Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I had a phone call from 24hour representative but I was not offered any resolution to my complaint against their increase on my membership by 100% without any valid reasons and breach of my contract.They told me that they will contact me again but they never didThey are very busy since a lot of people are like me complaining to them and they have no time to call us and resolve our complaintAs you can see from their response letter, they didn't even bother to explain what was the resolution to my complaintTheir response is s vague and means nothing to me Regards, [redacted]
