Review: I recieved their product for a free 14 day trial 0n the 28th or 29th of August and was charged the full price of the product on the 4th of Sept. 6 or 7 days after receiving it. when I called to complain, they said that the 14 day free trial period started when I ordered the product. (they say the 22nd of august) I dont believe I ordered it that day. I was having surgery that day to repair a torn tendon in my left elbow. I was asleep most of that day. I was charged on the 28th of August, the advertised price of $4.95 for shipping and handling, the free 30 day supply. The add said I had 14 days to try the product and could cancel anytime. I called this morning at 7:30am to cancel the product...to late. when I checked my bank acct they already hit me for the $84.63. They told me when I called them to complain, that they count the 14 day free trial from the day you order. I told them that was ridiculous and they basically said tuff. I tried to argue with them, how can I try a product I dont even have? they said it was somewhere in the fine print online. please help..Desired Settlement: get my $84.63 back.

Ordered 2 products online, used a credit card with auto-renewal and auto-billing. Called to cancel product auto-renewal and auto-billing. The next month, I was billed again. Called them and was told that I had only cancelled one product, not both. Absolutely, positively this was not what I did. It was crystal clear when I finished the call that I no longer wished to receive any products at all, and to stop all auto-renewal and auto-billing. Customer service rep was not willing to reverse charges, only offered to refund 50% of charges. Since it was obviously the best deal I was going to get without a lot more complaining, I agreed.

This sure seemed like a well-thought out and rehearsed scheme to me. I don't have a problem paying for products/services that I ordered, but this was an extremely poor customer service interaction at best, and a scam at worst.

I called and couldn't speak with anyone. I was sent to a prompt that asked if I would like to cancel. I hit the button for yes, It said " your future orders are now canceled. 2 month's later it is still coming out of my account!!! WTH? I'm thinking of putting a law suite together. I have the bottles they sent and will collect them to take to court. Everytime I call the same number, it says your account was cancelled. I am very mad. I'm a diabled vet and need my money very badly.

Review: I received a pop up advertisement for a free sample. I read all the fine print as I am very aware of these scams. However I checked out the site too, and everything seemed legit. I was to receive a free sample, only to pay shipping of 4.00. I got a sample supply in the mail. In the terms I agreed to, it stated I had to do nothing more and was under no obligation to buy. Then I went to the bank and found out this company had charged my account (when I agreed to the 4.00 shipping charge) $89.74! This was never agreed to, no additional fee or price was discussed. When I called the company they refused to give me my money back, even when I offered to return the sample (because I had already opened it, even though I had only taken one of the pills and was not impressed with the sample product). I never would have agreed to a $90.00 sample and I expressed this angrily. The representative kept saying we can credit 25%, then 30%. I kept arguing they should credit it all because this was theft! The most they would agree to refund was half. This company is a fraud, and uses false advertising to gain access to customer bank account and steal money. Come to find out from my bank this would have been an ongoing charge monthly, had I not cancelled! For what? I didn't even get a real product. I am requesting a full refund of $89.74 (as I have yet to get the first half credited to my account), in addition to the company reporting their information accurately.Desired Settlement: $89.74

Review: I ordered a 14 day free trail of Green Coffee Bean Extract from this company. Their agreement states that the 14 days begins once the order is placed and that they will be sending a 30 day supply which you will be billed for if you have not canceled prior to the 14 days. They claim they sent a confirming email but they did not. I have all my emails received and none are from this company. The product was shipped on 8/17/2013 according to the shipping label. I did not receive the product until saturday 8/31/13 so obviously I could not comply with the terms or call to speak with anyone giving their customer service is not open on the weekends. The company then billed my credit card $84.63. Upon receiving the product I called the company and explained the situation. They said that I could not return the product and they could not return my money because of policy regardless of the fact the product did not reach me within the specified time frame. I called Coastway Bank Visa and they said this was a common free trial period scam but they could not win a dispute since I had approved the agreement.Desired Settlement: I want Revolution Laboratories to allow me to return the product and refund my money.

I placed an order on 03/03/16 for two products from this company. I checked and double checked the fine print. It wasn't until I finished placing the order that they disclosed that instead of just agreeing to the $5.90 and $5.95 free trial of each product, I was also agreeing to an $89 additional charge for each of the items every month. I cancelled the two orders within 13 minutes and requested a cancellation notice. I received two cancellation notices and expected that to be the end. Until the next day, I was charged the $5.90 and $5.95. I have written to them requesting the charges be reversed. I contacted my bank and they told me that this company is on their scam list and immediately reversed the charges. But, I had to cancel the charge account in order to stop future charges which would most certainly be coming every month. This company makes a lot of money by consumers not pushing back on them.

Review: I signed up for the free trial of Green Coffee Bean extract. I have been recieveing the product for several months now and have been trying to cancel my subsripction. The phone number and website listed on my mothly shipment are not valid any longer. I have been unable to reach the company to cancel my subsrciption. I called the "other" number listed on the Revdex.com site and was told I needed to call ###-###-#### for customer service to cancel. No one answers that number - probably intentional. Then it hangs up on you. I would like to be able to cancel and stop being billed monthly.Desired Settlement: Cancel my subscription!

Review: Fee month of product advertised, ordered the free trial month. Charged 30 days later for the product. I called the product support and they stated there was no ability to return the product after the 30 days free trial period was over. I explained it was a free trial and should not have been charged in the first place. They stated the free trial is only good for returns for the first 30 days, after that there is no product return ability. I was auto enrolled in an auto delivery of the next months product. That one I seem to be able to return (will ship back today). I have placed both charges (the original free trial and the auto shipped expenses) onto my credit card as disputed. False advertising of a free product. Interesting that they have a quick key to cancel both the auto delivery when I call the automated system and offered me a 55 dollar immediate charge back to my card and I could keep that second bottle for free.I want my money back from the first bottle, it was not a free trial in the least, it was a money back guarantee for the first 30 days, there was no free about it. I will file a second complaint if I dont get the full refund on this "auto shipping" returned bottle.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the initial bottle in the order of $84.63I would like the website claims/offering reviewed to ensure truth in advertising of a free product.

Review: I responded to a pop-up ad for the green coffee bean extract as a free trail bottle for the shipping price only of $4.95. I received the product and thought I was done with the transaction. I recently was charged an amount of $84.63 by the company. I am surprised by this since I did not agree to any other payments to be authorized. A couple days later I received another bottle of the product. There was no statement inside of the box, just the bottle and a pamphlet. I noticed lots of other complaints on this site and am curious why this company continues to be allowed to steal from consumers like this.Desired Settlement: I expect a refund of the $84.63 to my account and a statement sent to me that states this. I have since received 3 bottles in the mail and have tried on several occasions to reach this company. I did finally reach someone today, 7/22/14, and he told me I agreed to an auto-shipment and it would continue until I canceled the order. I only paid for the one bottle and did not agree to more. I told them I am mailing back the 3 bottles and I was told they do not take back auto-shipments. Review: I received the product on June 28 2014, it is still unopened. I called customer service (1-888-973-8522) on July 13 2014 at 4:27p. I spoke to a representative who I informed that I received a Charge of $84.63 for and it was unauthorized.Sshe began to read me the terms and conditions and said I signed up for this membership and I told her that I did not know this was a membership, I only wanted the trial amount of pills. I advised her I could return the product and I wanted a refund and she said I could return the pills but no refund would be issued. After several attempts to get a reason why, I had to ask for a supervisor. Her response was she was in charge and there were no supervisors. After again several attempts to speak to her supervisor she transferred me and the supervisor also read me the terms and conditions and said there are no refunds. I asked her for her reason and she said they do not give refunds after the trial period ends. When I asked for her supervisor she had the same response and her co-worker , "I am in charge." By then 4:50 She told me this conversation was going in circles and she was going to let me go. She then left me on line and would not answer me and finally the call hung up on me at 4:57. They both claimed there were no refunds but the terms say a customer is restricted to a single refund which I need immediately.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the exact amount of $84.63 that was billed to my Discover credit card. I would like a letter or email ([redacted]) advising that the Revolution Laboratories customer service representative or supervisor canceled any and all future charges as of July 1 2014 to my Discover credit card and that they will be providing me with a full refund of $84.63 and I need the date that refund will be issued.

Review: I was aware of the 14 day limit to cancel my "free trial", and canceled it through the website and attempted to by phone to confirm it was canceled. I was repeatedly charged for the past few months despite not receiving any new product until recently (not that I want it; it is unopened and I will happily return it). I would like a full refund for every charge Revlabs has placed on my card for their deceptive practices. I have already filed for refund with the Revdex.com in southern Nevada, and was promised one, however the refund never materialized and now I am still waiting and wondering if my credit card information has been removed at all and if I will be charged again. I am filing here noting the higher volume of responses and hoping I get better luck in resolving the issues.Desired Settlement: I would like all funds that have been charged to my account to be refunded on my credit card, as well as the completely removal of my credit information from the billing system.

Review: So I placed an order with this company for a trail period of 14 days. I was told if I did not want to get charged the full price of the bottles I was purchasing, I had 14 days to cancel with out being charge the full price. I called an canceled today because I notice there was a transaction that has been pending for two days know for the full price from revolution labs. So they charged my account two days early without me knowing of the charges. So I tried to call today 04/28/14 to find out why I was charged and ask for a refund of all my money but was put on hold for over the expected time they said it would take to talk to a customer service agent. Left two voice mail with them regarding my frustration, but did not get a returned call back or email.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back and if they want there product back ill ship it back.

Review: First of all, no where on their site does it say that the products should not be taken while pregnant or breastfeeding, I would never had ordered if it had.Secondly, I ordered as part of the 14 day free trial, and they charged me on the 14th day, when I had already sent the UNOPENED product back. I called customer service, and the rep was VERY rude, and told me that his company could charge me whatever they pleased, and that there was nothing that I could do about it. I informed him that I had returned the unopened product, and he said if it wasn't postmarked by the 13th day of my trial, then I would not receive a refund. This all goes against what their website dictates, and is fraudulent.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the charges, and a guarantee that I will not be charged again.

Review: This business posts that you can get their Revolutionary Rasberry Ketone for $14.95 plus shipping/handling. What they don't tell you (in fine print) that this is really an automated shipping of a 30 day supply in the amount of $85. When I realized I had been billed $85 I contacted my bank to figure out what the charge was for and they gave me a phone number in California. When I called there is ony an automated system and NO ABILITY to speak to a person. I did click on the option to discontinue my order which should've happended since they sent me a confirmation email. My main complaint is I never received any additional product although I was charged for it. This company is a scam!!Desired Settlement: Refund for product never received.

This company is a joke. The product is garbage and they charge you even after you have cancelled. now I have to wait to receive the product and send it back to possibly get my money back if they don't cheat me out of that. I will make sure I take the time to tell anyone and everyone I know in the fitness community to not use the Revolution Lab products.

Review: I found this company while scrolling through Twitter, as they were claiming that a popular boxer took their supplements and increased his performance. Their offer of $5.00 for a free trial interested me, so I followed the link on my iPhone and made the purchase (May 3, 2015). 31 days later I received a charge of over $80 on my credit card from the same company. I called that same day and spoke with a gentleman that advised that is was a membership based trial offer - and I had 30 days to cancel - all of which were listed in the terms of agreement - and he would stop my second bottle shipment. I advised I did not receive any "terms of agreement" nor was it listed on the web optimized link I clicked back on 5/3. He put me on hold, and came back advising he would issue a courtesy refund, which I should receive within 10 business days. I called this business again today - as I had not seen the refund and spoke with a woman. After asking me some preliminary questions - she asked if I received my 2nd shipment. I told her "no, I called about a month ago and the guy stopped shipment - and advised I should receive a refund for the $80+ charge incurred on 6/5. She vehemently denied that the guy I spoke with would offer such a thing - basically calling me a liar. This conversation went round and round - and finally she told me that she was not issuing me any refund at all - and she was hanging up. This company is basically offering bait and switch business practices - and someone needs to stop this from happening. I would like my money back.Desired Settlement: At this point I would take 75% of what was charged. It is not the financial aspect - it is the shifty practices under which this company operates.

The date you originally sign up for our 14 day trial of MuscleRev Extreme was May 11, 2015 which cost $4.95 for shipping/handling. Due to a system error you trail was actually extended to June 4, 2015. Prior to signing up to a trail offer you must click a box that states you have read and agree to the terms of the purchase which clearly outlines how the trail works. Once the order is placed a confirmation email is sent that also contains the terms and conditions of the purchase. Lastly the terms and conditions are on a card that is on the actual shipping box the product is sent in.After reviewing your account it appears that you did cancel through the automated system on June 5, 2015 and chose the option of keeping the bottle you currently have and not to receive any future orders. At this point your account was stopped. Once you canceled through this system you did call and speak to one of our representatives who explained that we could not offer you a refund based on the terms of what you had signed up for. You did not speak to a representative at our company that stated the trial is 30 days and we will be issuing a refund, all of our calls are recorded. That being said we do want all of our customers to be happy and realize sometimes people don't read the terms they agree to before making a purchase.
