The promotion [redacted] heard on This American Life was for free meals, a value of $It seems like [redacted] was under the impression that the value was for an entire box.? Our Person Plan box will contain meals (recipes each with portions/meals), and the entire box costs $So, meals will be a value of $The Family Plan, which is what [redacted] signed up for, has a slightly lower value per meal but we still honor the Person Plan value [redacted] was refunded in full for the charge she incurred

Hi ***, An e-gift card can be redeemed by following the link provided in the giftIt seems there was some confusion over how the subscription service worked, as an account was never completedThe Customer Experience team has made multiple attempts to explain that completing the gift account was necessary to choose recipes or receive deliveries, however this seemed to create further confusionSince no account was completed, no deliveries were scheduled Contact information, including both phone number and email address, is readily available on the Blue Apron website at the bottom of each page As stated on the Gifts page, gift cards are non-refundableThe purchaser of the gift is able to apply the gift amount to their own account if they choose to, or pass the gift on to another recipient If you have any further questions or concerns, please email [redacted] or give us a call at ###-###-####

Hi, I can confirm that ***'s account was cancelled on May **, I also see that *** emailed us on May **, 2017, and we responded with instructions on how to cancel the accountThe instructions will include a link to our cancellation page, which also asks for feedback on why a customer is
cancelling their accountThose cancellation instructions weren't followed, and *** reached out again on May **, We manually cancelled the account for ***

I did some digging in our system, and was unable to find that you skipped the order for the week of ThanksgivingOur
system logs all skips and unskips, and I’m sorry that you were unable to enjoy the foodWe were able to credit your account for the cost of that box of food, though, and I hope that helpedAlso, I wanted to let you know that the cutoff time for all customers’ orders is days before the delivery day, and not days like you mention In regards to your missing ingredients in your past delivery, that’s definitely a disappointmentYour box of food should never be missing anything, and we appreciate that you let us know so we can make sure to not have that happen againI see that when you emailed on November *, we responded with an email within minutes and credited your account for the value of those ingredients, which would discount your next delivery Please make sure to skip all orders in your Delivery Schedule six days and before noon ET, and please note that orders sent around holidays might be adjusted due to our shippers’ schedulesWe’ll send out multiple emails ahead of time to keep you informed on those changes!

This email is a form letter that mentions my "trial subscription " even though I was a paid subscriber for several months This response was obviously not carefully curated and as such, I am not confident the business intends to evaluate their "dangling carrot" policy that applies credits to the next order when every order has serious quality control issues this needs to be addressed specifically for my complaint to reach a satisfactory resolution

After consulting with our team I can confirm that Blue Apron has not previously offered a sign
up promotion on our website for the amount of $Blue Apron does offer Free Trial Invites, which would cover the $for a new customer’s first delivery, however these must be sent by an existing customer who has accrued one or more Free Trial Invites Blue Apron’s promotional offers vary throughout the year and if you’re signed up for our newsletter we will inform you of the promotions that we are currently offering I can also confirm that your account has not been charged for any orders and is currently cancelled If there’s anything else I can help you with, please email ***

[Your Answer Here] As again I have stated and I have stated multiple times to Blue Apron and to multiple RepresentativesWhen I signed up it gave me my first order free it did not deduct it from my Hundred $gift certificate that was paid for by another member of blue apronThe website did not say thank you for your order it is deducted from your certificate it said thank you for your order your first order is free and actually had a line going through the $Blue Apron apparently does not have technology to view truly what people are signing up for or have records of anything because if they were to look up the gift certificate from Tracy they would see that it was for free first deliveryThis is advertisement and obviously Blue Apron does not hold true to what their website says and they choose to do whatever it is they see fitOnly after fighting and arguing about what the website said did they say oh okay here's a free meal because you got an e-mail a week later about thatThey also told me that they never ever have any type of free meal and I have emailed to show thatThat is when I sent them a screenshot of an email I received that said sign up and you'll receive two free meals not to free servings free mealsYet again advertisement on Blue apron's part
