Navient has intentionally incorrectly applied my loan payment to the incorrect loan, as loan one is my sisters and loan two through four are my ownI have explicitly asked them every time I call to apply my debit card payment to only loans two through fourThey then apply my payment to all loans, creating a past due balance on my accountThis has happened months in a rowAdditionally, they will send payment confirmation e-mail's to my personal e-mail some months, but say it's a violation of privacy other'sEither way, they have either sent me sensitive information wrongly or they are intentionally trying to make it so I do not know which loan's my payment has been applied toThis is a parent-plus loan under my Mother's name
