I was told the facts about the case and the person on the phone agreed that I have a reasonable grievance. She was going to talk with corporate about addressing it further. I am awaiting their response. It is sad that they feel that this is resolved when clearly that is not what was communicated. Happy to chat further with someone who can address the issue.

There was no attempt made whatsoever made to resolve the issue. The caller just reiterated that this was a management decision to increase a contracted life term rate. I told her this was akin to me buying a car and then a few years later being told now my remaining car payments will increase because 'the management decided so' though there is a signed contract. I told her during this call I do not agree and that she should go back and find a resolution from 'management' and then call me back. No one called back since.

They are not answering why they have an employee named "[redacted]" who did all this.  They are denying that [redacted](an 24hrs employee) signed up for this trap.  They are not willing to be "accountable" for this.  Read their responses, they never admit that what happened and why a regular customer was put on a trap and for to waste hundreds of dollars worth of time.  They do not admit or keep track of what has happened just to get to this time.  It was a hell to interact to them in this ordeal.Bank has reversed cost but it is still under pending status.  It has not cleared from its "pending" status.  To be sure it is refunded there is time lag, and there needs to be waiting period.  24 hr billing department needs to be alerted about this.  Not solved and intentionally left like this very bad customer service.  Unsolved. Revdex.com:

annual renewal increase after the first 12- month renewal term immediately
following the initial prepaid term. Please note that this increase was not a
decision which we took lightly. However, it was an important and necessary step
to ensure we provide all of our members with a clean, friendly, well-maintained
club experience.
Please note that any
prior membership you may have had is no longer valid as the most recent
agreement purchased supersedes any prior agreement.
We are unable to comply
with your request to reduce your annual renewal. However, we do believe that
even with the increase, you are still getting a great value at a highly
competitive rate.
