I asked the lady with blond hair in the Beverly Hills Club if she called me while I was there- she said no. Also I spoke to a young manager there and he thought it was ok that the sauna was not working - because it was members who broke it - He had no focus on fixing sauna that does not work - only to blame members - plus sauna is constantly not working - one or two days a week. As far as Santa Monica SPORTS - NO SAUNA for 6 weeks as of 7th April 2017 plus nothing done around pool for slip and fall, plus shower area also often not clean plus slip and fall hazard THERE - nor changing benches cleaned! Please fix and improve!

Our records indicate that a Member Care Specialist has contacted you in follow up to the additional comments you provided to the Revdex.com and they have addressed your feedback, as well as clarified the terms of your prepaid agreement. 
Additionally, our records indicate that you purchased a prepaid All Club Super Sport membership on 6/24/07. Pursuant to your membership agreement with 24 Hour Fitness, your prepaid membership is eligible for an annual renewal increase after the first 12- month renewal term immediately following the initial prepaid term. Please note that this increase was not a decision which we took lightly. However, it was an important and necessary step to ensure we provide all of our members with a clean, friendly, well-maintained club experience.
We are unable to comply with your request to reduce your annual renewal. However, we do believe that even with the increase, you are still getting a great value at a highly competitive rate.

The amount of complaints is absolutely shocking!24 Hour Fitness absolutely did not address my issues. If 24 considers having a CSR call me to say there is nothing she can due is "Addressing my concern" then they are delusional. The bottom line is that all the advertising and sales pitches on the front line in the gym when I purchased my membership stated that I had a "Lifetime Membership" and the dues would not increase. The lawyers hid microscopic print on the last page of the contract that is so vague that they basically can do whatever they want whenever they want to. So it looks like 24 wins again. I just hope that me shedding light on the unethical practices 24 Hour uses that push the legal boundaries of what a corporation can do will make others think twice before choosing a gym. There are many choices out there. Please look for a gym that truly has your best interest in mind... Not their CEOs' and stockholders' pocketbooks!!!BTW, keep an eye out on the flood of complaints similar to mine from other duped members. they have been trickling in and will rapidly continue.
