This company is a scam! I ordered invitations for a party on 12/28/and paid $for expedited shippingI received an email notification from Zazzle on 1/3/advising that invitations were shipped It is 1/5/and invitations for party on 1/20/have not been received Zazzle Customer Service sent a very curt email to me saying that all they can say is that my order is lost and that I can have a refund within 7-days I am screwed and will have to incur additional expense to scramble and print invitations over the weekend Zazzle can't confirm or deny that invitations were printed or even their location THey didn't haven't a problem taking my money and/or prolonging the refund process Do not use this company !!!!!

I placed an order with Zazzle on July 27th 2017 for wedding programs for my wedding on September 2, 2017. I received an email following the order that said they would be delivered between August 11th - August 17th. It is now August 25th and they are still not done printing my programs and can't give me an estimated time they will be done. I called customer service today, August 25th, and the lady told me they won't be shipped out anytime soon. They have production delays. I never once received an email stating that they were having delays or I would have called to figure this out sooner. I am extremely disappointed in Zazzle, their customer service and communication with customers.

Incident Reference [redacted] I ordered three personalized luggage tags on 11/30/2018. The tracking information has said Shipped since 12/7, but the tracking number shows it was never picked up. Zazzle Customer service has told me nothing except sending me a tracking number that doesn’t work. I just want a refund or my products. This was a Christmas gift. I can’t even see if they are in transit. Zazzle customer service will not give me any information.

I ordered t-shirts on 6/hoping to have them for fathers day - even paying $for the expedited shipping Zazzle web site said would be delivered Tuesday 6-to Friday 6- Just called and they have not even been produced yet! Arann at Zazzle handled my query with prompt professionalism I ordered key chains, which never arrived Zazzle graciously and promptly granted my requested refund on rating them, could only go as high as 10/but they deserved a 100/for excellent customer service

This is one of the best experiences ive ever had ordering online ever! I messed up on my order and they were so quick to respond and help in every way they could. 10/10 highly recommend!!

I received order 2 coffee mugs customized for my sister's 50th Wedding Anniversary. This may sound like a small issue, but to me it really was deceitful of the company sending a known broken mug. It was obvious the mug was broken when it was wrapped and shipped. I would like to get a replacement as quickly as possible for her anniversary. But of course, you can't talk to a human at Zazzle. I've tried multiple phone numbers and sent in a return request or replacement case number: [redacted] . But I don't know when or if I'll hear back from Zazzle. The company advised me package was shipped on 12/17 and gave me a tracking # which shows it has not left San Diego. Said they would send me another but it will not be here for my granddaughter's Xmas gift!
