I ordered some address labels with a chalkboard background [redacted]  When I received the labels, nothing would print on themI tried every possible color and it didn't look like the ink was even leaving a mark on the labelI tried printing light colors and nothing happenedI turned the labels over to print on white and then the ink showed up but not on the black backgroundI called customer service and was told that I could have a credit issued for the $to my account within hourshours passed and the credit was never issued to my accountIt looks like it was issued to another account by a mistake because the confirmation email I received had the incorrect order id on itI called customer service again and spoke with a gentlemen who was helpful but took over an hour just to get the credit issued to the correct accountThe, next issue wash having the price be the same since the new labels I was purchasing are the exact same labels, just with a white b

I'm trying to get a refund and the company does not answer the phone or respond to emails. I need to return some merchandise. Per their policy, I need an "RMA" number. I am supposed to obtain the RMA number via phone or email. I have called them numerous times and the calls all go to voicemail and I am put on hold by their system and no one ever picks up; emails are not responded to.

I brought what I had thought was a problem with an order to Zazzle customer support during Christmas season I had anticipated that I would face a long, difficult chore resolving a problem which I thought involved the shipping service (USPS) I thought my order had not arrived at my home and had been lost I was so wrong First, Zazzle immediately responded and resolved to rectify the issue No questions, no hassles, no passing of blame - took total responsibility And, secondly, I discovered that there had in fact NOT been any problem with my order! My order was correctly delivered on time to my home in perfect order (My husband had mistakenly thought it was his order and hid it away) So...this company has quality products, quality fulfillment operations AND a five star quality customer support team to back it up I hope to do continuing business with Zazzle for many holidays to come Now, I just need to work on my husband

Zazzle charged my credit card and did not deliver a product. After multiple emails and correspondence on my part I still have no product but they still have my money.

I ordered a t shirt from Zazzle. I paid $7 more for a shirt from American Apparel. It states on Zazzle's website that the shirt is Made In USA. It's made in Honduras. On American Apparel's site the shirts state imported. This is fraud. I paid more for an item based on a misrepresentation. It also states that the shirt runs small and to order a size up. It's the opposite. It runs a size larger. I emailed company and received a form email stating that I can return it but must pay return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective. This infuriates me. They never read my complaint as I feel that I should not have to pay return shipping. And they should make amends for their fraudulent claims. Buyer beware.

I purchased some items from Zazzle (order number [redacted] ) on November 27th for christmas gifts for coworkersUpon receipt of the items, I noticed two items were defectiveI called customer service and was told to send a picture of the defective items and they would decide whether they would reissue the item or refund meI never heard a response, so I called again and was told they they would resend the items and I would receive them by the end of the next week (12/16/16)I did not receive the items until the week of 12/19/16, which was too lateI tried contacting the company via phone to request return labels for the entire order, but could not reach them as their waiting time for customer service was upwards of a half hourI sent an email on 12/16/indicating that I had not received the items but never received a responseI sent a follow up email on 12/20/16/and on 12/21/I received an email stating that I would receive a refund for my entire purchase and th

I ordered envelopes and various stampsThe stamps were great and arrived in a timely manner, but months later, and still no envelopesI contacted customer service and was informed that it may take Business days to manufacture + business days to ship, and that I could get a refund if I wanted, but not for the shipping since I had received other parts of the order, so I asked if they would give me any part of the shipping cost back, since it was almost $20, if my order never arrived within that time? I also asked if I could change my shipping addressIt has now been well over that amount of time, and customer service completely just stopped replying for almost business weeks after they had responded almost immediately before, so I sent them another email asking what was going on, and they sent me a dry response, saying that my replacement order was being processed with the same shipping methodNo apologyNo offer of compensationThey didn't even ask if that's what I wanted to do or acknowledge anything I saidComplete lack of respect for my time and money

Zazzle processed a zazzle black membership payment on a card that I am not listed onThey charged it to my husbands account Roger [redacted] When he advised me that this occurred, I requested a refund for himThe Zazzle account is for Chemese [redacted] not Roger ***Zazzle did not properly review and sent an automated message to Roger [redacted] I have been a good customer and I think they are taking advantage of me as a consumer

Do not order from this company if you expect the delivery of your items by the expected delivery date they promiseI have had to call the company in Ireland times for a status update on my fathers xmas gift and have gotten different answers each time! They never give you a straight answerIs this a real company or do they operate out of their living rooms??? I urge you not to shop at this website I shop online all the time and have never encountered such a shady company! Suffice it to say that my fathers gift will not be on time for xmas! Disgusted!!!!

Such an amazing website, there is lot's of to choose from and the best part of it is that you can customise it yourself

I ordered a watch on here with a celebrity friend on the watch, they gave me express permissions as well as I had the copyrights to the photo as well as the guitar featured in it. They cancelled my order and said I was violating copyright... to the copyright I own! They can randomly decide to cancel your order if they don't like it. Not because it violates anything but simply because they put a over opinionated person in charge of their reviewing. Very unfair and stupid!
