I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I reject because this response is a form letter/standard response to the issue. If they bothered to read the complaint, they would know that the club manager is at the heart of the complaint. [redacted] refused to take any action. His employees clearly violated policy and contributed to my bad experience at the club. The club manager is providing cover for his employees who can be seen on video allowing someone to harass me verbally after assaulting me physically. Because the assailant and the club employees are friends, the club manager chose not to do anything to reprimand his employees or to punish the club member who abused me. Therefore, I filed a police report, but the club is not cooperating with the police. The matter is not over until [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] are fired for obstruction of justice (refused to give me the address to the club so I can give to the police when I called 9-1-1), did not file an incident report on the club member who they heard cussing and yelling at me, and refused to tell that club member to leave me alone when he would continue to verbally abuse me while I was waiting on the police to arrive. Club manager [redacted] knows these things, saw the tape, and is not doing his job. Therefore, I reject this response because it does not reflect any serious attempt to read my complaint or resolve the matter.

I was contacted by the local manager and he said he can do nothing about adding personal to add classes. Cooperate  sets the budget. The class is often over the room capacity set by the fire marshal. Illegal and putting seniors at risk.
