Our records indicate that you purchased a monthly agreement which requires a credit card or bank account on file to electronically debit the monthly dues on the agreed upon date referenced in your signed contractMembers may not make manual payments in lieu of the automatic billing on an ongoing basisAs such, you are required to provide a valid bank account or credit card for your monthly dues deductions in order to retain your membership.
As a gesture of goodwill, the Club Manager has opted to rewrite your agreement to a one year prepaid membership where a bank account or credit card is not required as you simply prepay the month prepaid termAt the time your account expires, you can repurchase another prepaid agreement should you wish to continue a membership with usShould you wish to accept this offer, please let us know

The business has already confirmed via email their agreement to allow the exception for the access to the single sports club as I was originally promised. They claimed they could still not confirm that I was made the offer but agreed to it as a settlement of the matter. Other than it taking over months to resolve it has now been resolved to my satisfaction assuming future renewal years will continue to carry this exception as my *** membership offer was lifetime as long as renewed annually

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have received hour fitness voicemail in regards to this matter, they were unable to find my original contract since November 2015, therefor there is no reason to return their phone call since it is no added value to plead my case. This is unacceptable and should not give hour fitness a right to increase my annual dues. My original contract does not state fees will increase. I have paid the lifetime membership deal where it should not increase. So if corporate does state they can raise the dues, show me on my original contract?? There is no way corporate can show proof but modifying a new contract with new guidelines on fees. Which I find non acceptable, Go back to my original annual payment or give me all super sport access since I am paying more these days]Regards,*** *** ***

I did speak to the local club manager and the manager of the *** club in *** so their response was untrue. They said I could use a single club in *** but no other clubs in *** which is not acceptable as my *** membership before hours purchased them allowed me to use all the LA fitness clubs in ***. The *** membership was also good for all *** clubs nationwide which is not equivalent to the small number of clubs they gave me under the changed agreement, which hours gave me
