not cancel your membership without your consent which is why your account remained active in our system until your recent contact to our office on May 12,
Please note that per your signed contract, if there is an error in an amount billed under your agreement, you must notify us within days after the date the EFT debit or credit card change was made, or we will not be obligated to re-credit your accountAdditionally, it is best practice and the responsibility of the member to review their bank statements and report any discrepancies or billing errors to Hour Fitness or their bank in a timely manner As such, we are unable to honor the requested refund without proof of your intent to cancel on the date you providedOur records reflect that we did attempt to work with you as a gesture of goodwillWe are sorry to hear that you declined our offer.

They didn't fix anything at all at the fitness centerEverything is very dirty and broken including light bulbs, fitness machine, men locker room, steam room, sauna, pool, restroom, sinks, faucet, doors, benches, floor, ceilingsThey pretended to fix sauna room and steam room and closed for a whileThen, they didn't fix anythingThey just cleaned the floorThey are still closing the pool without fixing or remodeling anythingThis is ridiculousThe place is very dirtyWater fountain is also very dirtyThis place definitely have health concern. My main concern is the over 300% increase of my membershipThe original terms and condition stated that my membership fee is fixed for lifeIt is the life-time membershipThey cannot increase even a centThe terms and condition did not state that they can increase over 300%They increased my membership fees while nearly everything is broken in this placeThey called me wasted my time without any solution in their sideShe said she is the boss and her boss cannot speak with mePlease fix the problemOtherwise, I have to further complain to everywhere.
