Pursuant to your membership agreement with 24 Hour Fitness, your membership is eligible for an annual renewal increase after the first 12- month renewal term immediately following the initial prepaid term. Please note that this increase was not a decision which we took lightly. However, it was an important and necessary step to ensure we provide all of our members with a clean, friendly, well-maintained club experience. 
We are unable to comply with your request to reduce your annual renewal. However, we do believe that even with the increase, you are still getting a great value at a highly competitive rate.

have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
    Regarding of my complain #[redacted] the assistant manager of [redacted]  branch of “24 hours fitness”  with name [redacted] talked to me on phone. He tried to convince me that the door was removed in accordance with the requirements of some city commission. On my request to show me these directions he replied that he would not do it. Then I asked to give me the number of this directions and the name of the inspector, so that I could call him.  He refused again. Then I asked him to send a copy of the instructions to   Revdex.com office. He promised, but as I understood from your last letter, it was not done.          Apparently his reference to the injunction is not true, but only is an attempt to avoid  responsibility.      Moreover, in all other offices of their company the corresponding door is always installed, very often with a written pre-warning not to keep it opened. And during all my previous talks with the [redacted]  branch of “24 hours fitness”  manager [redacted] and main office representative [redacted],  they never mentioned any instructions provided by any comissions about this door.

Per the terms of the acquisition,  you continue to have access to 32 clubs that were once owned/operated by [redacted] but are now owned/operated by 24 Hour Fitness. Additionally, you had continued access to any remaining club locations still owned/operated by [redacted]...

at that time which were not acquired by 24 Hour Fitness. 
Please note, access to any 24 Hour Fitness club locations which were not affiliated with [redacted] acquisition requires an upgrade to your current membership in order to access these clubs.
