At this time, I have been contacted directly by Rosegal.com regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The business responded to me via email on 12/**, over a month after my initial inquiry They asked me to take a picture of the item that I received and to tell them the item number They did not address the other two items that I ordered and paid for on 10/ [redacted] and still have not received as of 12/** My initial inquiry to them was about tracking my order and they did not answer this The other issue was that I ordered a sweater and received a different item, a shirt that did not resemble what I ordered at all I have not yet responded to them since their response time takes so long The bigger issue is that I paid for four items and have only received two after two months They have not addressed this bigger issue Two items are still missing In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

There is no customer service...The phone number on the site doesn't work..you are sent to a website that doesn't work either They don't tell you until after you give your credit info that the shipping may take to days You have to email them and then you get an automated reply Two blouses came..One had spilled coffee on it and was small enough for a child to wear..though I ordered extra largeSame with the other The one blouse is so wrinkled it looks like it was in a damp hamper for a few years No washing instrucitons/no materal identified...nor cleaning instructions..Dissapointing worse than that No manufacturer name...anywhere Buy ON THE BLINDWill try to iron out the wrinkles and donate it...It is nothing like the picture..Cheaply made...some sort of rayon blend..NEVER will do business with the again...How can you do business with a company that is a ghost ?

I had order on 11-**/Christmas shower curtains .bathroom rugs decorations for my wall an outfit for my sonToday it's 12-**-and I still haven't hear a world I all no answer it come out like error I email them no reply no reply at all ....I live pay check to paycheck Christmas is just a week away and I'm nervous someone help me Worst Company I ever had problems with I order other things from other company's and less then a week I got it

I order some clothing and never received themWhen trying to contact them for more information they never email back and the phone number listed is a not in service numberScam!!!!!
