***, I apologize for the error. I went back and listened to the call on 11/4/2017, and the first thing you said was "I want to stop my service". I backed the disconnect date to 11/4/17, at a calculated read of 4590, as the actual meter reading on 11/10/was 4595. Your billed
amount on 11/4/was $51.84. You had paid $on 11/29/17, and $on 1/2/2018. Minus the $billed, you have a credit refund coming to you of $42.27. You should have that refund in to business days. I'm still not happy with the outcome of provided by Columbia GasI do not feel this is fair in anyway! I overpaid my bill for over years, due to Columbia Gas' negligenceThis was not my fault, by any stretchAs a consumer, I complained about my previous bills when I initially moved into my property and nothing was EVER done to investigate the matter previouslyIt took another Heating and Cooling specialist to uncover the error.This error was NOT the result of me failing to check my bill and failing to call due to an errorThis is the result of Columbia Gas incorrectly marking my meterI am not satisfied with the billing department reviewing only the following activity from May 2015-April 2016.There was a previous homeowner that lived in the property that caused me to have excessively high billsIt's also highly doubtful that any additional investigation has been done to confirm no one else is impacted with a similar issue.I honestly don't see how this could be lawful or fair to the customer

Hello,Records show Ms*** was dropped from PIPP 3-21-for Anniversarydefault When the customer's Anniversary date comes around the customermust be current on their PIPP I show Ms***'s anniversary date was in February At that time she owed $on her PIPPSince
that amount wasn't paid by the next billing date PIPP was cancelled.Once the customer has been dropped from PIPP they must pay their PIPP default to get back on PIPP Every month when the account bills that current bill is added to the PIPP default so the amount will increase every month.Ms*** owed $on her 2-22-statement We received an agency payment of $that was subtracted so she owed $ the account billed on 3-22-and the current bill is $71.14.This $is added to the $increasing the PIPP default to $224.90.For Ms*** to get back on PIPP she will need to pay $before the account bills again on 4-21-or it will increase again.Thank you

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to me I would like to know if Denise Hudson, an employee of Columbia Gas, who was a prior Tenant of this property was involved in this Security Deposit issue? She has is in collection proceeding for failure to pay her last months rent of $1,as well as over $2,in property damages

Company records indicate our last inspection was completed on 10/02/2014. We are following PUCO guidelines, so no compensation is warranted. I can change your appointment to a Saturday, but unlike the current appointment with a hour window, the Saturday appointment would be worked

Dear Revdex.com,I got caught by surprise that the complaint was closed out Columbia Gas is clever to respond that they will remedy the matter at a point in the future
There complaint stated it would be done "by the end of next week" I did not respond as I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt as it was the closest I've been to getting an actual commitment for service I had been given the run around times prior to filing the compliant with Revdex.com Well, they did not make good on their promise again and the work has not been completedI would like you to re-open this case until it is resolved Thank you
