Anyone purchasing from the company in the UK should be aware that their products can take up to days to be delivered This is not made clear at time of purchase

Zazzle sent me the wrong size shirt TWICE The customer service is a joke They never responded to my e-mails and when I called them, I was subjected to a 45-minute wait time I hope I can reach someone on Monday for a full refund because the event I needed the shirt for is this weekend and I won't be able to receive a THIRD replacement by then

Very positive experience with this companyThey exceeded my expectations when contacted about exchanging a T-Shirt for a different sizeI used the chat feature on my phone and had an immediate response from an associate named ***Within a short amount of corresponding with him, I was told that not only would I receive the new size T-Shirt, but it would have expedited shipping and I could keep the T-Shirt that I had already purchased! My experience shows how a company stays in business!

I have purchased business cards with this company three times and the last two purchases were far below par (in regards to service and product)! The cards I initially purchased were cut off and the letters were transparent when they should have been solidAfter speaking with a very rude representative who refused to send me through to a supervisor I had to call back to speak with a supervisor She credited my account but the wrong amount of cards were shipped to me Not only did I have fewer cards, they were in BAD condition There were bent because the Zazzle box was not closed properly After speaking with another supervisor, Rob, to get the rest of my order, he was very rude and unwilling to send me more cards without me purchasing them again! When I asked for the corporate headquarters phone number he gave me another number that was merely a different extension of the regular Zazzle contact line This is by far the worst experience I have had purchasing with an online company! I will certainly find a new company and absolutely do not recommend this company to anyone who is looking for good service and product!

Originally ordered business cards from zazzle and received someone else's orderOk no problem I contacted them and they said to send proof of the wrong product via email and they would ship me my orderThat was a month agoI have called times and emailed countless times asking where my order was and each time they assured me my order was coming and in the processI can't believe how much work I have had to do and also being on hold for to mins each time trying to get ahold of them when the last time I called should have resolved the problemI just started a new business and this is now affecting me seeing I am completely out of business cards at this point

I didn't get the coupon code into the order so I tried to get to customer service through the means they said I told them what my problem was and I never heard back from them until hours later They told me they couldn't do anything unless it was within and hour of purchase By that time it was too late and they wrote me a note saying there was nothing they could do Very bogus if you ask me

Zazzle gave me a horrible exieruevxe! I ordered senior football gifts for a banquet and my order was lost and as I tried to rectify the situation had to wait on the phone for over an hour multiple times and was never given an answerWhen I finally received the product the quality was not good and color not as represented

If anyone is needing to order invitations, I HIGHLY recommend using zazzle.com! I ordered my wedding invitations back in October for my wedding in July My fiance passed away weeks agoI e-mailed Zazzle letting them know the situation and asked if they could do anything with themI knew I wouldn't get my money back but I hated throwing away over $worth of invites so I was hoping they could recycle them or somethingThey e-mailed me back and will be refunding all of my money :) I will be using them from here on out

On May 22, I attempted to delete all of my artwork from the Zazzle website and close my accountI followed all direcftions and received an email saying it would reach out and help in 1-business day baring any holidaysOn June 27th, I discovered the account and all of my artwork was still there, for saleI once again sent a request for my account to be closed and included the previous communication from MayI received another reply, this one indicating the account would be closed during their next batch cycle of removalsToday, July 30th, the account and artwork is still there, for saleI have sent off yet another communication to delete the account as this is indeed interfering with my going forward on a new venture with my art at different pricesIf you are able to offer guidance it would be appreciatedI am the creator and owner of all the photography and this hampering efforts to grow***

I ordered greeting cards , did not receive them when expectedI called Zazzle , a very helpful person had a duplicate order sent immediately and in time for the Anniversary and the Graduation I needed the cards for This was the first time I ever needed help and they performed first rate I have used Zazzle many times, they take good care of their customers,

I've ordered from Zazzle before but I will NEVER order from them againI placed an order at the beginning of December with a delivery date of 12/11-12/My tracking information never worked but I wasn't alarmed at the time since it takes a while for it to be updatedOnce my package did not arrive I reached out to customer service via email who after hours of waiting told me the delivery date was an estimate and I should wait until 12/to see if I get themAfter that they promptly told me my package was in North Carolina and suddenly their tracking information on the website said the same thingIt wasn't until after I emailed again disputing my order they said it was in Philadelphia (which usually takes an additional 1-days to get to my house)I demanded a refund for my product but "***" would only refund my shipping charge to my account for future useAfter the product never showed up I tried to call their customer service line and my estimated wait was minutesFurious, I emailed "***" back demanding a full refundHe responded and said they would refund my purchase back to my card on file but it will take 7-business days for the transaction to be completedFirst and foremost days for a refund is unacceptable but I wasn't going to get anywhere with these isSuddenly my order (that was apparently in mid shipment) says it was returned back to the sender and arrived on 12/which is WELL before SECOND promised date by customer service which only leads me to believe they lied the entire time and never actually processed my order

I am being charged per year for so called free shipping, I never agreed to reoccurring charges, and I do not want to buy from Zazzle because the tshirt are very poor in quality, but they are charging my pay pal per year in spite of the fact I have not bought from them since January of I see no way to stop the reoccurring charges from happening next year and for continuing to happen for the rest of my entire life

A complete and utter Epic FailZazzle states that it is always about the customer and not about themIt's a LIEI placed an order on 8/1/for custom postage stamps for our wedding invitations with premium shippingThey quoted us an estimated arrival window of 8/9-8/8/and 8/came and went with no shipping confirmation so I contacted them on 8/which was the last day these should ship to arrive by the 8/dateTheir phone system said wait time was to be minutes but I waited an hour to speak to someoneHow is making a customer wait on hold for an hour about the customerIt's blatantly about the company cutting corners and not employing enough repsThe rep proceeded to tell me that they were in the process of relocating the printing plant from California to another state and there are delaysI asked if they knew this why wasn't that part of the estimated delivery dateShe said they didn't know how long the delay would beI asked why no one had the courtesy of informing me sooner to give me the chance to purchase this item elsewhereAgain silence but do you see how this is not about me the customer, it's about the companyShe asked what I want and I said I'd like the stamps printed tomorrow and then shipped overniteShe said she would send a request and she sent me an email recapping our conversation and requestShe said we would have an answer Thursday eveningThe answer never came so again how is this about the customer and not the companySo on Friday 8/I called againSystem said minute wait but I waited minutesCan you see the pattern? None of this is about the customer*** the rep said I have to apologize I don't know why the other rep said she would request one day printing- we can't print in day so there was no way to get yihyour order by 8/I asked to cancel the order which is the only thing that was processed and was for me the customerIn closing, they have no respect for their customers time otherwise the response time to talk to someone would be fasterThey have no respect for a customer because they took an order and quoted a fictitious delivery date because they knew their printing plant was out of service due to the moveI would never use them again, recommend them either

I ordered from Zazzle and had to cancel part of the orderA week later I recieved SOMEONE ELSES ORDER (complete with their business information) in a package addressed to me, also containing an invoice for my order, including the stuff I had cancelledMy order apparently was never cancelled and my account has not been creditedI was more alarmed on behalf of the busines whose order I recieved than the mishandling of my own accountBut who knows, maybe my order (complete with customized envelopes printed with my home address) found their way into someone elses orderBottom line: YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IS NOT SAFE WITH ZAZZLE

I swear their customer service department does not exist? I have been trying to reach Zazzle for days now via phone and email every single day to no avail I have waited on hold three times for well over minutes with no luck Please answer me!!!
