I placed an order on May 13th, I contacted this company on May 21st regarding the order I still had not receivedI was told the order was still being processedI contacted the company by phone on May 25th to cancel order due to length of time it was taking, I was told the order was manufactured and ready to shipI was even told they would expedite the shippingWell today I receive an email stating that one of the items I ordered was no longer in stockThe Rep I spoke to on the 25th lied to meNeedless to say, I will never order from this farce of a company again, nor will I refer anyone to them

I did not realize I was automatically signed up for the Black membership with Zazzle When I called to have my money refunded, I was initially told I could not Eventually, the rep was able to get permission to give me my $back It has been since December 29, and I have not yet received my refund Five emails and two phone calls seems a bit excessive Today the rep told me it may be another days before they can process it

I ordered a t shirt from Zazzle I paid $more for a shirt from American Apparel It states on Zazzle's website that the shirt is Made In USA It's made in Honduras On American Apparel's site the shirts state imported This is fraudI paid more for an item based on a misrepresentationIt also states that the shirt runs small and to order a size upIt's the oppositeIt runs a size largerI emailed company and received a form email stating that I can return it but must pay return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective This infuriates me They never read my complaint as I feel that I should not have to pay return shippingAnd they should make amends for their fraudulent claimsBuyer beware

Zazzle withheld my payment of $They claim items superman, hello Kitty, minnie mouse, Greg Young, Elvis Presley, were in violationNONE of these items soldNot oneYet after four years of hard work they kept shut down my account and kept my $to feed my kidsShame on your ZazzleSend me my moneyVirginia *** Zazzle case *** ***

On 9/I placed an order for a skateboard deck to be deliveried by 10/according to the website before purchaseI contacted the company with a formal complaint after said delivery date, to which they responded it would take 7-manufacturing days and an additional 5-for shippingToday is 10/26, days later, and the product still says it's in the making process! I later requested an official refund to which I received no response

I really don't know how Zazzle has stayed in business this longActually I do knowCustomer service, and design softwareThey have excellent software for someone who is a Mac Photoshop user like myselfHave you noticed that Goggle doesn't have or display reviews for themYou cannot leave a Goggle review for that companyFrom now on I will get ideas from there designers and then use another site to make the productsfor three years I have been lazy and tried to use thier business card services but they are so bad and there response is keep them and we will refund the moneyThis time I bought two different cards and they said both were in the batch but only one was printed and they sent out the correct # for bothSad and to top it off they have teribble printers they can't even do Foil or metallic prints nor shiny coated cardsThis is the last straw, I know they will give me my money back but god they are one terrible serviceThey do only two things right so I have to give them star

After days I still have NOT received my orderI received several shipping notifications but no productAfter patiently working with Customer Service to resolve the problem, my order has just been Canceled due to no stockHorrible Experience! I will not be ordering ever again

I was standing by with my PenPal information, but absolutely no way the system would take my email address (which was correct), no matter how many times I put it inHow stupid are these guys to screw up like that? They need to take a lesson from ***--make the buying experience easy and foolproof!

I have ordered from Zazzle times The past two times I have experienced delays with production of a product Both times I had to keep going online to find out where my product was and email them This last time we paid extra to have the products delivered within days They never arrived Although the company was willing to issue me a refund at any time, that is not the point They are clearly having production and/or fulfillment issues in California, but the poor customer service reps in Ireland have no info and only give you an apology and say "yes, there is a delay and we do not know when and if the items will be made" Terrible behind the scenes support for customers who are waiting for things We will not do business with them again Use CafePress or CustomInk instead as they are much more reliable and customer service focused I have never had a problem with those other companies

Ordered of thesecame broken due to poor packagingThe web site states 100% satisfaction guarantee, but there was no response from the customer care teamThis is the second product I have had issues with and had no responseI will not shop at Zazzle*** nor will I recommend to others

Zazzle cancelled my order saying our picture was in conflict with their content guidelinesThe picture was a group shot of a family member and some others standing over a buffalo in South DakotaThere was nothing about the photo in conflict with any laws and did not display anything violentCompletely absurd!

I placed an order and was told delivery would be between 5/24-5/I never received the order and when I called customer service I waited an hour for a representative to be told item was still in production on 5/When I asked for a manager my call was sent to a voicemail

Do not order from this company if you expect the delivery of your items by the expected delivery date they promiseI have had to call the company in Ireland times for a status update on my fathers xmas gift and have gotten different answers each time! They never give you a straight answerIs this a real company or do they operate out of their living rooms???
I urge you not to shop at this website I shop online all the time and have never encountered such a shady company!
Suffice it to say that my fathers gift will not be on time for xmas!

The invitations I ordered were gorgeousHOWEVER, the day after I had ordered my items that had come out to 140$, I received a coupon for 50% off of my orderConsidering their "100% satisfaction guaranteed", I messaged customer service and asked that the coupon be applied to my previous orderI also asked to be reimbursed the differenceI was told that they could apply the coupon but that they wouldn't reimburse the difference to me in the original form of paymentInstead they would only give me credit to buy from them againSo mUch for "100% satisfaction guaranteed"I will buy from them again only to use up my creditAfter that, I will purchase future items elsewhere and do not recommend them

Fantastic customer service! Wish the product worked out but so easy to deal with the return

This company does great custom work for an insane price! They are clear about prices, product descriptions, customization limitations and requirements, and shipping costs

I have bought many seashell calendars in the past for my husband This calendar is by far the loveliest one I have ever purchased The black background with the shell centered in the middle of the page is a work of art I am thrilled with my purchase

The invitations I ordered were fine, but the "free shipping" gimmick was not I am the type to read through everything, and I don't recall seeing that the free shipping was actually a membership that had to be cancelled within days or you are charged for the membership The cost of the membership is non-refundable I am very disappointed

I ordered some business cards, shipping labels, promotion cards, etcfor my new businessWhen I received the business cards, they were crooked and the font was too small to readI contacted customer service, who assured me they would be fixed and shipped back out ASAPA few weeks went by and I never received anything so I finally called back to check the statusApparently the order was never fully submitted to production by the rep so it obviously wasn't produced or shippedThis rep put a "rush" on the order and expedited shippingShe said I would have it by Monday (I called on a Friday)Monday comes and goes and so does the rest of the weekI call back on the following Friday and the same conversation/process was repeated"You'll have them by Monday," she saidI call Wednesday in somewhat of a panic because I have a vendor event the next day and surely they've been mailed out, right? NOIt has been a month today and I still don't have my replacement productThe customer service representatives are friendly but not capable of doing anything to expedite an order with production (even when the company is at fault)Now I have to go to a vendor event with NO business cards to hand out, all because this company is a complete jokeI have yet to be contacted by a manager or anyone who has offered to rectify the situationI will never order from Zazzle again and would advise others not to either

We always order our Christmas cards through ZazzleWe did again this year and the post office misplace our packageThinking that I had just lost my money and would have to go without cards this year, I still reached out to Zazzle on my situation and they were quick to respond, gave me some pointers and then offered a refund, replacement, or creditThey were very kind and very promptVery pleased
