Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below A member of hour Fitness customer service contacted me via telephone earlier this month and attempted to justify the fee increase without showing references to the signed agreement provisions that allow for such increases She told me that the agreement allowed it and that she would be sending me a copy of the contract highlighting the provision that permitted such fee increases However, I have yet to receive anything As for as I am concerned Hour Fitness has done nothing to address my concern and the dispute remains open until they show me where in the agreement the increase is allowed or they correct the fees and stop any further increases Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.THERE WAS NO OFFER OTHER THAN FOR ME TO PAY THE RETAIL UPGRADE RATE TO USE THIS CLUB.The local manager did contact me and told me the same thing I was told by the customer service representative when I called them She advised me she could not offer me a grandfather membership t the one club and that I should take my issue up with the customer service representative who made me the offer When I told her I asked if I could speak with him or his supervisor I was told that was not possible The customer service representative even said there was no one higher in the corporate office I could speak with I wrote this to the Revdex.com is my last response and hour fitness is just giving me and the Revdex.com a runaround.Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.After leaving voicemails back and forth, I was finally able to reach [redacted] on March She informed me that they would not honor what their representative said to us when they sold us the membership, and would not reduce our annual dues from the $to the $that was promised She explained that they have not reduced fees for anyone, which seems to be contrary to what has been described in some of the other Revdex.com complaints against Hour She also told me that my only options were to simply pay the increased fees, cancel my membership or to seek legal action None of those options live up to what was promised to us when we paid a large upfront fee Thus, my complaint remains unresolved.Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Hour Fitness has advised they tried to contact me to resolve the issue which is misleading They are harassing me via phone to try and receive additional payment and that alone I would rather work through the Revdex.com as an intermediary to resolve this issue The only acceptable solution from my perspective is for them to absolve me of any additional fees they are trying to collect as a result of me cancelling their service Hour Fitness should note I always paid on time and in full during the time I had their service and should stop harassing myself and the consumer public.] Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: In no way has my complaint been addressed as their response indicatesThey called me and refused to address any part of my desired resolution in any wayI received no apology, no rationale for the rate increase, no explanation about how this rate increase is either fair or ethical, no money back for their unethical practices and no honoring of their verbal agreement to keep my rate at $per year for my "Lifetime." I demand that this claim be ruled in my favor or go directly to arbitration since they obviously have no interest in letting you guys know how any of my concerns have been addressed Their response says "nothing." I honestly don't know how you even consider it a response They did not let the Revdex.com know, in any way, how they have handled this claim They have no evidence proving the legitimacy of the rate increase, they did not explain why they would not be refunding any money, they did not apologize to me in any way, they did not address any part of the obvious discrimination I have pointed out, they have not explained how this is ethical and have not explained how this is fair Each one of these points needs to be addressed for the Revdex.com to even begin to consider if hour fitness did everything possible to resolve this claim The Revdex.com can, in no way, consider this claim "answered." The business has provided ZERO answers If they are not even going to make the effort to address this claim then is they are leaving the Revdex.com no choice but to rule in my favor Please instruct Hour Fitness to refund me $and keep me and my wife's rate at the promised $per year since they have neither denied that this is owed to me but also have not produced an ounce of evidence to the contraryThey didn't even try It took them more than a month to respond to this claim just to tell you nothing Since they are so uninterested in this process, I think the Revdex.com has an obligation to prove to them how this really works Rule in my favor immediately My claims are undisputed, therefore you have no choice but to demand they comply with my desired resolutionRegards, [redacted]
