Navient CHOSE to not follow the law and on a private student loan, they started a garnishment process without me getting served properly first, allowing me to contact the sheriffs, the courts or explore options as to the severity of how much they garnish I know what they are doing is illegal and while I will take their response to the proper legal channels, they are purposely breaking the law and I am supposed to wait? At the very minimum, I would have expected to have heard from my payroll department that Navient will stop the garnishment, allowing me the proper recourse I am allowed legally But, if they chose to continue, they are giving me more reason to fight back legally in courtI am shocked they are allowing this to continue right now Regards,

I would like for my loans to be transferred from this companyThey do not have access to the National School Clearing houseI submitted a document, which is certified from my school that shows I am a current studentI faxed the document in and received a letter indicating that they could not accept my certified doc which is the standard that my school gives out that shows current enrollment certificationAlso they sent an application that I have to fill out and my school that shows I am a current full time studentI told the rep I spoke with that my school is located in another city and is not closeI take classes at the campus in my same city I live inIt will be an inconvenience to drive to the main campus! The rep advise that he will put my account on some hold? He offered to email, he ended up saying he emailed the paper work to my school emailChecked my school email and did not receive email!!! I am not comfortable with a company that has my student loans that does not have access to Clearing house!!!

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below My complaint against Navient has been closed, without ever getting any type of response from the company On November 24th, they claimed to have mailed a response to meI waited days and never received it, so I rejected it to keep the complaint from being closedIt is now December 4th and I still have received nothing, either by mail or through correspondence on the Revdex.com website, and my complaint has been closed anywayCustomer service remains equally bad, and the Office of the Customer Advocate has not returned my calls I still consider this case to be unresolved and I am requesting that the complaint be reopened

After Sallie Mae transferred my Student Loans to Navient, I was immediately locked out of my account due to "Too Many Failed Attempts." This was the message I received on my first log-in, and it then took phone calls and months of being hung up on and transferred to a computerized system which would then bounce me back and forth between Navient and Sallie Mae before I finally was able to get my password resetEach time I would call a speak with a representative, that is if I could actually get one before being disconnected, the excuse was always the same, "Oh I'm sorry, my computer just locked up and I cannot unlock your password right now, but please call again tomorrow and we will see what we can do." At one point I even left my phone number with a representative who had offered to find a solution and call me back, yet to no ones surprise that phone call never cameIf given the choice, I would recommend to turn and run far far away!

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10770976, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.They finally contacted us after you contacted them, but they have not given us any answer and definitely haven't allocated the payments we made to our loans Nothing has been resolved at all Quite opposite, the inaccurate loan is still accruing interest It is clear to us, that they allocated our payment to a loan that had already been paid off They keep saying they will look into things, but nothing is happening It is unbelievable of them to say that they are working with us to resolve the issue Yes, they assigned it to someone named Justin, but unfortunately nothing has happened We also paid off the remaining real balance of a little over $to see/show how this would be allocated, and again, some of the money was allocated to the loan that had already been paid off!!

I have a payment that was made in October, site showed that payment had not been madeI contacted the company they stated payment had not been made, I showed them verification of payment with cleared check and they made no contact with me after that, no sorry, no admit of mistake, nothing This company is shady and should be monitored and I know several friends had the same thing happen with this company just recently as I started asking around with my friends that I knew had school loans If I wasn't diligent about checking my acct they would have gotten away with this Their interest practices are so confusing that I can't keep up with those at all!
