Revdex.com: I just wanted to say they never contacted me by phone before this complaint was sent to the Revdex.com and the only time I would hear from them by email is when I would ask when my purchase would be sent At that time I was always told that it was backordered They should reach out to their customers and keep them informed of their purchase They should not be taking money from consumers if they do not have product to send outAfter hearing from Revdex.com they did refund my money So the problem has been resolvedThank you for your help Regards, [redacted] ***

Yesterday we received a vague email from [redacted] responding to the tracking number of the email we sent him when we shipped him the itemwith no explanation, I then replied to the email because I was unsure of what they were trying to ask, they stated they returned an item which we never received from them I asked in emails for the tracking number for the item they returned to usThey cannot provide that information, Last communication was NOV 7th when they asked for our return address havent heard from them sinceThey have threatened to take us to court previously, and blackmail us they sent emails yesterday in which all have been turned over to the local police I will screen shot them here, if and when [redacted] provides us with a tracking number a refund will be issuedI also asked [redacted] to call us in which he has not

That's correct, we told you that we cannot accept a return or refund a worn item, just like any other retailerI did attempt to do make the situation correct by issuing a partial store credit and leigh ann declinedI apologize our policy's state that items maybe returned or exchanged in unworn condition with tags attachedPlease see policy below Returned items must be in the original condition, with tags attached, and sent via a trackable methodOriginal shipping fees are not refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees(unless there was a mistake made on our part, then we will refund shipping once we receive the item)Exchanges will ship back to you at no chargereturns will not be accepted for bathing suits at all due to sanitary reasons

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: M first contact with you was October 5, regarding my orderIt was not until today 10/17/that my daughter had sent an email regarding my order because I have never received anything from you regarding my orderAfter her email and a phone call to you from my daughter that you called advising me my order was sent outThere were no threats made through emails nor was there any threats made on the phone callsI have all of the correspondence between us and will gladly provide to prove you are incorrect After making this complaint to the Revdex.com you had called my phone uninvited harassing me over this complaintThis obviously has turned personal with you and my daughter which of whom has made no such threats as you speak Regards, [redacted] ***

[redacted] called multiple times and has inquired about her order a few weeks ago she was given a refund because we were unable to supply her with a productI had stated when the item arrives we will mail it out free of charge, she has relentlessly keeps calling, today I had stated to her we still have not received the item as we are having issues with that particular productShe proceeded to get nasty, even though her monies were returned weeks ago and she was offered a free itemI cannot give you something I don't have sorryI can provide taped calls as your request

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Please see attached emails regarding all correspondence, also I have not received a call and to my knowledge have not received a refund on the three orders or receipt of shippingThey are kind of getting nasty towards me now because I have filed a complaintI was only "inconsistent" with my emails because I was trying to give them a chance to do the right thing but apparently it had to come to contacting you Regards, [redacted] ***

After several emails going back and fourth with [redacted] and calling her she posted on our site calling us sketchy, she was then refunded nothing furtherProof of refund is attached

[redacted] , placed an order on 8/two days after placing the order she proceeded to post all over not to purchase from us because we scam people, because she called and didn't leave a message when calling and we didn't answer, that makes us a scamShe never asked for her order to be cancelled via written emailOur policies state that if you cancel the order prior to the 7/business day turnaround there will be a 15% restocking fee, I will copy the policy here as well as her commentary she posted all over our page, because like other business's we have negative feedback every business doesthat makes us a scamLittle does she know we will be pursuing her in court for slander Had she asked for a refund we would have been happy to accommodate that requestHer refund will be issued minus the restocking feeAlso, I don't have any messages or calls from Bank of AmericaI don't any person after being in business for years that places an order after days goes on to a persons place of business and writes scam all over there business page, because they didn't answer the phone???

H [redacted] ***Item was a preorder, preorders can exceed anticipated time as they are made to order items, thats why they are preorders, I have offered you other items that are frozen that are ready to ship or a store credit in which you declinedI apologize for the inconvience, but as stated when purchased there are no refunds on preorders

Hi [redacted] this is ther last email we have received from you, as you can see [redacted] is inconsistent in her emails. I have sent her an email waiting for her response on 11/21 she has yet to respond. I will contact her by telephone this morning as well as refund her money, she was given other options... but has to respond at this point a refund will be issued. [redacted] I hate to sound rude but I have been waiting on my items, some since July, you told me you would check on my orders but I have not heard anything from you in 5 days. If my money is not either refunded in some means or I do not receive shipping information from you soon I will be contacting the BBB and posting this information on facebook as well including all of these corresponding emails. The dresses I ordered will probably not fit the girls anymore by the time I get them and already missed my granddaughter’s birthday at the end of October. Please get in contact with me ASAP. Hi [redacted] we told you a check can take up to week to issue, yesterday was weeks and that when it went out as we told you, you have not sent any further correspondence after the Feb 10th emailyou could have called us to discuss your issue at anytime but you did not I will call you this morning to confirm, thank you

We have been in contact with [redacted] she was offered a refund and declined she was also offered to communicate via telephone and declined. I will call her this morning and speak to her as well as issue a refund. she never emailed and asked for a refund.

I called and last Thursday and Spoke to the customer regarding her order, She was told there was an issue and offer a refund she declined the refund, we can provide taping of call if need beCopy of communication and refund providedShe was refunded after posting to our page on 3/Not sure the reason for the Revdex.com Complaint
