AwfulGarbage delivery for a sub-par product, which itself wouldn't have been bad if it hadn't been covered in lint and dustThe product arrived way later than the "6-8" days paid forI had wanted to ignore the other negative reviews ordering from here, but it really was a trash experienceAvoid at all costs

Even thought there was a long phone wait, I found Zazzle's representative quite helpfulI was also pleased that all though they are an on-line site, two phone numbers were listed on the site allowing me to speak with their representativeThey walked me through my on-line order and stayed on the phone until all negotiations were finalized

Zazzle Com was a very bad experienceThey took money from my account at the time of order instead of at time of shipping as their policy statesWhen I cancelled order it took days and phone calls and emails and I still do not have my money back

I received a Christmas gift from a family member that they purchased on ZazzleThe item doesn't fit quite right and I'm not totally in love with it, so I emailed the company to find out how to send the item back for either an exchange or creditI was told because I didn't purchase the gift for myself that there is no way to exchange itAs it's nearly and we live in an e-commerce society I was shocked there is no gift exhanche policy in place for situations like thisThe representative was prompt to answer me via email but replied with generic, pre-written template emails that were not personalAs someone who has worked customer service before I found it to be unhelpful and I am disappointed in the experienceI will never recommend Zazzle to anyone, especially for gift giving

Found this site through Google Needed party invitations fast They produced a lovely invitation for me and pushed up the original shipping time so I would have them on timeWould definitely use again

This company has no record of me having a membership or any way to log into a supposed account/membershipThey charged me $for a “black membership”I’ve contacted them and no one is ever available by phone, nor do my emails to them get a response

I placed an order 11-27-it's now 12-6-Order has not shippedAfter being on hold several times for a total of over hours, no one can tell me why my order has not shipped, or even if it willAnd I am on hold again for at least1/2hour.They told me they would credit shipping costsReally? How about returning a phone call & at least trying to resolve this???

I ordered wedding invitations from ZazzleThey did come quickly, but when I opened the package they were all ruinedThere were black fingerprints on all the envelopes and invitationsSome of them were smashed and torn and most of them had faded inkI even paid to have better quality paper and ink so that it wouldn't be the cheap versionThis company is terrible and made me stress out even more than a bride should beI did get my money back, but only after being on hold for hours trying to solve the issue

Products arrive just as described, fairly inexpensive and ships quickly even if customizedI ordered a bumper sticker, small customized poster and customized business cardsThe cards were not exactly what I hoped, I had a difficult time with the customization tools and final image for this particular itemI did not contact Zazzle for this issue as they served their purposeI chose to accept the product 'as-is' because they were on sale and frankly I didn't want the hassle I have not used the website before and don't even know if it would have been a hassleHowever, I am very pleased to know that they accept Paypal which caused me to purchase with confidence with Zazzle

I have experienced great disappointment using the Dazzle website!!! I created products on their website through my Dazzle store I had planned to use those products on my website creating gift bags to sell my art image products through ZazzleIt took me two weeks of 8-hour days to link their products with my Zazzle store and my website *** The cart was directly connected with their websiteWhen my customers put one product in the cart and pressed the button, "Continue Shopping”, they were not allowed to return to my website to buy the rest of the products for the gift collection but had to stay on the Zazzle site There were no buttons to return to even my Dazzle store This caused great confusion!!! I called to find out what was going on and they told me that “We don’t have a way to get back to your site We can not link pour site to your site” I said, "What????? Why didn’t you tell me that before I started using your site as I had called and talked with a representative there? I wouldn't have joined your site I want to move all of my products off your site" I was furious My customers could have continued shopping on their site when they pressed "go to cart" and finished processing their order with me Then it occurred to me to see if they even had a list of other stores on their site offering products? No stores were listed They are doing advertising luring in unsuspecting designers who want a source for products for the website shops I want the public to be aware that it is a big scam to pull unsuspecting customers in I don't want anyone to go through what I just went through with all of the workIn addition, the products I ordered prior to my completing making the products were of poor print quality color and printed on cheap products such as the water bottle that they charged $forI hope that this report will help future designers!

I have purchased labels, tee shirts, mugs, & a tote from Zazzle and have been extremely pleased with all the itemsThe most recent order was for tee shirts with my image (same image I've used on the other items ) and I was notified that the image was not going to show up as sharp as it should be and did I want to change my order I know how the image appeared on my other shirts & I was pleased with them so I notified Zazzle to continue with my order- Thank you for caring how the image was going to look before filling my order- I LOVE how it turned out ! I will continue ordering customized items from Zazzle! Thank you for being a great company!

This business triple charged my checking account illegallyI will be proceeding with charges if not resolved

I ordered custom stamps from Zazzle, but they didn’t arrive within the promised window of time I contacted customer support through their chat application, and after one start due to technical issues, they immediately resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction The stamps turned out very well, and I am one satisfied customer! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

I was extremely pleased with the customer satisfaction I received returning an order placed through ZazzleI had prepared for a frustrating wait, difficult communicationinstead, I was greeted quickly with great courtesyThank you Zazzle for this good experience

I ordered a single card to be expressed shipped almost two weeks agoThe package did not arrive when it said it would so I called they said they would try to ship it out next dayNow a week later it still not been made nor shipped and they continue to tell me it will be shipped the next dayThis is awful customer service and I will never again use this company for anything

I have received consistently superior customer service from Zazzle over the past three yearsFor example, I accidentally ordered a product shipped to the wrong addressDespite it being my fault, Zazzle replaced the missing product at no cost to meThey respond to emails within a few minutes and are polite and go above and beyond to make the customer happy

First order was not acceptableCalled the company and they gladly made good sending me two new travel mugs asap

Ordered t shirts 12-6-I was told package would arrive Dec15-Didn't arrive so I called DecI was told package would be overnighted to meIt didn't arriveToday is Decand it still hasn't arrivedMy charge card was billed $but I have not received the items I purchased! They do not take phone calls until Jan2ndI e-mailed company and they offered to drop shipping charges but could not tell me the estimated time of arrivalI will never do business with this company again
