Review: Teenage son signed up for a trial period and cancelled within the allowed time but was billed anyway. I provided proof of email sent confirming cancellation was done in time. The company claims we altered or made up the email even though it shows coming from their email address. then they tried to bribe me by saying if I did not send a complaint to the Revdex.com they would refund 65% back to him. I told them he deserved a full refund and I will still file a complaint so no one else has to go through this.Desired Settlement: Full refund of amount billed $89.47. Plus something done to keep them from doing this to another underage teenager who has not been around long enough to know how to fight this kind of situation.

And most of our customer's love the fact they can get supplements monthly without having to physically go out and purchase them. Review: I see now there has been many complaints about the way this company operates. I ordered the Green Coffee Bean Extract for a free trial and I paid shipping. It took a few days to reach me and then 10 days later with no warning 86 dollars was removed from my bank account for payment. I tried calling the company and was left on hold for over 20 minutes. this caused an overdraft in my bank account and that charge was another 29 dollars. I saw nowhere in the info I filled out that this was going to happen or I never would have ordered it. I was also set up on a auto shipment that I did not want as well. I managed to cancel the auto-ship because I could do it without talking to a rep. No one should get involved with this companies shady practices.Desired Settlement: I would like the 86 plus my bank charge of 29 dollars to be returned to my bank

Review: Received a free trial offer. Order 1 item and cancelled the order they said I received two items which I did not. After the trial offer I cancelled because I was told they would keep sending you product and charging your account. They said I ordered two products and only cancelled one I only received one item! They charged my account $90.00. I told them I was returning the product I did not want it. They said once it left the warehouse they would not return the product. Review: I ordered this product, Green Coffee Bean Extract, because it had all the signs of being a legitimate product. After not even ONE DAY of taking it (I go it yesterday) I read the bottle which states, no less than 50% CAFFEINE .. NOT what was stated on the internet ad, which is now missing by the way. Also, there was NO MENTION of this being a subscription service or I wouldn't have ordered it. I realized my account is being charged over 80 dollars for this product I was getting a "free 14 day trial" for...all I had to do was pay shipping????? Then why did you charge me shipping AND charge my account over 80 dollars!!!??? If this company were legitimate it would not need to scam people this way. I did NOT sign up to be charged $80+ for something which would not be possible to test properly in less than 14 days! I should also mention that the ad said I would get a 14 day FREE trial and did NOT mention that I would receive a FULL 30 days' supply of their pills and which I would be obligated to send back. The documents which I finally found online state that not only must I send back the "significant remainder" of pills (which is how many, exactly?) but that it must be sent back to a different address than the one from which it was sent. After sending them this email, they asked me to call them. Which I did. They then told me that I had to cancel within the 14 day free trial...I just got the pills yesterday and they already charged me...I hadn't even gotten the pills yet. Anyway, they said they would reimburse me 65%, they could only reimburse me 100% if I sent back the unopened bottle. Well since I opened it this morning...I guess I will only get back 65%. Needless to say, I'm not happy about this company. Prior to you making the original trial purchase you must click a box stating that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions of the trail. If you do not acknowledge nor accept the terms you would not be able to place your order. The terms describe exactly how the trial works and all the billing associated with it if you choose not to cancel. Once the order is placed you receive and email that contains a link to the terms and conditions. Lastly we place a terms and conditions card on the physical product box customers receive. The card contains the terms and conditions of the trial as well as the customer service number to call with any questions.Upon review of your account the representative that you spoke with on 11/3/15 offer you a 65% discount when you did not accept the representative stated she would void the order. Because the transaction of $89.74 had not finished processing, it was still a pending transaction, the order was voided. On your bank statement you should find the charge of $89.74 was never processed or it would show as a debit of $89.74 and then a credit of $89.74. If this is not what is reflected on your bank statement please contact us with your bank representative to confirm. Review: Total Scam-I ordered a free trial of musclerev and Revtest and paid $4.95 for shipping and did received both. The MuscleRev was $89.74 and the RevTest was $89.47. On 8/5/15 you contacted the customer service department who stopped your account and out of good faith refunded you $89.74 for the MuscleRev and $89.47 for the RevTest. Your total refund on 8/5/15 was $179.21 and you were able to keep the bottles of product. Based on your complaint we are unable to refund you further on these products since a refund has already been issued. And as it states in the terms and conditions we are unable to refund the shipping and handling fees.When you ordered our products we sent you a promotional email offering you a chance to preview the RevFuel Rewards program for 7 days in which you could use a $100 e-gift card toward products for $1.95, this email also contains all the terms and conditions of how the 7 day preview works. You chose to sign up for this program and pay the $1.95. When the 7 days ended you did not cancel and were charged $18.53. This is the monthly cost of the program which give you access to the website/resources as well as $100 e-gift card. Out of good faith we have gone ahead and refunded you the $18.53 as of today. I prodeded to phone the customer service line and attempt to cancel but was informed that particular customer service line didn't associate with the products I tried. I then got billed £11.97 on the 29th Dec 2014. I tried again to cancel, I read there was a online cancellation service but that was not true. Many times I could not even log on due to on going maintenance. Then I was billed £58.06 and £58.23 on the 5th of January 2015. Review: Product purchased on trial. Remaining product was returned after phoning company to cancel subscription and receiving RMA number within trial period (4/9/14). $89 charge appeared in bank account 2 days ago (4/22/14). Phoned company who advised they required tracking number for my return shipment. When I phoned back with this info, tracking number was not requested. Customer service agent offered 30% refund. When I questioned him and explained I had followed procedure for avoidance of any further charges, he again offered 30%. When I protested, he agreed to 100% refund. When I pressed him for a reason I would be charged at all and then have to argue for a full refund after following their procedure, he put me on hold. When he returned he stated I had not cancelled the subscription. I advised that I had called to cancel and received my RMA number, then returned the product. Then he remarked that there must have been a glitch in the system. I asked that my charge be refunded today. He stated 100% would be refunded within 5-7 business days. It seems to me that this company is attempting to collect money from consumers who have cancelled hoping that they will not notice the charge and then continue to try to keep the money if the charge has been noticed. Review: I saw an ad on the internet for a FREE supply of green coffee bean supplement. It said all you had to pay was $4.95 for shipping and handling. So I placed the order and it took 5-7 days for me to receive it. I was viewing my credit card charges and noticed that I was charged $84.63 from the company just 14 days after placing my order. I called the company immediately (this was the 15th day) and was told this charge was for the so called Free bottle of supplement. I was told that in order to not be charged I would have had to call by day 14 after ordering and return the remaining pills. The package had to be post marked by the 14th day also. I asked if I could send the remaining pills back as I had only taken a few and get a refund. They said no but they would give me a 40% refund and I did receive a credit on my credit card of $33.85. I do not understand how you are expected to try a product and see results in less then 7 days. I feel that their advertising is very misleading and that they have quite a scam going.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund on the product not just 40%.

However, YOU have charged my bank $1.95 on 12/22/15, $18.53 on 12/29/15, $89.74 on 12/31, $89.47 on 12/31, and again $89.47 on 12/31. I did not authorize any of those additional charges. Please refund all money you stole.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. I cannot afford to have a company like this steal from me. I have a mortgage, car payments, etc. and taking ~$300 out my bank in the matter of a couple weeks is scary. I'm glad I noticed. Review: I am a Nurse Practitioner and noticed a product on Facebook that my friends and patients are ordering and using. The Garcinia Cambogia was offered as a trial for shipping cost $4.95. I ordered this at 8:15am. There was no agreement to check and very little detail about the trial. When I checked out, another product called Colon Clense was added for $4.90. I immediately called to cancel the Colon Clense and was strongly encouraged to keep this because they work best together (Colon Clense is a laxative). I did more research and decided this was a bad decision and called to cancel my account at 5:35 pm same day. I saw the product was still shipped at 11:15pm even though the box I received states the shipment will be next day if not cancelled. I called my credit card to alert them of a pending charge I had cancelled and received a box on 8/15. My credit card showed a post of $4.95 plus $29.71 posted from GETGREENCOFFEEBEANNOW.CO. When I called the number 8/20 for the latter charge, the rep denies affiliation and then admits the fee is a "restocking fee" for something I never received or returned and cancelled within the allowed time. There was no clear contract except on the back side of the sticker on the box. I plan to return the box certified mail and change my credit card . I am aware of their practice of adding inflated costs for "future shipments". Since I cancelled same day and called 3 times, most businesses would not send the product, bill, or inflate a restocking fee for doing nothing. I believe I will be billed for another restocking fee after I return this box. I also researched the product and it is not safe for many people and may cause harm. I am contacting the FDA. This is deceptive retail, a potentially harmful product, bait and switch, and charging for no service rendered. The whole thing is bad business. I ordered on Facebook & there were no option boxes to check & no explanation of a 14 day trial. It went directly to colon Clense being added on & charged. I cancelled colon Clense immediately and cancelled the entire order same day before shipped. There was no information about subscription. The refund should be $34.66 as I followed directions & cancelled same day before shipment. Check your Facebook program. If the terms are beded and not asking for a response you are misleading your customers.

Review: I received a package from this company today at random, without my consent and without my consent to pay for a service or subscription. In other words, I've never done business with them. The package contains some sort of dietary supplement. This immediately struck me as being a possible scam.
After verifying that I hadn't accidentally ordered it from an online source, I tried to contact the company directly via the phone number on the box. I was connected to what appeared to be a foreign call center. I let them know that I never ordered the product, that my card number was likely compromised, and that I wished for them to print a return label for me so that I might be able to send the product back promptly. I was told that the charge to my card for the shipping (roughly $5.00) could not be refunded, that if I refused to ship the product back I would be billed an additional $84.60, and that I would continue to be billed large amounts of money because I was automatically "subscribed" until I paid for (and returned) said product. I asked to speak to a supervisor but one was (apparently) not available. I called a second time, later in the day, to see if I could get a different representative and/or manager, but the result was the same. I also determined that whoever placed the order (if it is not some sort of "promotional" scam done by the company) had access to my name, address, and at least part of my credit card number. As this happened on the weekend, I am unable to determine if the initial shipping charge was subtracted from my account. If it is not, I believe that this is some sort of predatory "promotional" business tactic.
My next action, after making the second call, was to contact shazam and disable my credit/debit card. I also contacted the police. I sincerely hope that Revolution Laboratories is moral enough to grant a refund in the interest of at least appearing to be a legit company. Review: My son (under 18 yrs old) apparently signed up for 4 items under the 14 day free trial. He did not cancel during the trial period. He didn't realize he had signed up for more than 2 items. When he was first charged 99.99 and 99.99 on 3/9/15, he called and tried to cancel all open orders. He was told he could return the two items for a refund less a restocking fee. He sent the items back on 3/10/15. On 3/11/15 he was charged another 89.47 and on 3/13/15 he was charged another 89.47.
I believe Revolution Laboratories' marketing and billing practices are very deceptive and predatory. I am asking for a full refund of 379.19 (the total charges for the delivered products).Desired Settlement: Full refund of 379.19.

The product itself may be useful, but unfortunately business matters are put on the back burner as shady contracts keep hold you hostage to your trial offer account information. Prior to the completion of my 14 day trial, I was prematurely charged $84.63 via debit transaction without any warning (email, call, mailing, receipt, notification). Once realized, I tried to reach out to the company, only to get looped around in their automated phone system that does not even have an option to speak to someone directly. Upon further investigation I came across the Revdex.com site that listed one other phone number which I have tried calling several times, but there is no answer or messaging service. I have contacted my bank and informed them of this matter.Desired Settlement: Refund $84.63, as well as the trial cost $4.95.

Review: I ordered this product on a free trial offer of 4.95 shipping and the company decided to charge me for $84.95 the following month without asking me or getting my permission. I didn't even like the product...I did what it said to do with no result. When I called the company they offered 50% refund. This is all I am authorized to do...I asked to speak to his boss...his boss is the CEO and does not handle matters like this he says. He repeated himself over and over I understand...I apologize...I am sorry...I have issued you a refund of $40 just now.

Review: This company advertised a trial amount of their product for the cost of shipping. What they really do is send a month supply for which you have 14 days to call and tell them you don't want or they bill you $84.63 for the month supply on top of the $4.99 sent for shipping on the "free" sample. After realizing what they had done, they said they could refund 25% of the cost as it is in the fine print of the terms and conditions. This company is falsely advertising what their practices are and taking advantage of people. They are also making money by not refunding people cost. By keeping the majority of ill gotten gains, they are making money by stealing from the consumer!Desired Settlement: I would like the entire amount of $84.63 refunded. I do not want this product. I did not ask for a full month of this product, only the 14 day free sample promised. This practice is false advertising and a bait and switch tactic. This company should be closed down! Review: I responded to an on-line advertisement for a FREE two week supply of a green coffee bean supplement. I agreed to pay $4.95 for shipping and handling. A month later I received another bottle of the supplement in the mail. Upon receiving the second bottle, I did some investigating and found that my checking account had been charged on two separate occasions for $84.63. This company is using their pop-up adds to falsely advertise their product. They are purposely misleading the consumer by advertising a free product and then 14 days later charging the customer for the product and enrolling them in a monthly automatic refill program without authorization. Revolution Laboratories, LLC tricked me and stole $169.26 from my account. I requested a full refund of $169.26. My request was denied. I offered to return both unopened bottles and was told they do not accept returns or make refunds after the initial 14 days. I live in Virginia. They are located in California. How do I try the product, determine its effectiveness, and return it within 14 days? They wanted me to settle for a credit to my account of just $55.01. Review: I ordered a product called revtest from revolution labratories llc. It was a 30 day trial that I paid 1.95 for on 9/17/13. I received my product and have been using it. Apparently in the terms and services it says I need to cancel within 14 days so I dont get charged with recurring billing. I called them to get a refund on my 86.43 they charged me on 10/3/13. When I called they were rude to me and told me I had to send back my sample(for which I was already charged 1.95) to get my 86.43 back. When I asked to speak with a manager I was told there was not one working at that time and the manager will call me within 24 hrs. Thats a load of bull cause there is always a supervisor/manager on duty. After asking numerous time to speak with a supervisor/manager, they told me they could no longer assist me and then hung up. I have called back numerous times and asked for a manager then I was told I could not speak with a supervisor/manager until I provided them with my account info. I gave it to them and then I was told that no supervisor/manager was available at that time and to call back in an hr. So I was lied to. A supervisor/manager is on duty. I have called and asked for a supervisor/manager again and have been hung up on. Now they just dont even answer my call and just hang up on me. I want a full refund from my 2 charges of 1.95 and 86.43 for a total refund of 88.38. I do not apreciate the rudeness or being taken advantage of. Review: on 5/22/13 I purchased a bottle of Green Coffee Bean Extract pills which was "on special" for $4.95 for one bottle. The advertising is very deceiving, and it did NOT state that it was a trial offer and I had 14 days to cancel my account or I would be charged monthly. To my knowledge, I was NOT setting up an account or signing up for any program. None of this information was clearly stated. The one bottle of product that I ordered was not effective. I did not see any results and am very unsatisfied. I was then charged TWO amounts on my credit card of $84.63. I have not received any other bottles of this product other than the initial bottle I purchased for $4.95. I called the company and they refused to refund my full amount. 14 days is not even long enough to see if the product is effective. I was never notified that I was being charged monthly and that I had to cancel an account that I was NEVER told I had even signed up for. VERY DECEIVING. I was told that a credit of $42.32 would be refunded to my account, and the manager said that's all he could do, even after I told him how dissatisfied I was. I have not received the refund yet. This is not an acceptable business to not give a full refund on a trial offer product. I am very dissatisfied with the product and the customer service of this company. I expect a FULL refund of all charges from this company including my initial purchase of $4.95.Desired Settlement: FULL REFUND of initial bottle $4.95, and two charges to my credit card of $84.63.
