complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
They have not adequately explained the reason of increased fees without any recompense in their service, equipment functionality, or overall cleanliness. They also did not explain why I was charged, twice, for full, annual, membersips, in the span of two months. They have also failed to have their local regional manager contact me, as was stated in our conversation.

decision which we took lightly. However, it was an important and necessary step
to ensure we provide all of our members with a clean, friendly, well-maintained
club experience.
We are unable to comply
with your request to reduce your annual renewal. However, we do believe that
even with the increase, you are still getting a great value at a highly
competitive rate.
