*** *** SPOKE WITH A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ON APRIL11, AND WAS ADVISED THAT SHE WOULD NEED TO MAKE HER PAYMENT BEFORE THE SHUT OFF DATESHE WAS ADVISED THAT IN ORDER TO AVOID SHUTOFF SHE MUST PAY $AND CALL BACK IN WITH THE RECEIPT NUMBER ANDSPEAK WITH A LIVE REPRESENTATIVE PRIOR TO THE SHUT OFF DATE 05/02/2017.SHE ADVISED THE REPRESENTATIVE THAT SHE WOULD MAKE HER PAYMENT ON APRIL 23RDPER THE DATE ON THE RECEIPT THE PAYMENT WAS MADE ON APRIL 28TH, HOWEVER, IT WAS NOT CALLED INTO A LIVE REPRESENTATIVE TO PREVENT SHUT OFF, THEREFORE, GAS SERVICE WAS DISCONNECTEDMS*** WAS CORRECTLY ADVISED ON APRIL 11TH, HOWEVER,THOSE GUIDELINES WERE NOT FOLLOWEDA CREDIT ON THE ACCOUNT IS NOT WARRANTED

I forwarded this inquiry to our Energy Efficiency Program Manager, Christine R***, who responded today:*** Insulation scheduled audit with the customer for 1/26. Audit process was conducted and was determined that all information was not discussed and left with the customer at the time of
the appointment. Insight from *** Insulation indicated that they were having IT difficulties. On June 14th our gas main was damaged at the cross streets of *** and ***. Crews were sent out, repairs made, and all but customers had their service repaired. Because the residents at lots and were not home, tags were left at both properties. The residents of
Lot called Columbia @ 12:20am on 6/15/17, and had their service restored by 1:40am. No call was received from ** *** until 10/3/2017, and the gas was on to the appliance valve by 4:30pm. The furnace was red tagged, as it would not fire.I cannot credit you for months gas bills, as your consumption is zero through the summer months. I am crediting your account the minimum customer charge of $that is billed on the upcoming 10/11/bill, for your inconvenience. They lie They claim the leak was discovered on 3/14/ That's a bold face lie It was discovered during winter (December 2014) They should have a record of a tech coming to investigate in December When they came out to "investigate" for dead vegetation, they took a sample of a brand new soil from a brand new tree I planted to replace the one they killed They are being willfully ignorant of those two facts (wrong date and brand new soil) Responsible companies should own up to what they have done If they still refuse I won't stop I will contact an attorney general and newspapers
