The issue that was filed with Revdex.com has not been resolved. I spoke with [redacted] in referenced to the contract issues and excessive price increase. In addition, I told her that I had provided a copy of the contract on multiple occasions to 24 Hour Fitness during the period I was trying to resolve this issue directly with them, but each time I was ignore and didn't get a response. 
I also told her that a copy of the contract was uploaded with my complaint to Revdex.com. [redacted] stated that she will look into it and get back to me. 
I had received a voice message and an email on 3/28 from [redacted] I immediately emailed back[redacted] and left a voice message for her as well. To date I have not received a reply back or telephone call.  The status of the issue is still the same as it was when the complaint was filed.
