Rushmore is a nonprofessional company, they simply harrass people and when you contact someone DIRECTLY to their personal phone they still do not respond in a manor knowing they have received your messages! They continue to call and mail without acknowledging your communicationThey are ONE SIDED and purposely do not repons or answering to you DIRECTLY as if you've not responded to themTHEY ARE THE WORST! They bought my deed from a large bank, they are skimming from banks loans that are behind and scamming you out of your home! I have contacted Rushmore over the phone now timesAs of today, 12/I have $from RushmoreThey are to send a check for 50% of the funds that they received so I can repair my homeThe total that Rushmore has is $16,50% of those funds equates to $8,On 11/15, a supervisor named ***-*** told me that she was sending the check for $8,via two day mail and that she would call me that same day with the tracking numberThat phone call was never made and no tracking number was communicated to myselfSince 11/15, I have call four times and asked for ***-***They claim that she is unavailable every timeOn 11/I was told that ***-*** would call me back within hoursThat call was also never made. Regarding the claim that the documents were illegible is a fabrication as I personally scanned the documents to myself and the forwarded the emailThe hand writing and typing was crystal clearRushmore even admitted that it was now deemed "legible" by themThis company has now had the funds to repair my home for months without myself, receiving a single dollarThe storm was on 5/8/so I am now almost months into trying to get my home repaired and I am unable to do so based on not having the funds from RushmoreTheir responsibility, as my mortgage lender, is to make sure my home is repaired so the value of the property is on par with what it should beThey are not allowing me to do so and rather than protecting my best interests, they are hindering the fixes to my house. I called to speak with Rushmore again on 11/and was told that they would send the remaining funds to equal 50% of the total dollar amount they are holding, therefore totaling $8,I can guarantee that if I call today or next Monday or Tuesday they will have a different excuse as to why the funds have not been sentI have heard every excuse from the documents being illegible, to a system update internally is hindering their ability to send it, to the office that cuts the checks is in California and the call center is in a different state so I cannot get access to an individual to find out why the funds have not been sent. I have been told a total of times in the past six weeks that I will receive calls back from a supervisor and not a single time has this occurred.

made on your account
First, Rushmore
cannot speak about the origination of this loan and/or on behalf of the prior
servicers of the account, and can only attest to actions which occurred during
the time Rushmore began servicing the loan.
The servicing responsibilities of the loan transferred from *** *** *** ***to Rushmore effective June 15th, 2015. At the time of the acquisition, your account
reflected a negative escrow balance of $5,for disbursements made by the
prior servicer for delinquent taxes and insurance
No disbursements
have been made by Rushmore Loan Management Services from your escrow account. The escrow payment in the amount of $reflected
in your billing statement as part of your monthly payment is the monthly
shortage collection to collect for the aforementioned negative escrow balance
on the account.
Furthermore, our
records reflect that your prior servicer provided a response to your concerns
regarding the information reported to the Credit Reporting Agencies (CRAs),
Interest Rate, Past Due Balance, Insurance Payment & Tax Payments on their
responses provided on November 27th, 2013, January 9th,
2014, and May 23rd, 2014. These
letters, attached to this response, provided a breakdown of all disbursements
for delinquent taxes and LPI made by the prior servicer on the account along
with the transaction history
Second, Rushmore
has been returning your payments since July because we haven’t been able
to enter into an official workout with you to resolve the delinquency in your
account. Rushmore needs to get into a written
payment arrangement that resolves the delinquency in your account before we can
accept funds from youAttached please

since July 21st,
While Rushmore does not feel that an error has
occurred with your account, we are willing to work with you, and help you
complete an application for loss mitigation, so that Rushmore can consider you
