As previously mentioned, 24 Hour Fitness prides
itself on our commitment to provide our members with the highest level of
satisfaction possible.  We sincerely
regret any unpleasant experience that may have occurred to detract from our level of service or our facilities.
Pursuant to your signed agreement purchased on
02/16/00, you purchased a Keep Fit Plus,
All Club Sport membership which gives you access to over 350 club locations
nationwide.  As referenced in your
membership agreement, your membership allows you access to All Active Clubs and Sport Clubs
which does not include access to Super Sport and Ultra Sport level clubs.  As such, if you wish to access any of our
Super Sport or Ultra Sport locations, you will need to upgrade your membership.
Our records indicate that the local Club Manager did attempt to work with you
towards an amicable resolution so you could access the requested club locations.
We are sorry to hear that you declined their offer.
We hope that this brings some clarification to
your concern as well as the terms of the membership agreement that you purchased with 24 Hour Fitness.

This increase is abusive by any measure of consumer finance or inflation over the past 12 months. Please be advised that such abusive increase of membership dues may also affect a very large number customers also enrolled in 24HR Fitness annual membership plans."I appreciate your assistance.
