This time 24hr fitness did provide contact information and I did speak with a representative.  However, that individual had no authority to address the issue.  She confirmed that monthly members would receive no more than a 5% year to year increase, yet could not explain what justifies an over 50% year to year increase for the annual plan I am on.  The language in the membership agreement is not clear and adequate disclosures were not made to me when this plan was marketed.  Unfortunately this issue is still not resolved.

The business indicates that my concern has been resolved by their office.  This is not the case.  The company has not honored the agreement we made when I purchased my membership.   The company has tripled the dues amount promised when I enrolled.  The company did contact my but refused to honor their agreement.

yes I did receive the refund check of $533.33 but it has not cleared the bank yet.  The remaining issue is the 3rd charge on 6-17-16 posted 6-20-16 of $266.67 to my credit card.  This is in dispute with the credit card.  they cannot get a response from 24 hr fitness.  see attached bill showing the chargeRegards,[redacted]
