Worst customer service everPlaced an order for Christmas and never received the orderIt was cancelled and re-ordered different timesChecked on order it was to be delivered then the order was cancelled againI also had to email communication they sent and they have no record what so ever

On 9/24/I ordered a T-shirt for a family member and had it shipped direct to him All was well with that except in accepting their "free shipping" for a first time customer it appears I was supposed to opt out within days of their annual fee of $to continue with free shipping So here we are one year later and I get popped with their fee and their claim that I didn't opt out in the window to do so To me it's very plain, I didn't see where I was supposed to check to opt out nor was an email sent to me in advance of the renewal giving me the chance to not renew In contacting them they said sorry sucker you're on the hook this year but we took you off for the next year Their offer of a credit for future purchases is not enough as I have no intention of ordering again from them To me this is an veiled way of padding their pockets So I'm saying, Beware of Zazzle and read the fine print if you can

This is, by far, the worst company I have ever worked with! I have been working with Zazzle on the creation of an invitation for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah They have consistently issued sub-par products and delayed times on shipping I paid for day shipping and was told that it would take days for my product to arrive This happened times There was no reason for the product to arrive late! I would never recommend this product to anyone Spend the extra money and work with a designer that you can hold responsible for any mess ups This company takes no responsibility and has delayed my invitations too many times

I ordered custom shirts on November 27, for my familyAs the order was processed there was no indication that one of the shirts (baby bodysuit) was unavailabe at the time of the oderI waited for the shipping information and still at that time not notified that the bodysuit was unavailableThe other shirts were shpped and delivered on December 4th at that time I recieved another notice that another shippment was being processedI waited one day and at the point was looking for contact infomation to find out what was going on because the shirts were for a holiday family event on 12/8/I chatted with a representative and was told that the body suit was back ordered and shipped on 12/4/and will not make it to home for my event, being upset at this point and explained that although I distributed the ordered shirts to my family, I will have to get new shirts made in town for my eventAll they told me was were sorry and just refund you for the bodysuitThis is ridiculousIf

I ordered a shirt, it was sent but never delivered I called them and told them, they looked into it, and sent me a replacement Very happy with this company, great customer service, responsible, and trustworthy I would recommend them without any hesitation

Complete Joke!!!

As a first and last time customer I did not have a good experience with this companyI ordered personalized stamps and pad extra for express delivery This never happenedwhen I reached out to the company on the date the item should have been delivered, I was told it was still in production I was offered a refund for the express delivery charge, which was good; but when I asked when the order could be expected they could not tell me I requested a complete refund and I did get it I will not order from them again

Love the products!!!

I bought a skateboard for from Zazzle In addition to arriving a month after ordering, it arrived UNASSEMBLED, no instructions, and no screws or bolts to assemble I asked to have instructions and screws sent and was told it couldn't be done The only options I was offered was to return the board and another would be sent in 14-days after it was received or a refund

After waiting for over months for my items, I finally had to cancel it and go with another idea for my save the dateWhen I placed the order, I told them that if it wasn't able to arrive by 9/to please let me know considering that my previous order took so longCalled several times and between several supervisors and c.sreps they all confirmed deliveryI received my tracking number, and was super excitedAfter days with no updates, I called several times and they informed me that the package was lost and that they were going to contact uspsdays later, no claim was made so I put in it personallyUSPS said they saw a label created but no shipment was scheduled for pick upCalled back zazzle and told them, they sent me a replacement orderI had several more supervisors and employees promise me it was on its waydays later, I called again, and they said they removed the item from the website and it would possibly be canceledWorst company ever, I don't know why I wasted my time again placing a new order

I ordered t-shirts for a surprise at a birthday with out of town guestsThe shirts were promised well before the eventthey arrived TEN day lateOur guests had already left townThe shirts are of no value nowI want a refundThey want to give me a credit for merchandise on their website, which I do not want

The customer service was so good and understanding about the problem I had with placing my orderThey went out of there way to make it rightI felt bad for bringing my problem to them

I placed my first order with Zazzle on July 13, Some address labels no big deal They never came I called and tried to hold for more than mins each time but no way! I emailed them a couple times for explanation or to cancel but still no reply! I am reading this same problem from others online so *** up with ZazzleI want an answer or a refund nowHelp!

The business has stolen my money and not delivered a product I purchasedIt has been over weeks and they won't give me an etaThey are also not responding to me demanding a refund and cancellation

They are very easy to work withThey have good quality items and they get it to you quickly

Zazzle decided to 'cancel' my order without every informing me of the cancellationI had gone to check on the order status, since the delivery was due any day now, only to find that my order had been cancelledLet me reiterate, I received NO email confirmation of the cancellation, and presumed it was on it's way to being delivered in time to send out 'save the dates' for my sister's baby showerThey claim that they cancelled my order because of certain characters I used in the graphics that are licensedWhile I can understand that, what I DON'T understand is that I was never notified of the content not being approved for licensing issuesNot I am scrambling to get a NEW design, and get this printedI have been placed in a VERY unfortunate scenario, that could have been avoided if they had simply communicated with me

Zazzle is always my first choice for custom marketing material and business cards, etcI have the opportunity to work with professional designers and create one of a kind pieces that reflect who I amIf there is ever something I didn't like, Zazzle is always cheerful about correcting the problemZazzle makes my life easy
