What they did to me is is illegalI never authorized them to pull funds from my account, especially days earlier than what I agreed to with the original loan companyThey should be held accountable for my bank feesI don't understand how they can operate and get away with all they do I have sent several emails and they never respondThey have no actual easy way to contact themI have asked repeatedly to stop taking funds out early and if they couldn't to change my dateI chose that date in the first placeThey have no right to take funds out of my account whenever they feel like it just because the original loan company gave them my account and routing number I never signed any kinds of agreement with Navient and have no desire to do business with a company that has no problem screwing up customer accountsSomeone should review the Revdex.com complaints and deal with all the illegal things they do and have been getting away with

I am writing with regards to my experience trying to over pay my student loansAs the "customer" I am inclined to feel that the servicer, Navient, would be eager to assist me in reducing my student loan debt but my experience leads me to believe otherwiseEach time I have tried to communicate with Navient's customer service to overpay my loan bill it requires at least 2-phone calls to ensure that the payment is applied correctlyFor example, I sent in an extra payment with a coverletter specifically requesting that my payment be applied to the principal on my loan, yet it was not done as I requestedI spent minutes on the phone going through your automated system until I could finally get someone to fix itI recently over payed again, this time over the phone, and that payment was applied to all payments on that loan through October Maybe I am not being clear enough in my requests, but my ultimate goal is to pay down my loans - not put off payments so that Navient can earn more interest on my outstanding balanceMy recommendations to Navient would be the following: Try to anticipate your "customers" needs, rather than profit off of their efforts to reduce debt Try communicating in any way other than random statements posted to my accountI was recently notified via this system that I've been approved for automatic debitFYI I've been using automatic debit to pay my student loans since

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have spoken to Cynthia with the office of the Customer Advocate and she advised she spoke to the fraud department and because the primary account holder the person who committed the fraud is saying I gave my permission that the fraud department wont do anythingThey say I have to take her to court and if the judge rules in my favor they will remove the accountI filed a police report paid to have things notarized and sent them countless documents that show I wasn't even living in the same state as the account owner/suspectEven with all of that I still have to take her to courtI do not except thisNavient cant allow people to open accounts without verifying who is applyingThen base the findings on saying "oh she said she had your permission." What criminal would admit to fraud especially when I filed a police report at Navients requestI have even called Navient prior and they refused to allow me to even speak to the fraud departmentI'm sure that call is recorded also Navient has released non public information to me about the suspects other accountsThey have admitted to this error and its in recorded callsThis is regulatory error and they should be find for that aloneThey should also be fined for not properly verifying who is opening accounts and causing me to be a spend countless hours dealing with this and putting together all the information they asked forWhy ask me to file a police report, fill out pages of paperwork, notarized documents, and prove I was in another state.I did all of that and they say sorry the suspect/account holder said you told them they could do itI have already taken her to court for other matters and won judgementShe also tried and failed to take me to court for a protective order that was dismissedI can also show she miss used Federal Student loan money to buy non approved itemsI can prove she is a liar and has lied in court As the victim who has shown Navient all of this I still haven't been helped or heardListen to the last phone call and that Cynthia and I had and you can tell by her tone and responses that she could really careless about the situation I have asked Navient to supply the IP address as to where they got confirmation from me on that I approved the account to be openedI would also like Navient to supply me with a copy of the email that was sent to my email addressThe time line of events for how this account was openedMeaning Brittany Popelier applied for this account on this DateEmails were sent to confirm application on this dateThe IP addresses that confirmed those emails and the dates they they were confirmedI would like copies of all the emails and correspondence that has been sent to both parties Lastly I want my name removed from this accountThe primary has already made payments on the account along with her other accounts and even paying some offI didn't authorize her or anyone else to use my name or credit or personal info to open this accountNavient allowed the primary to use my personal information and even now that she is paying for it they refuse to remove my name from the account Regards, [redacted]

Navient is threatening to take my tax refund over a dent I didn't even know existedI thought I paid this loan off over a year and a half agoI called and offered to settle the debt for what I owe minus their extremely bogus collection feesThey refused to discussI hung up on them and have filed reports and complaints with government agencies
