and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I do not accept that the fee can be increase at any time for any amount.  My co-workers who has the same deal as I did still have the same fee amount of $49/yr.  In fact a friend who I signed up and has a better deal ($29/yr) and he pays $15/month for super sports club access, does not have an increase in his annual fee.]
