Review: Website advertises a free trial and only pay $5 shipping and handling. Customer must read through pages and pages of fine print to find they must cancel within 14 day or be charged $90 for the same product they gave you for free. Not even an additional bottle. I cancelled exactly 2 weeks after I ordered and they said it was day 15 so I wouldn't get a refund. Never once did they provide a reminder of the trial period ending or notification my card was going to be charged. I offered to send back the product and and any addition bottles they sent which they didn't they just charges me $90 a bottle for my "free"trial which I didn't get get a week out of. The terms and conditions are hidden in pages of text which includes how to cancel and the price to be charged and is not up front. I didn't not even know I was signed up for a subscription. I think this is misleading and they are strictly making their money off people not reading the term and condition. I would like a full refund of the auto debited amount and their website to state up front you will be charged on day 14 for products you already received if you do not cancel.Desired Settlement: Rev labs offered a 50% refund but I was looking for 100% as it was advertised as a free trial. Do not charge me if its free. I would also like them to change their website to put price and trial period up front not hidden in text and a notification before auto debuting your card.

Review: I ordered a product from this company. The sales representative informed me that for a 14 day trial all I had to do was pay for the initial shipping. If I didn't like the product call within 14 days and cancel. I specifically asked him if I would have to return the product if I did not like it. His response was NO. Upon arrival of the product there was a card in the box stating if unsatisfied return the product within 14 days. If I had known this I would have NEVER purchased the product to begin with. This is clearly false advertising! When I called Revolution Laboratories the customer service reps were of no help; it sounded as if they were merely reading a script and refused to help me. They told me that the sales representative was a 3rd party vendor and was not affiliated with the company, therefore, what he said didn't matter. Well, that makes no sense because this man sold me the product! Revolution Laboratories needs to reimburse me the cost of the return shipping as this was not disclosed to me upon purchase of the product. As I mentioned before the customer service representatives ([redacted] ID#[redacted] and [redacted] ID#[redacted]) refused to help in any way. They actually tried to hang up several times before the conversation was finished; they couldn't seem to get off the phone fast enough. Review: I am making this complaint because I did not realise until it was too late that by signing up to free trial I was committing to a membership which I did not want. I did receive my free bottle. But I then decided to cancel my membership because I did want to sign up. I just wanted to trial the product. Two weeks later I was billed twice on the same day. I would like to be refunded as I haven't received anything for the amounts they have charged me. I have tried to contact them direct by phone which was out of service. Review: This product was ordered under the advertised "free samples" , just pay for shipping agreement, but, after receiving product, was charged THE FULL PRICE of two bottles . After numerous calls to get refunded and then promised to be reimbursed, I was never compensated. Review: I received a package in the mail from this company for a product that I did not order. I have never ordered from this company. The note attached to the package said that if I did not cancel my subscription within 14 days from the original order date that I would be billed automatically $86.27 every 30 days.When I called to speak with customer service they would not answer why I received the product. They did confirm that they had my name, address and the last four digits of my credit card. They said that they cancelled my order but would not tell me where they obtained my information. I ordered a free trial for Green Coffee Bean Extract. I was aware that they would charge $4.95 for shipping. I was surprised that I was charged $84 because I did not authorize it. When I called, they stated that I had 14 days from when I ordered it to cancel it. After reading the reviews regarding this company, clearly I am not the only person that feels deceived by he company. When I called, they stated that if they do not hear back from you in 14 days, they assume that you are satisfied with the product and will continue to supply the product as well as charge your account monthly. Lets be honest, by the time I received the product, I had only 7 days to decide if I liked the product or not. Even though I never opened the product, they would only give me 15% refund since I called 14 days after I received the product, but it was over the 14 days from the order date. If your company truly believes in your product you would not be so scandalous about hiding the disclosure information. Had I known that I was going to be charged monthly, I would not have ordered the product. I just can't stand companies that try to trick people. I guess this is a learning experience. NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Review: Revolution Laboratories, advertising on FaceBook, enticed me to try their health supplements. I was led to believe that I was getting a free trial and was paying for shipping. They sent an extra item and charged an extra $2.95. The receipt which I printed from their site gave a phone # to call within "the 14th day of your order date" to cancel my "automatically enrolled membership". I did not want to be charged for what was, by their wording, free. I called the number they gave today (855-[redacted]) and got a Verizon customer service message telling me that that number had been changed to 800-[redacted] Calling the new number, I was able to speak with a Verizon customer service person who took the information to her supervisor. I cancelled the debit card today which I had used to pay for shipping of the "free" product. Who knows what they were going to charge me!Desired Settlement: They are using a fraudulent phone number and deceptive business practices to take money from the public. They need to be shut down and return my money and probably many others' money!

Also once the product is physically delivered each product box has a terms and conditions card placed visibly on the side. This card states the terms as well as the customer service number to call if you want to cancel your account. All of our phone calls are recorded thus your call was reviewed and you did accept and stated you understood the terms of the agreement.We apologize that you had trouble finding the customer service number but that is why we place the number right on the terms card that is on the product, include it in the confirmation email, and have our representatives give it out in the phone call. That being said, your accounts with our company have been canceled. Review: I ordered a free sample of a product, paid shipping as advertised and was unknowinglly placed on a monthly contract that deducted funds from my credit card account on 2 seperate occassions once for the total of 50.78 on may 10 2014 and 76.17 on June 9 2014 and never recieved my free sample. I was lead to believe the first box of revlab muscle rev was my free sample and was charged for it.Desired Settlement: refund of my first sample which should have been free on may 10. 2014 and I have returened the sample recieved on 6/19/2014 and want a refund, as well as closure to this order that I never agreed upon. also action against the missrepresentation of products.

Review: The way the webstie made it sound like was you only pay 4.95, and if I want more

I will order more later and this was a trial price. NOT!!!!! I am so mad, I won't even

give the product a try. I would NEVER have ordeedr it knowing they would have charged

my credit card in 14 days. etc..... all the jargon you can't even understand anyway. My bad, for not

checking with the Revdex.com first and seeing the many other complaints on this same company.

Even if this product was amazing, it's not right to do business this way. I will gladly pay the

4.95, but wish they would sent back the first 84.63 they charged my credit card. But they did

refund the second one.. I couldn't figure out why I got another one in the mail. I did not ask

for it. Then I looked closely on my credit card account. SNEEKY....Desired Settlement: As I said before, I wish they would make it right and credit back the first charge I did not ask for.

I am today sending back the second one that came in my mailbox. I should have sent it back

immediately, but I was not sure what was going on. Now I have to go back and ship it back at my

Review: I feel like they are very misleading when you sign up to get the "sample" at a discounted price, somewhere in that process you end up agreeing to receiving regular shipment of this very expensive product (which didn't work at all for me). They claim it is in the part where you click that you have read the above terms and conditions. Are you kidding me? Who actually reads those? I suppose I will start from now on, but I do feel like it is extremely misleading as I don't remember a single place where I agreed to a continuing shipment. I simply wanted to try the product at the discounted price. I called to cancel and was hoping to talk to a customer service rep but only got an automated phone system which did allow me to cancel future shipments (I hope) - but only after I had already received another shipments after what I thought was the original trial price and was charged full price for it. As I look back over my bank statement, I have found that they also charged me full price on the first shipment, as well! Now I cannot find any way to be refunded for this product that I never wanted in the first place and didn't even work for me because I can't seem to talk to anyone at this business. After you "cancel your account" on the automated phone system, it hangs up on you. There is never an option to actually speak to anyone. The first option you are given when calling the automated system is to cancel your account. This leads me to believe that I am not the only person who has had this happen to me. From now on, I will be more careful about trial offers and not reading the terms and conditions, but I still feel that as a company, they owe their customers the courtesy of making absolutely sure they know what they are getting into before ordering the trial product. I have been charged a total of $358.39 for a product that didn't even work for me.Desired Settlement: In the end, I would love to be refunded for this shipment that I didn't even ask for, but if that is not possible, I would at least suggest that this company be required to document more clearly for people who order from them in the future.

Review: I responded to a tv advertisement of Muscle Revolution by Revolution Laboratories LLC through Speedwinds Nutrition for $3.95 trial offer. it was ordered on 4/8/13 and debited to my bank account on 4/9/13. On 4/20/13 they said they sent me a shipment and charged my account $84.63. I did not want any so I returned it by writing cancel and return to sender on it. This was mailed back by USPS.

I received another shipment which was debited through my bank on May 22, for the same amount $84.63. This was returned to sender to cancel.

I had to call this company through the number on my bank POS DEB entry. I waited hours holding my phone for someone to talk with.

They had not send any notification to me, in any fashion, regarding the shipping. THEY, [redacted], (these are persons I spoke with during my phone calls to Them) said "they follow company rules" when I questioned the shipping and charges. [redacted], in an email following my calls and returns (they said they did not get the returns) wrote, "As for all of your order confirmations, you have received 'conformation' emails for all charges." Again this is NOT TRUE.Desired Settlement: This "company" should refund all money, $84.93 X 3, taken from my bank except the $3.95 for the initial trial charge to try the product. Also, some one should check this company out. In my opinion they are not a reputable company nor honest people.

Review: I'm from the UK . I ordered some Garcinia Cambogia from this company online on the basis that I paid the P&P for a free trial. The product never arrived but they have taken 172 in February and 179 in March from my account without my permission. Their contact details do not exist ( 1-[redacted] ) and they tell you to email them without giving you an email contact address. I was only able to trace them through a completely different advert that was using the same bogus phone number. Their correct number ( which they don't want to give out ) is 1-[redacted]. They will not refund me in full. I have been assured I will be getting a partial refund of $130, which is nowhere near what I have lost. This company does not operate in a legitimate manner and should be forced to publish correct details and not permitted to take money from innocent peoples accounts. Their true address is Revlavs, [redacted] Boulevard, Suite *, [redacted], California [redacted]. There are many people getting ripped off by this scam here in the UK , as it is featuring on Facebook. It is not a great image for companies within the USA to be associated with rip off merchants such as these. I will be posting warnings everywhere I can find in the UK about this scam to reveal this company for what they really are.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for all of the money that was taken from my account. This totals 349. I did not receive the product and could not contact the company to tell them so , as all of their details were bogus. I literally had to do an online investigation to track them down. This is wholly unacceptable and not good for UK/USA relations.

Review: The RevFuel Rewards program is a free 7 day trial. I received an email of my UNAUTHORIZED enrollment into the program on 3/9/15. I called on 3/16/15 to cancel my subscription and received two emails NOTIFYING me of my cancellation. Order #[redacted]. "This email is being sent to confirm that your account has been cancelled. You will not receive any other shipments or charges." Within TWO DAYS, I WAS BILLED 18.53 FOR THE REWARDS PROGRAM, A SERVICE I HAD CANCELLED. I called, and was told that I would not get a refund, which is a complete lie. If you can charge my credit card WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION, YOU CAN AND WILL GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.Desired Settlement: A FULL REFUND OF 18.53.

Review: I ordered green coffee bean extract from this company and was told after the first cost there would be no other cost unless I decided to keep the product. The product made me severely sick!!! When I called to cancel they charged me an extra $30. Then told me to send to the remainder for the unused bottle back. Review: I ordered their free trial of musclerev xtreme back on october 5. I reciveed their product and decided it wasnt for me didnt even open the inner container. Contacted a few weeks later when I was billed 84.63$ for what I thought was a free trial, they informed me that they charged me for the first months of pills and I told them I hadnt recieved anymore pills. They then informed me that the first month was included in the free sample I had ordered and that they could either sell me it at a discounted price of 50$ or send them the unopened package for a full refund. Luckily I hadnt opened the into container and could still do the second option, but how the hell is anyone supposed to do the free trial without being charged for the first month thats a pretty scammish way into suckering people to paying 84.63 bucks for a so called free trial. Thats not what my main reason for this complaint though. I sent the package on october 27th with a sealed bottle that included both the trial and the first month of suppliments. I gave it about a month and didnt recieve a refund so in late novemeber I gave their support # a call to see what is going on. I talk to a lady on the phone and give her all the info and she tells me that she esculated my refund to a manager and should see it in 3-5 buisness days. Fast forward dec 29th I still hadnt recieved the refund so I email their support so this time id atleast have a paper trail. I give them all my information and tell them about all the steps ive been through trying to get my refund. I get a reply a few hrs later saying I will receive a response within the buisness day. They didnt respond until yesterday and all I got what them asking for my number. (i had told them in the email id like to resolve it over email because of my military schedule and being in a hawaiin time zone. So at this point im fed up with trying to deal with their customer support and feel like theyre just saying enough to get me off the phone and have no intention of giving me a refund. Review: I saw a free trial period by the company for their health supplements. All they requested was the payment of postage. Upon closer inspection of their T & C's I had to return post my items within 14 days for this not to occur. This was not made clear in the original advertisement and was thoroughly misleading. It is also impracticable when you consider the time taken for the product to ship form California to Australia, and also return. The T & C's also state they will bill me for 6 months.

I sent them an email informing them of my dissatisfaction of their business practises and asked for the shipments to stop and the billing to stop. I have received no more products, but they keep billing my credit card.Desired Settlement: They have billed my credit card 4 times, I would like a refund of all these four instances.

an autoshipment program where you would receive another bottle every 30 days.

your 14 day trial, which is the reason you were charged and have not received

more product yet, as you were charged for the initial bottles.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be partially satisfactory to me. Revolution Labs debited my credit card for two months (four payments all up), yet are only offering to refund the initial two payments. The two debited payments in March did not come with any product being shipped. I would therefore respectfully request they refund all four payments.I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

All refunds take 3-5 business days to process. The only other charges you have inquired from our company are the shipping and handling fees which come to a total of $11.85.
