I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that that there is no way to satisfy my rights as a consumer. The reason is that the company does not explain the fabrication of a document with my signature without my consent.
Secondly the company states that I was offered to prepay for the year but they do not reveal that the price will be almost double form 29.99 to 59.99
It is obvious that the business say take it or leave it.
 
Its obvious that Revdex.com has no vital power or  control over the multi corporations and business and the only way to fight for your right is through the judicial system.
I am  considering my complain finished to the point I decide whether I should proceed with a lawyer or not.
I reserve any right for my case and I am abandoning this complaint  regarding the involvement of Revdex.com..

You absolutely DID speak to me over the phone on October 27, three WEEKS after this complaint was filed, at which point you tried to convince me you'd just received it. Up to that point, by the way,  I had been trying to cal every day and was on hold 30,40, 50 minutes at a time and would have to hang up because I had to go back to work. I believe you've engineered it that way to make it impossible to cancel memberships. Anyway, during the 10/27 telephone conversation I asked why no one had ever responded to my September 15 email either, and was told, " I have no idea. That is the customer service department"  and offered nothing more -- not even an apology-- simply passing the buck. Then, you tried to convince me that I was charged twice in August and three times in September because of "reversed charges" in June??!! That you were "playing catch up" is something else I was told, and it was so incredibly vague and you could not adaquetly explain what that meant, so I pressed further I was told I would receive proof via email right away that was four days ago and of course I have received nothing.  ( Othter than the lie here about not being able to reach me)I first believed you were just shockingly incompetent but after reading your lie above I am now sure that you ignored my email on purpose, make it impossible to reach you by phone by design, and never intended to email me proof at all   For that reason I want nothing to do with you and I demand that you return the 3 months of stolen membership fees and terminate my membership as of the date of my complaint above (October 5) where I asked for just that, and prorate my fees back to that point as well.

Dear Sir / Madam, We filed a Revdex.com complaint in January 2016 about 24 hour fitness life time contract that was not honored. We paid up front for a life time membership that was later increased without any notification and contradicted the initial promise. There was no real resolution to the complaint. Now, we have been informed that a class action was filed with 24 hour fitness and there is a settlement to honor the initial life time agreement. This was also reported in local bay area media and the district attorney in Orange County and Bay area. The membership increase to my wife, Daughter and I should be reverted to the initial agreement. On July 8, 2015 in my original letter I stated as the main concern of my problem with 24 Hour Fitness is that in order to gain access to the facilities I would have to upgrade my membership and pay an additional fee of $15 per month on top of the $12.41 I am currently paying.  I received a phone call from a 24 hour fitness representative who stated that I would have to pay an additional $15 per month.   The problem is I already know this.  This is the main reason I submitted the complaint.   From my research I've found that around the year 2002 24 Hour Fitness has sold lifetime memberships for their "ALL CLUB SPORT PLUS" and afterwards developed a higher tier membership program called "ALL CLUB SUPER SPORT" and then started building Super Sport facilities and remodeling the Sport Plus facilities turning them into Super Sport facilities causing current sport plus lifetime members to either pay a higher rate or totally loose their investment.  The phone call I received from the representative did not help the situation at all, but merely repeated what I have already said.  I have also discovered that there was a previous lawsuit that was won against 24 Hour Fitness  in the state of [redacted] regarding this deceptive business practice and that they supposedly mailed post cards to all SPORT PLUS members offering an automatic upgrade, but I never received this and don't believe this was ever done.  Attached are pdfs of the original complaint and the final order of the court against 24 Hour Fitness for you review.

They have not done anything.  They sent partial document that only shows what they want me to see.  I requested for the full document and they ignored my email.Even if they send me the full document, it doesn't resolve the issue at all.  I want them to restore my annual fee as stated in the contract that I paid hundreds of dollars for.
