Yes as I previously stated on numerous occasions, I have been the owner of my property for over yearsNo other owner occupied my property; however, Columbia Gas NEGLECTED to properly mark my meter for the YEARS I lived there, until a Heating and Cooling specialist brought it to their attention!! The home my meter was marked as, had different homeowners that occupied the property, based on the information from the auditors websiteYes, according to the Ohio code you provided, it referenced an estimate of my meterTHAT IS THE ISSUE!!! My meter wasn't used for YEARS!!!
This is ridiculous!!!! I can't see debating over something that was and is CLEARLY COLUMBIA GAS' error

I am rejecting this response because: Is the first time that Revdex.com don't help meYes the account is zero because we are tired to fight this matterMy son paid the whole amount yesterday because I received a threatened letter the letter reads that they going to take legal action in my personBut after the May is ten days and we moved on May is only ten days not the whole monthAnyway you do what you want to do

I am rejecting this response because: there was most differently damage doneThe technician cracked not only my furnace but also my hot water heaterHe did that on the day before Thanksgiving and I have not had any gas services sinceI have a newborn, pets, and other tenants in my home currentlyI have been very patient and understanding with this problem but the colder it gets is making my patience run very thinI need to have this problem resolved IMMEDIATELY if possible.

We have heard that people will be getting in contact with us and will come to the house to look at the damage and nobody has shown up since 9/We haven't been
contacted by the gas company at allWe have to contact them, and they always tell us that someone will contact us, but it never happensWe took pictures of the damage, but they won't be ready for pickup for a weekWhen we get them, we will mail a copy to the Revdex.com to support our evidenceWe also called the *** *** and they came out and inspected the damage and are going to email me the estimateWhen we get that, we will mail a copy of that in as wellWe got in touch with the previous owner of the house and he came over and looked at the damage and said that it wasn't there when he sold us the houseWe are going to try to get a letter from him stating that, tooIf we get a letter from him, we will mail that in also

I have resent & verified receipt of a medical certificate by Dr Matthew M***. His RN has called me and advised that the Dr is not going to sign it. I then faxed the medical certificate to Dr Roger I*** and he partially completed the form. I attempted to call the
customer, but had to leave a voicemail. I would like to talk about payment arrangements, but a payment would need to be made on or before 10/09/2017. I can reset the 1/9th payment plan with a payment of $143, she would no longer be in arrears, and her monthly payment would be $per month.
