Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Complaint Type: Customer Service Issues select Problem: Over the past years, Navient has repeated changed their stance, not notified me (within federal notifications guidelines) and continue to bring up separate issuesBelow is an outline of the multiple issues provided by Navient over the last years as they have blemished my credit report and have refused to fix it: - claimed they had no record of my account - would not advise me on my account because they were not authorized - requested me to provide proof of payment of my student loans, despite having access my account records - claimed they had no record of my payments because my account was sold to Citi - further claimed they had no record of my payments because Citi resold my account to Discover - after I reconciled my own payment history (fully on time and paid in full) with Discover and provided the data to Navient, Navient still said the account was delinquent - I submitted a case to the Revdex.com and was immediately contacted by a Navient agent - Navient then advised that my account was delinquent for a separate loan totaling $and subsequently written off - My credit report only shows the student loan account with Navient (Sallie Mae at the time) which was paid in full as supported by documentation from Discover - There is no loan on my credit report for $with Navient Translate Desired Resolution / Outcome Desired Resolution: Correction to a credit report select Desired Outcome: I have made over phone calls over years and Navient's lack of consistent business processes and data systems need to correct my credit report immediately

Since changing from Sallie Mae to Navient this company is a messI have been repaying my loan on or around the same date for many yearsThey keep sending me numerous e-mails as if I have missed payments and now I am receiving debt consolidation solicitationsI have never missed a payment and my history shows suchI am tired of the harassing e-mails and phone calls from companies offering to consolidate my debt

I am pre-eminently rejecting the proposed communication from the business...I am doing so because they have persisted for years and not accepted the terms of thier own issuance of resolution...I have sent the required paperwork to them several times and attempted repeated contact with them about the issue and checked all other routes to resolution with the school the department of education and the two loan companies...my proof of ssi has been again sent time after time and they have simply rejected it...thier continued addition of month after month of interest is insulting considering that they refuse to accept my papers that qualify me for a total dismissal of the loan...thier repeated calling and mailing my residence has been an annoyance at best and thier persistance only seems rediculous considering they would not accept the required forms at any point no matter what I had tried or whom I had spoken to This issue has followed me and persisted to insult me without relentingThey absorbed and dissolved my federal student aid in the amount of five thousand dollars and still continued to attempt to collect more and still more to this day To pursue that issue based on my income is rediculous and there is nor should there be any consideration or comparrison of myself to anyone elseThat is not for me to hear but for a court and I am insulted that I should have to hear the issue in my home and among my family because they wish to persist and contest and promote that the media and or people should assist to raise the issue and court with me with no legal documents or result when the required paperwork is in my posessionThey have simply annoyed me and persisted to use me and abuse me by way of the media and further slander me based on my financial circumstance which is thanks to someone else's negligence and almost the loss of my life in an accident in which I unfortunately lost the whole of the value of my life and future and ability to suceed and I still resent the system that I hear is represented by those who DO suceed because it is nothing but a SPORT to use money and financial institution and community and media this way and I will NEVER support that That is all I have to say to them or anyone and there are many who persist to insist I suffer because I disagree with a certain majority or at least on that is represented in such a measure that it is allowed to reach into my residence and the being and minds of others to help assist it in its movement and to harass citizensThere is barely any relief in this world from this type of harassmentThe pleasure and joy of living and entertainment has long left my life and my injury is only a small sign of that being very very real and significant until the day I die and hope not to return to this annoying and courting world that alleges that my mind has helped to create it and make it the reality it is and that facts and numbers support such harassment of citizens and lack of integrity and punishment for those who cannot or will not PICK a satisfactory army, team, duty, politic, country, drug, master, teacher, sport, sex that satisfies them enough to turn identity into a number a push it into the mass of this whole that is so incorrectly buried in transaction and contract that it's lost it's sight of what being a person is about...I wish I could say more and have some reasonable remainder to cater to an answer of what is or would be better but the fact is that history exists while a future is yet to be determined and the only stepping stone to that future is patience and technology and money and harassment and sorting out the disabled from the able and the willing from the coward or conservative who will not change with it or rush to cater to any mode or method just to achieve categorization as special interest or whatever next term they use to convince us or anyone that we have any other purpose than to live and dieIt is that important to me because to know the value of human life is to know we have already lived and died many times in our will is the wake of the future turning into the past and dying many more times under this harassment and immaturity of humanity which batters it's competition as it sits to watch rather compete and who hopes for death in its infamy of not being chosen or rising at the opportunity to take hold of some worthless challenge be it even bravery and victory or a proud death as they are all the same and against only ourselves or the monsters we have created or loved or lost or are to become before we again fall to the natural failure we claim delivers us to more creditors in some slander of afterlifeThanks Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below

This does not show care for their customersI also had to call the person that contacted me times in order for her to give me a full responseLeft her a voicemail, she left me a message, then I proceeded to leave more voicemails over a 1-week span and separate emailsThe final email got her attention because I feel she did not want to discuss it over the phoneWhen somebody is not willing to discuss something over the phone when it is such a serious matter, that shows lack of character in management and shows that maybe the person does not believe in this policy because day late should not make me have to start something overI guess a student loan company should work with their customers to get their thousands of dollars from a customer who has been on time for such a long period of time before Sallie Mae transitioned me over to NavientSallie Mae had incredible customer service and always took care of matters quickly and efficiently without misleading meIf there was ever an issue, the company always talked to me, discussed options and never said that day late would cause an issueWhen there are personal matters to account for, policies need to be reexamined, especially when I was going through an incredible amount of stress at that time and was day late!!! I am not happy and neither is the person who is my cosignerI made a mistake I admit, but being day late on a payment should not affect somebody this greatly Regards,

All I want to do is change my payment due dateNot an optionThe computer automated system drags me around in circles before it disconnects the call or tells me that they are closed after I have been on the phone for 5-minutes already There is no way to email themWhat am I supposed to do?!

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have been in contact with a representative from NAVIENT regarding this matter I have been told that they will "work with me" on this matter The latest was that I will have to pay over $2,before being placed back on a payment schedule to repay the loan I was told that this must be paid before the payment schedule can be adjusted This, for the most part, covers "late fees" associated with non payment As the original complaint stated, the errors occurred by the businesses when the loan was transferred from Sallie Mae to NAVIENT There has NEVER been late payments in the history of the loan until this transfer I received payment statements from NAVIENT and paid those on time They have always had my address, personal information, and phone, yet I received no notificiation of late payments The payments they received were directed to different locations on their end Since being notified, I have spoken with numerous different representatives who instructed me to do various things with the payment This includes changing the account number I have completed everything that was requested and still, the accounts are a mess This error was initiated by NAVIENT While I would like to repay the loan, I will not pay late fees for something that was not my fault Further, I will not pay a large bulk payment in order to start the repayment schedule I can not afford to do that I would like to start repayment where the account left off after the transfer Please look at the records of repayment and notice that everything prior to the transfer from SALLIE MAE to NAVIENT had been payed on time Regards,

Revdex.com: I have received Navient's letter yesterday, but there is no solution offeredThe letter basically pointed me to contact another organization for discussion, and they pointed out that they cannot talk to me, ONLY the borrowerSo, the dilemma remains the sameMy letter complained of NAVIENT intentionally forced default by refusing to continue to send the monthly statement to the borrower's homeThere are occasions we sent a check payment and they claimed "Not Received" but the checks were cashed, by who? I had no clue! My point is they "intentionally" forced default not because we don't pay but they don't send invoice so I don't have the right address to send a checkAlso, there were a very short period that we cannot pay because we experienced IRS SCAM of $2,were stolen, that caused grave financial difficultyI understand the IRS SCAM is an insider job, that is why so many people were scammed without the thieves caughtWith the advance technology and intelligent agents, there is no reason these huge losses of scams cannot be recovered, because they are done through Green CardsI believe it can be traceable somehowThe reason these scams are not stopped and monies recovered are due to question of priorityHad we not been scammed of the $2,000, the student loan payment will never stopped for that short period of time, and we will never face the difficulty of being rejected when we asked NAVIENT to send us the invoicesThey have repeatedly refused us and then "forced" default on my sonDefault will cause him huge difficulty of looking for employment in U.S Something is very wrong in their intent to force defaultWhat I am asking is to null the default and eliminate financial penalty for late charges and interestBut none of these were met, so I reject their offerAs far as I can see, NAVIENT has not made any offer for solutionTheir letter simply points out the facts I am disputing Regards,

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below A customer advocate called me After an hour of him saying bear with me I will try to figure this out, I told him to figure it out and get back to me He could not figure out when the repayment plan changed yet insisted they informed me of the changes I could not figure it out from the online site and there was no email from them about the changes He still insists they informed us via the statements in our correspondence online The online correspondence which is buried under multiple screens (not easily accessible) show the statement came out a month after the changes, not before I truly believe this company is deliberately trying to sabotage its student borrowers so they can never get out from under this debt The statements are confusing about what's due as rather than show the extra payments put on the principal they call it paying ahead so on one page one amount is due and when you click on the loan and go to the next page a different amount is due The history shows principal and interest has been paid each month so how can the payment be late?

I was contacted by Navient in a timely manner and they worked quickly to resolve my issueNavient also admitted fault-their representative provided me incorrect information which precipitated my complaint.Complaint was resolved to my satisfaction Thank you Revdex.com
