Review: Two different products were 'supposedly" ordered from this company back in late part of May 2013. No proof was ever supplied, but I have tracking numbers, proving that items were not received, and another time delivery was refused, Items in June were not received and items in July, were returned to sender. I have tracking numbers proving this. Investigation was performed by my bank, which they indicated that item was ordered. This cannot be proved or disproved. What can be proved is that items were never received by my house. Company refuses to refund any money as once investigation has started with bank, account is "black listed". My bank says that there isn't anything they can do as that there are tracking numbers supplied and it is now this companies responsibility. Company refuses to refund or even investigate any issues as they state, "once shipped, not our problem, regardless where it goes or if it was even ordered'. If your local bank is involved, they refuse to discuss any recourse for problems not ordered or even received.Desired Settlement: this "company" billed us for items not received and in fact was refused by us, and they refuse to refund anything. Review: They offer a free trial but they charge you the full amount of $84.63 (!!!) for one bottle after two weeks. If you are not satisfied with the product, which I was not, they refuse to refund you the money. Two weeks is not an acceptable amount of time to verify if the product is effective. I am not satisfied with this product ... it was the cause of intense cramping and nausea, not to mention no sign of it's desired effects. When a customer is not satisfied with the product while using an advertised free trial, it is NOT an acceptable business practice to refuse to refund the money on a FREE TRIAL. Especially, if, as the customer service representative quoted me, it sometimes takes 4-6 weeks to see the effects of the product. This company is now taking money from my son's account every week and sending supplements which he hasn't ordered or authorised. Despite many emails to the company and promises to close his account, they are still continuing to take money and send him dubious pills. They say they will issue a refund if I return the pills but it will cost me a lot of money to send them back, with no guarantee they will honour this, and I am worried they will say they never received them back. Even though they promised not to send any further pills, we receive some again today. In England, he is "under age" and a minor but I am not sure if this counts in the USA. I am really upset and he is now in debt because this company keeps taking payments from his account. Review: Internet advertisement states "free 30 day sample," just pay shipping. A TEN day sample was received several days later with literature (a small business card) which states that if I do nothing, I will be billed over $84.63 for my initial "free" order and then again every thirty days until I cancel my "subscription". I called right away and after the answering machine runaround, it was revealed that the only way I could cancel my subscription was to ship the product back to them thereby eating not only the initial shipping fee, but also return shipping. This product is advertised as a nutritional supplement along side another supplement called [redacted] Testogen-XR. In NO WAY did I agree to a "subscription" to either one of these products. Furthermore, the items received were less than half the amount advertised.Online advertisement stated "Free 30 day sample." Simply pay $4.95 S/H! No problem right? Wrong! The first alarming thing that caught my eye was when I received the item. The fact that the "30 day sample" only contained 15 days worth of supplements warranted an explanation. So I called their 800 number and went through their company's automated answering service before discovering that I had unwittingly been entered into an automated billing of over $84 every thirty days without my consent! If that wasn't a violation, the company was to also bill me an additional $84 and change for my initial "free" sample! To add insult to injury, the only way to stop the "subscription" is to mail the item back to them and eat the S/H both times. I know better than to do an online deal like this, but the outfit looked legit and the free sample offer seemed fair. There is another company whose product was also advertised alongside this one called [redacted]'s Testogen XR with exactly the same deal which I simultaneously purchased. I rarely expect a company(s) to enter me into an automatic billing without asking first. However, the terms and conditions you must agree to before signing up are presented to you in 3 placed before you'd be charged for anything - once before entering payment information, once in your confirmation email, and on a peel off sticker on the side of the box once it arrives. state that you get 14 days to try out the product from the day you place the
order. If you do not like the product, all you have to do is give us a
call within you 14 days to let us know you don't want any more, and we will

initial 30 day supply you received at the full price of $89.74.
You went outside of your
trial time, and you were charged for the initial 30 day supplies you ordered. Our terms
and conditions state that if you go outside of the 14 day trial, we do not
issue full refunds, which is why our customer service representative was not able to issue you a full
refund. Out of good faith, we have issued you full refunds for the remaining amount of what you were charged in the amount of $152.29. We do want to
let you know that the refunds can take 3-5 business days to appear back in your
account, so those should be back in your account shortly.
In the future, if you
are interested in trying in trying out our products, they truly are great
products, but as all people are different, not everyone will see results in the
first 14 days, some people will take up to 6 weeks to see results.

Review: A month ago I canceled order due to the monthly billing membership. Contacted credit card company too. Thought we were done... Today got box in mail with the Revoluntionary cleanse tablets. That was a part of the two part rip off. I am not paying, this has been canceled and is a rip off. I'm shipping it back. Also, they have no shipping order with the package, no way to contact them. Review: I purchased their 14-day trial product MuscleRev Xtreme on July 20th and they shipped on July 21st, so I got product a few days later. I used product but it did not garner the results expected so today I called to cancel trial on Aug 4th. I was told I would still be charged the additional $84.62 because my "trial" started before they even shipped the product so I missed the window of the trial. They refused to refund the additional charges stating I had open the product so they will not refund. They obviously are not forthright in the word "TRIAL" as per them you cannot "TRY" the product if you do not want to pay full price. After getting the CC company involved they only refunded $42.31 and refused to make good on their initial ad. I was dissatisfied with product which happens in that industry, so understandable, but extremely disappointed in the bait & switch business practicesDesired Settlement: I just wish to have the additional unsubstantiated charges refunded.

do offer a trial that is free for 14 days; like many trials if you decide to
continue with the product you do not need to do anything. The bottle is a full
month supply so after the 14 days you are charged the full price of the bottle

Terms and Conditions are available to you three times when signing up for our
product because we want our customers to have an understanding of what they are
signing up for. The customer has to agree to have read the Terms and Conditions
when inputting their form of payment. You are sent an email confirmation of
your order after it is processed and there is a Terms and Conditions link
located in the email. When the product is received we include our return policy
attached to the package. Our company policy is after 14 days we do not issue

Our product really is amazing and every body is different so the
result time is going to be different. We have had customers see the results
within the trial period as well as customers who need to give it up to 6 weeks
to start seeing the results they desire. The two week trial time is more to see

Review: In a nutshell, they charged my credit card for a product that I didnot order. They sent me an email order confirmation and that is when I came to know of it. I was notified by email from Support ([email protected]) that said, "Your subscription was cancelled and you will no longer receive any products after this one time purchase." and they charged my credit card for $29.71 without my consent. This is fraud. They are using my credit card information to charge whatever they want without my consent and sending me a product that I don't want. Primarily, that was the reason for cancelling my account. I immediately called my credit card company and shut down my card to prevent any further unauthorized use of my card by them. However, I want them to refund my money immediately by sending me a check (since my card is closed). I am going to return the unused product from the free trial offer as soon as possible. How can they charge my credit card without my consent after they confirmed that my account is cancelled? I purchased the free trial and requested cancellation within the trial period. I am to return the unused portion of the free trial by Jan 16 which I will definitely do. However, I didnot order any subsequent shipment and want to stop this fraudulent transactions forever and want them to refund the $29.71 that they already charged towards new order.Desired Settlement: I want them to refund my $29.71 towards the new order immediately by sending me a check (since my card is closed) and apologize for the unauthorized use of my credit card information. This company is horrible. The customer service is horrendous. I called and complained about being charged $89 to my account after I had specified that I DID NOT want to continue my trial after the 14 days. They argued with me for about 15 minutes on the phone saying that the charge must have been a fraudulent and that they had nothing to do with it and I needed to contact my financial adviser. When I received this package in the mail it came with no paper work, no bill, nothing. I didn't get any email saying that my account had been charged. I only noticed it after I had checked my bank account. I politely asked them for an address to return the product because I didn't want to keep it and I wanted my money back. The guy on the phone told me that it was IMPOSSIBLE for me to return the item and that I was "living an a delusional world because that's not how it works". I kept telling him that I had cancelled my account and that they still had charged me the $89. He was very rude and not professional at all. I ended up just saying that I would call back and talk to someone else who is more rational. He then hung up the phone on me and seconds later I got an email saying my account had be cancelled. I still need to have this $89 back. By looking at reviews and complaints I see that this has been a problem with more than one person.

Review: I found Revlabs through a Facebook ad that was from an article in a fitness magazine. It offered a free trip. I clicked the linkRevlabs gives very vague and deceptive information when signing up for a 14 day free trial. They then send you a 30-day supply and set you up for monthly shipments to be au[redacted]atically charged. When trying to cancel they inform you that you must send the free trial back at your own expense or you can pay them for the 30 days of the supplement that they sent you at a discount price. They did not explain this during the transaction but claim that the fine print is on their website somewhere. If they do not receive the returned product they will reactivate the account and resume shipping and charging product. This is illegal. I accept that they have waived their hidden stipulations that the account would be reactivated if the product was not returned and that they would resume charging. However, this company does not seem to learn that their practices are not clear, transparent, or ethical. The number of complaints and comments on the internet has not swayed them. I have reported their practices to the Federal Trade Commission. Until this company changes its practices and is fined by the FTC for taking consumers money and wasting their time, I will not accept their response.

I received the product 25 days from the day I ordered it. I called to complain and cancel the Auto recharges every 30 days that I didn't know about. They suppose to cancel the recharges but my complaint remains I got charge the full amount of the product that I received late and the best they offered was a 50% return to my credit card. Review: I ordered these muscle rev on line pills for my husband since he wanted to give it a test and see if they work. So we ordered them on line which are 2 bottles and we only paid about 4.95 each for shipping for a free trial until 14 days. The 14 day I called and spoke with first a lady who I can barely understand her since her English was really bad to understand I told her I wanted to cancel out the membership and wanted to know why they charged me 99.98 each for the bottles since this is my 14 day and don't understand the charges since I am canceling on the due date of trial ending and the lady was not anywhere of knowing how to do her job nor have any kind of customer service so she said she couldn't refund me and kept keeping me on hold as I kept telling her if I may just speak with a sup instead of her and of course she kept putting me on hold and said well I can give you 50% money back on each but you have to send bottles back I told her no I want all refund of money back so I hung up the phone as I was becoming very angry at this time. Review: I had signed up for a free trial on the Raspberry Ketone. It was a 14 day trial. I had emailed the company right after I received the pills to find out what my exact trial period dates were because I could not get into my bank statement. I never heard back. I then tried to call the company, everytime I called the message told me to call back during business hours. I called another 4 times throughout the day and still got the same message. I then went to cancel my trial and it seems my 14 days were up. I now am going to be charged the full amount of the bottle when in fact I tried multiple times to contact the company. I don't feel it to be fair for them to take advantage of customers just to get money. I will challenge all charges to my bank account if I don't hear back from them. My card was charged the 4.95 for shipping on 8/1/2013, when I went back into the website to cancel it was 8/14/2013. It seems to me if I can add right that is 14 days. I have never bought anyth8ng from this company, I am suddenly being billed the last three months for a product Indi not have. I am a single mother who needs her babk card to pay bills. I now have to dispute this crazy charge and never know what I was being charged for!!
This company is a scam! Sent items we didn't order. Ordered one supplement they sent 2 and charged me for 2! NEVER stated it was a 14 day trial offer. On day 13 charged me 92 dollars twice for the 2 supplements! I called to cancel after seeing 2 charges to my bank and they wouldn't refund me the money! And it was day 14 when I called! Review: I called and cancelled the free trail order within the allotted time frame and received both an email and phone confirmation. However, I still was being charged $89.74 for the next 9 months for a total of $807.66. I had called and spoken to customer service representatives who assured me that my concern would be "elevated" to a supervisor and I should receive a call back within the next 48 to 72 hours. I never received a call from a supervisor. I wrote the customer service department regarding my concerns and was told to ship back any products that I had (I sent back 4 month supply).
