What a horrible company this is!! I signed up for Auto-pay for my convenience and it has been the worse decisionI have done Auto-pay with Navient for over years now, the one time I ask them to change my payment date they say no because I have late payments, exhausted deferments and forbearancePlease keep in mind that I have auto-pay, so there is no way that I have ever had any late payments, neither have I had deferments or forbearance because I don't qualifyThis company is one of the biggest scammers out there, I feel like my checking account is being held hostage to the point that I want to close my accountI am considering ending Auto-pay, but I am sure they will give me problems

It pertains to the same problems arising in this new complaintClearly there is a lack of Compliance and Regulatory control within NavientI will preface this complaint explaining I work for a financial institutions collection compliance department and am well versed on collection and regulatory laws!! On 11/2/at 7;AM central time, I made a online payment to Navient for $with the confirmation number 49516938CI received an inbound call from Navient at 8:AM where I gave the representative my information and the confirmation of the payment amount as well as the confirmation numberNext I received a missed call from Navient at 10:AMAnother missed call from Navient at 10:AMI responded to the missed calls at 11:AM by calling Navient and giving the same information I did with the first representative that morningOn 11/3/at 8:AM I received a call from Navient and explained for the 3rd time the same information pertaining to the online paymentAt 9:AM I received a missed call from NavientAt 10:AM I received another missed call from NavientAt 11:AM I called Navient and spoke with another representative and explained the same payment and confirmation informationMy co- signers have been getting just as many calls as I haveI stated previously, this is not the first complaint I have filed about the volume of calls! I know the auto dialer cant possibly be set to call that amount of times within a two(2) day periodAlso, representatives can clearly see when my account populates on their screen the previous notes of me talking to Navient! Surely Navient is well aware of TCPA lawsThe CFPB and my Attorney will be the next people contacted and in communication with Navient if a monetary settlement is not reachedI will have my Attorney subpoena the (call recording history) between me and Navient which is quite lengthy! Translate Desired Resolution / Outcome Desired Resolution: Other (requires explanation) select Desired Outcome: I want a Cease and Desist on all collection communication efforts from NavientMy co-signers request the same! My desired settlement is monetaryIf a monetary settlement is not reached a lawsuit will be the next step and communication will than be held by my attorney

Ever since my student loans switched this company, I've had nothing but issues with them! I can't out them into deferment, I can barely log in and talking to customer support is a nightmare! This is the worst loan company ever and I fell really bad for anyone having to deal with them!!
