The local district manager has not contacted me, therefore, has not left any messages.  This person is lying so as to make this complaint go away.  This matter should be escalated to the national headquarters because it is clear that everyone at the lower levels are unethical or incompetent at best.  24Hour Fitness should rid itself of lazy, unethical, incompetent employees who obstruct justice and lie ([redacted], and [redacted]).  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Please note that this increase was not a decision which we took lightly. However, it was an important and necessary step to ensure we provide all of our members with a clean, friendly, well-maintained club experience.
We are unable to comply with your request to reduce your annual dues. However, we do believe that even with the increase, you are still getting a great value at a highly competitive rate.

business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The response said that my issue has been resolved by the branch manager.  The manager did call me and said I would get prorated refund for the remaining months on my contract effective 10/28/15.  However 4 weeks have passed, I still haven't received the refund.  Therefore I can't accept that my issue is resolved. Regards,[redacted]
