However
we have gone ahead and issued a 100% off
refund on both of the bottles to help you out; bringing the total of the
refund to $145.34. You have been
sent an email confirmation of the refunds. Please allow 3-5 business days for
the refunds to process back to your account.
Our product really is amazing and every body is different so the
result time is going to be different. We have had customers see the results
within the trial period as well as customers who need to give it up to 6 weeks
to start seeing the results they desire. The two week trial time is more to see
how the product reacts with you or if you need to take the product to a Doctor
before you start your regimen. Again we are very sorry for the confusion
and we hope the full refund makes you a satisfied customer. Have a great
day.
Thanks,

Review: I have been in contact with this company for the past week and May 19 2013 till now may 24 2013 and what I have been told is: that they sent me the product plus more product worth $84.43, more after 14 days, but I have been billed the $8.43, before the 14 day ended! Count may 19 to may 24.This looks like 5 days to me how about You?The reason is that I have not received the product even though they say they sent it. They Won't refund my Money and they want there product. Please investigate this company and let me know what I can do to get my refund and or let the public know that they are trying to extort monies from customers without any way of fighting back about the fraud.I am looking forward to your response to this letter, I do think that this company should be investigated and maybe even brought up on charges for there actions!Thank You[redacted]Desired Settlement: $89.38 total that is $4.95 initial charge then the $84.43 they charged me before 14 day trial time.

Hello [redacted],
Review: their computer glitched and charged my account over a month after I canceled. They have yet to resolve this issue almost a month later and keep giving me the run around. I tried contacting via e-mail, but you hit submit on their site and it wipes the contact form.Desired Settlement: refund plus all fees paid to my bank in the amount of approximately $400 as it caused overdraft issues to my bank account.

Response:
Hello [redacted],
Review: Review: I responded to a "pop-up" online ad by this company that offered a "free sample" with no further obligation other than to pay for the shipping cost of the product which was $4.95. In Sept, 2013, I used my debit card linked to my checking account and I paid the shipping and handling cost and received the product about 4 weeks later. As far as I knew, our business dealings were over. I had not agreed to any future business dealings or given any authoriztions for future payments to this company. I had not received the product yet, when on October 7, 2013, there was an unauthorized charge on my debit card for the amount of $84.63. I did not give this company consent or authorization to take any more additional funds from my account. I agreed to no memberships or any future dealings with this company! They sent me an email receipt of the original transaction reflecting the payment of the $4.95 that I authorized. Nowhere on that receipt did it say or inform me that I was now enrolled in some schemed monthly payment membership plan where they would be taking additional funds out of my account on a monthly basis. The advertising is clearly deceptive! I only realized that I had been enrolled in their payment membership plan when I called in regards to the unauthrized use of my debit card for the additional amount of $84.63. I was offered the opportunity to cancel "my membership"---a membership that I never agreed to in the first place. But it was clear that if I didn't cancel that membership, they would be taking out additional unauthorized funds from my account on a monthly basis. I was irate at the blatant deceptive advertising. In addition, the customer service number that they list on the receipt, no one ever answers the phone. It is computer generated. I have called at least 20 times and not once has any human picked up the phone. I am either disconnected or the phone just keeps ringing. Clearly, this is a business in it forthe money taking advantage of innocent citizes with their deceptive marketing and advertising schemes. It is a "bait and switch". The advertisement clearly said it was a free sample with no further obligation. I now have no trust in the product. The product finally came---after they took my $84.63 out of my account without my authorization, and I haven't used not one pill. It clearly sseems that it was designed for me not to receive the product until they had taken advantage of their deceptive advertising practices to get their unauthorized $84.63 from my accoount. Clearly, anyone with common sense knows that I would never had agreed to this had I realized it was going to cost me $84.63. I thought I was getting a free small sample for just $4.95. That is what the company advertised. They know that. I was only on board for the $4.95. I feel I was taken advantage of and blind-sided in a classic "bait and switch" scheme where they advertised one thing and delivered something else. They advertised the $4.95 for a free sample, and theyn "switched" after you give them your financial information to get more money out of you by "tricking" you and hiding what they were really up to which is charging you significantly more money. Of course, once I called the 1-888-973-8522 number, the option for Green Coffee extract, push "1" got no response. Tried several times but options just repeat themselves, obviously they don't want to receive calls. Again, clearly deceptive. But as stated earlier, if I didn't cancel the membership---for which I never agreed to in the first place, they would have used my debit card to take more unauthorized funds. I am so upset with what they have done, that I am also filing a complaint with the attorney general's office of California, as well as a police report for the unauthorized use of my debit card. I am hope I don't have to cancel my debit card and have another one re-issued to me because I feel my financial security has been compromised. No company should have the ability to keep my debit card on file to be used later to take advantage of trusting consumers in such a way.Desired Settlement: Desired Settlement: I want my $84.63 refunded to me in the form of a refund check. If the company requests the product returned, I am happy to do that, but then I would want the refund of the original $4.95 that I agreed to as well for a total refund of $89.58.

Hello [redacted],
Review: Hello, I subscribed with Revtest for two of their products. It came with a 14 day free trial offer. I didn't know that after the 14 days they were going to charge me around $90.00 for each product. So I canceled my order on February 27 and I received the product on February 17. They charged me and took my money on February 28. I've filed a dispute with my bank. I also have emails from the company stating the price of my trial offer which was 4.90 for the shipping and handling. I also have the email which shows that my subscription was canceled on February 27.Desired Settlement: I wish to have my money returned since I canceled before my trial date was over please and thank you.

This company pulls a bait and switch and is VERY VERY hard to cancel. DO NOT get fooled by their 4.95 offer. They charge you 89.74 or 89.47 and are never available when you try to call. The pills do not work either.
The worst company..I was call by the company to ask about my order and subscription..they told me if I dont cancel then I will be billed every month for 6 months..I told the operator cancel me right away...obviously he didnt and now they billed me and will only redund me 65%..stay away from this company..
Review: I ordered the Revolutionary Green Coffee Extract from this website. Nowhere on the website did it state that it was a free trial. I received the product and noticed it was a subscription. I called the toll free number and was put on hold for 10 minutes, then they hung up on me. I called again, same thing. The third time I called, they tried to put me on hold and I refused. I cancelled my subscription over the phone on 4-1-2013. The customer representative did not inform me that I needed to return the product, only that my account would not receive any further charges. On 4-12-2013, a charge for $84.63 went out from my account.Desired Settlement: I would like this money refunded. I would also like the $4.99 refunded if at all possible, just due to the headaches that this company causes.

Review: I ordered a 14 day free trail of Raspberry Ketone from this company. There agreement says that the 14 days begins when the order is placed and that they are sending a 30 day supply which you will be billed for if you have not canceled prior to the 14 days. They claim they sent a confirming email but they did not. I have all emails received and none from this company. The product was shipped on 7/13/2013 according to the shipping label. I did not receive the product until 7/29/13 so obviously I could not comply with the terms. The company billed my credit card $84.63. Upon receiving the product I called the company and explained the situation. They said that I could not return the product and they could not return my money because of policy regardless of the fact the product did not reach me within the specified time frame. I called Bank of America Visa and they said this was a common free trial period scam but they could not win a dispute since I had approved the agreement.Desired Settlement: I want Revolution Laboratories to allow me to return the product and refund my money.

Review: The website says that I can send my trial back within 14 days, I have just received the product today and decided I would like it sent back, I called the number and my phone dropped and pushed a wrong button making a mistake. They are trying to bill me $38.71 and will not let me cancel my subscription I was able to fully cancel a different product that I ordered from the same company and had no problems. The details were that I was to send the product back and not be charged, they will not let me change that. Review: My son ordered a trial of some muscle enhancement powder. He didn't read the terms and conditions and didn't notice that he was going to get a "membership" with his first bottle. The membership included a 3 month subscription in that they would charge $89.74 per month. I b[redacted]eve that he started this in March of 2015 and we are still receiving the product and they are still charging our credit card. I have called them and told them to stop the Membership. I rec'd another shipment this week and the credit card was billed on 9/5/15. The three month period has definitely expired. I am going to return the product today but I am told by the company that all they can do is give me a 50% discount. When I told him I was going to send back the unopened box and I expected a 100% refund he hung up on me.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of this last box that we have rec'd and I would expect that our "membership" has been ended.

I didn’t see the message of 9/28. S[redacted]y I didn’t respond sooner. I am happy that I am getting a refund. I appreciate your help in this matter. I still think that the business (Revolution Laboratories, LLC) has dishonest practices going on and should be monitored closely. I asked on the phone for a full refund and was told that I could only get 50% of my money back. Only when I involved Revdex.com did my issue get resolved. I have sent the product back for a full refund. Thanks again! [redacted]
Review: Revolution Laboratories offered a "free" sample of a product, charging only shipping costs. Turns out that was just a ploy to gain my credit card information so they could charge me approximately $80 two weeks later for something I DID NOT ORDER OR AGREE TO. It would seem I am not alone in this based on the amount of complaints filed against them over the past few days. As far as I'm concerned, this is horrible business practice and outright fraudulent behavior.Desired Settlement: I expect a FULL REFUND immediately of the money that was taken from me without my express authorization.

Dear Mr. [redacted],
Review: I was informed that I would obtain a free 30 day trial of a product to see if it was to my satisfaction and told I would only have to pay shipping and handling fees, after having seen an article about this and another product on the [redacted] website in the false form of a testimonial. I have since seen the same testimonial with several other combinations of similar products with the only differences between them all being the name of the product. I was not informed that an additional $84.63 would be deducted from my account and, upon attempting to cancel this payment via the website provided, found the website to be nonexistant.Desired Settlement: I would like for the withdrawal from my account to be refunded and would like all contact information for myself removed from their databases and not shared with any other shady corporations who make their wealth practicing such dishonest schemes upon receipt of the refund of the exact amount above stated.

Review: I ordered their supplements with a free trial system advertised and within the allowed amount of time I cancelled. As I found out they are not FDA approved. The company continued to send me the supplements and charge my card. I called them again and told them I cancelled and they said "return the unopened boxes (4) and they would reimburse me. I sent back four boxes and they reimbursed me for 2 and still continue to ship and charge. Now when I call the company as soon as I give them my account number, the phone gets disconnected. I call my charge card company and they tried to call them with a 3 way call. They received the same outcome 3 times. After the second time Capital One called them, the customer service rep asked to speak to speak to a supervisor. When the supervisor asked for my account number, same thing happened, supervisor hung up the phone. I have been charged over $360 for a product that I can not take as I am a Federal Firefighter and they are not approved by the FDA. And I returned the product to them!Desired Settlement: I want my money back and for everyone to know how this company operates. They are totally fraudulent and have over 100 complaints filed against them already. They should be shut down and made to reimburse all

Mr. [redacted],First off we would like to apologize for the poor connection issues you were having when contacting our Customer Service Department. We always strive to provide the best service to each of our customers. Before signing up for one of our trials a customer must acknowledge, by clicking a box, that they have read, understand, and agree to the terms/conditions of the trial. Once an order is placed a confirmation email is sent that also contains the terms/conditions of the trial. Lastly we physically place a card on the side of each product box that contains the terms/conditions of the trail. Based on your complaint it would appear that you didn't fully read and understand the terms of the trial. Please feel free to go back and review the terms. Essentially you have 14 days to try out each product your ordered. Within those 14 days you must contact our company via email or phone call to let us know if you to continue to receive the product on a monthly basis or if you would like to cancel your account.Your original order for MuscleRev Xtreme and Revtest was placed on 3/1. You called an canceled your subscription for MuscleRev Xtreme on 5/28/15 through our automated system. You also called on 6/22/15 to cancel the subscription to Revtest with one of our representatives. That representative also explained that if you send us back the unopened product we would fully refund you for those boxes. On 7/13/15 we did receive one bottle of MuscleRev Xtreme and one bottle of RevTest unopened. At this point your account was refunded $89.74 (for the MuscleRev) and $89.47 (for the Revtest). We did not receive the 4 unopened boxes you are claiming to have sent. That being said it is possible that the other boxes were lost in the mail. We will go ahead and refund you $89.74 (for the bottle of MuscleRev) and $89.47 (for the RevTest). Your total refund today is $179.21. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show in your account. You have now been refunded for all 4 bottles that were in question. All sports supplements are considered nutritional supplements, not food or drugs, and therefore do not get approval from the FDA. Thank you, Support Team
Review: In June 2013, I purchased a bottle of Revolution Laboratories' "Green Coffee Bean Extract" for $4.95. I ordered this product online by filling out my personal information and my credit card information. No additional "terms and conditions" were provided by the company at this time. On both June 27 and July 29, Revolution Laboratories charged me an additional $84.63 (i.e., a total of 169.26). When I questioned the company about these charges, they claimed that I agreed to this price (which is their usual full monthly price for this product) and agreed to be charged this price on a continuing monthly basis, as stated in their terms and conditions. This is absolutely incorrect. Revolution Laboratories did not provide me with any additional terms and conditions regarding a continual monthly charge at the time of my order. Moreover, nowhere does this recurring $84.63 cost appear in their advertising. They only provided their terms and conditions in an e-mail confirmation of my order--i.e., after the sale was made.Desired Settlement: Though, on 7/30, Revolution Laboratories agreed to refund me $42.31 of the $169.26, I am still dissatisfied. I want the remaining balance of $126.95 refunded to me.

Review: I ordered two trial products that I did not receive. I was billed $15.00 Canadian for shipping for the two products. The trial terms and conditions stated if canceled within 14 days no further charges would be incurred and if not satisfied for any reason you would be reimbursed. Delivery was guaranteed for 2 to 5 days from date of order. As of day 10 I had not received the product so I canceled the order. They put through a charge of $80.00 Canadian in spite of my canceling the order. When I called the listed 888-973-8522 number, I was told there was nothing they would do about it. All in all I paid nearly $100.00 to this company and I want a refund for the full amount. I see this is a common complaint with this company and I believe it is a scam.Desired Settlement: I would like a 100 percent refund for both products I ordered and shipping fees as I did not receieve the product.

Hello [redacted], We apologize you do not feel you had a good experience with our company. Our records indicate that your products were shipped out to you, but indeed did not make it to the address provided. When the packages are tracked the system states they are still in transit to your address. Our records also indicate that you did call to cancel your account within your trial period and selected the option on our automated system to keep both bottles for a discounted price ($29.71 & $33.28) instead of sending them back. The notes on your account state that you were refunded for both early cancel charges on 12/4/14. All refunds take 3-5 business days to process. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PST. Thank you. Regards, Support Team

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.I would like to add that the business response is very miss-leading and this is a total scam. This is supposed to be a free trial and the option to cancel it during the 14 day trial period at no charge. The ad even states you can keep the product if you cancel - no need to send the bottles back. Why then would they have an option to keep the bottles at a discounted price as they state? This is a ridiculous contradiction and the option as they state did not exist when I made my cancellation call. Furthermore, how do you trial something you never received? The automated system they refer to only gives you the option to cancel, there is no option to keep the product for a discounted price. I did receive a refund but it was only after I filed my complaint with the Revdex.com not as they claim in their response. The customer service person I spoke to was adamant they were not going to reimburse me for anything and he processed the "discounted purchase" after I cancelled. I still have the e-mailed invoices with the dates and times, which I would be happy to provide any law enforcement agency that chooses to investigate this "company" as a fraud.Their business license - if they even have one - should be revoked. They are consistently ripping people off, the complaints are all similar in nature. I am still out approximately $5.00 Canadian for nothing but attempting to do business with this supposed company. They give you 14 days to sample a product they never ship. They make money off the "shipping" as no shipping occurs, then they hope people forget about it and they start the monthly billing unbeknownst to people who have forgotten about a product they never received. This is a scam operation no doubt. I would suggest to anyone who sees ads for this company and/or your Revdex.com website to run as far away from this company as possible.

[redacted],We had the opportunity to review your account. You stated that you were unaware of the terms before purchasing our products on trial. Prior to making any purchase of our products, that are on trial, you must click a box on the website stating that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions of the trial. If you do not click this box you are unable to make a purchase. Once the order is placed you are sent a confirmation email for each product, which also contains links to the terms and conditions of the trial. Lastly we place a terms and conditions card on each product box that is sent to our customers. The card explains the terms and conditions of the trial as well as provides a customer service number. That being said we do not feel as if we have been negligent in anyway in providing you with the terms of how the trail works and the billing associated with it. We do however understand that mistakes can be make and things can get overlooked. Therefore we will provide you with a full refund for both products that you purchased. As of today we have refunded $89.74 for the Garcinia Cambogia and $89.47 for the Revolutionary Green Coffee Bean. It typically take 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your financial institution. All of your accounts are closed. Moving forward you will not receive any further billing or product from our company. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us. Thank you,Support Team

Regards,
Review: I responded to a "pop-up" online ad by this company that offered a "free sample" with no further obligation other than to pay for the shipping cost of the product which was $4.95. On August 17, 2013, I used my debit card linked to my checking account and I paid the shipping and handling cost and received the product about 4 weeks later. As far as I knew, our business dealings were over. I had not agreed to any future business dealings or given any authoriztions for future payments to this company. I had not received the product yet, when on September 3, 2013, there was an unauthorized charge on my debit card for the amount of $84.63.
Of course, once I called the 1-888-973-8522 number, the option was offered by the computer generated voice to cancel the membership and I did. But that cancellation implies that I had agreed to the membership in the first place---which I had not! I am also being forced to cancel my debit card and have another one re-issued to me because I feel my financial security has been compromised. No company should have the ability to keep my debit card on file to be used later to take advantage of trusting consumers in such a way.Desired Settlement: I want my $84.63 refunded to me in the form of a refund check. If the company requests the product returned, I am happy to do that, but then I would want the refund of the original $4.95 that I agreed to as well for a total refund of $89.58.
