Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Last week Navient has called me twice last and left a voicemail when I was at work Both times I called back during business hours but there was no answer and I left a return voicemailI have not received any further contact from Navient This email states they are sending me a letter to be mailed out today So I will have to wait and see what it says since they apparently aren't capable of using a telephone to return my calls I am stating that I reject their response only since there is a day window or I "automatically" approve of their response The chance that I actually receive a mailed letter from them within the next days with a positive message in response to my complaint is unrealistic since its Christmas week and mail will be moving slowI will readdress this once a letter is received and decide at that point whether to accept or decline based on the letter I receive Regards,

No, this company has not given a satisfactory response, they have not re-credited my account the falsely charged interest/fees, and they have not resolved this payment issue I have no idea what to expect from one month to the next as far as payment amount because they have some convoluted system and the WORST customer service in the history of student loan companies They even had the audacity to email me that their customer service rep answered my questions when she DID NOT EVEN HELP ME She blew me off and said "well, we don't report until you're days late so what are you upset about?" What am I upset about???? I paid $MORE THAN WAS DUE, and yet they called my payment late because they changed the amount after the fact and DID NOT NOTIFY ME What is going on with Navient?????? During the times that I requested a forbearance on this Parent Plus loan, it was due to financial difficultiesI was my mother's caregiver and the sole source of income for both of us for more than yearsI, too, returned to school and am repaying my student loanDuring my many calls to Navient, never did their 'rude' service representatives suggest I refinance my loan with Direct LoanNow, that there is more than $50K in interest, Karen, the service representative, makes the suggestionWhen my Parent Plus loan was transferred from Regions Bank to Navient, it was $73K I would like the interest and the monthly fees renegotiatedI have never dealt with a 'reputable' business that does not work with you when you have extenuating circumstancesAs well, Karen stated they could charge these fees because it is what the federal government does Really!! Navient is operating a loan company, not a steward for reputable banks Regards,
